Comment: Started renting at the beginning the year off an online discount rate booking 4 months in advance. I was surprised to see the rate increases to the new month to month. Talked to Julianne at the front office as I was happy with the size, location and wanted long term storage, but the price was a bit high. She pleaded my case and was prompt with contacting me the results I was happy with. Look to her and extra space storage for your storage needs :)

She offered to send me regular texts while all the roll-up doors at the facility were being upgraded, so I would know when I could access my unit, and with several hundred units at this site, it was really a special effort and I appreciated it. The facility is clean, the other tenants are courteous, and being able to open the gate from my phone is a real convenience. Highly recommended!

Comment: Rented a unit for a little under a week, I was unexpectedly forced to close my account with them due to a drunk belligerent gentleman that works on sight he yelled and cussed at my mother unprovoked smelling of alcohol and when I called to confront the gentleman I was hung up on twice by him and was forced to go there in person to deal with it, he was very very unprofessional, lied about when the manager would be available and didn’t give me any type of refund, neither did he pro rate me for the 4 days I had the unit and I do not recommend this place to anyone in Costa Mesa at all there’s a reason it’s in the condition it is in shame on Emil and I hope nobody has the displeasure of conversing with him. He is a nasty sad individual

Fortunately for me my favorite employee Emil is still with them. The facility is clean, accessible and the employees truly care about keeping their clients happy. Should you forget to make your payment on the 1st, they contact you with a gentle reminder. I highly recommend this location. Rents are reasonable and the hours of access have increased which allows me to not have to drag my items for events out a week early.
