Comment: This started bad but ended pleasant.When I first signed up I was greeted by a phone call from a man named Petar who immediately started yelling and remaining things.I had to tell him several times to calm down and explain what he was yelling at me and what he wanted.He wanted me to sign a second contract or “good luck figuring it out in my own” when I showed up to my unit later he had locked us out of it. And when I went to leave he was picking fights and yelling more. Even though we let him know we clearly had a code and an out there. He was a true POS.I immediately called requesting to cancel my unit. I recieved a call from Reese the next day asking what had happened. After explaining I. Detail she was PISSED for me.She was very apologetic understood why I wanted to leave and asked if she could make it right.She let me know that he would never step foot in that location again I agreed to try for a month and see what I feel afterwards . On my arrival Reese apologized more for what happened she went above and upgraded me to a better unit that was more accessible. She was very understanding. Sympathetic and treated me like an actual person. Unlike Peter.I left feeling much better about the experience with Reese, not very many people listen without being defensive, not very many people want to make things right and Reese went above and beyond to do all of that.

When I contacted their location and corporate, both parties pointed their fingers at the other... They never did issue me a credit or make it right! They don’t even deserve 1!!1/13/2024 PLEASE DO NOT STORE YOUR RV, travel trailer or ANYTHING in this facility!We called and the manager, Jordan NEVER DISCLOSED to us that they had been getting vandalism on the property. They just plain wanted our money!THEY BROKE INTO OUR RV and disabled the engine as the detective confirmed that they tried to drive it away.The Sheriff confirmed that they stole an RV 350 engine and used it to store all they were stealing from all the RV’s, vans, trucks, travel trailers parked in the back.THE OFFICER TOLD US NO CAMERAS IN THE BACK WHERE THEY NEED THEM THE MOST! The Manager lied to us by saying “camaras on-site” ONLY for the front of the secured storage spaces where they don’t need them!!! PLEASE DO NOT, DO NOT PARK YOUR RV or anything of VALUE IN THIS FACILITY!They just want your money! It’s lame and they say “it’s on the contract how they are not responsible for anything that happens to your assets” I am blown away with the lack of humanity and compassion for others. Comment: My husband and I needed a new spot to store our travel trailer. The security at our last spot was pretty much non-existent and we needed a better place. After looking around, we chose Extra Space Storage on Folsom Blvd, Sacramento. Adam, the assistant manager, was very pleasant and professional. He gave us a thorough tour of the facilities: the grounds are well kept up, security lighting, which are motion detecting, surrounds a well-maintained fence. Security cameras were well placed and of high resolution. We felt that this was one of the better storage facilities in the area - we toured quite a few - and the price was right. Sign-up was easy. Thanks again, Adam. Tell your manager, Eric, that I think you were great!!

However, there is a number on the door for services and a wonderful manager came out to help me name Melissa, she went over and beyond her duty. I did have one issue with the gate not closing actually not opening or closing but, was very surprised and impressed with the speed and efficiency to which it got restored. Melissa and Mike, you guys are doing a great job keep up the good work.

Comment: I was helped in a quick, easy manner. Transferred from a different Extra Space Storage and the service was great, 5 stars. Im looking forward to the upgrades, currently, without the keyless entry of the phone app and the code being such a long combo AND my unit being so far from the entry way, 3 stars. Average 4 stars. Perhaps in the future, the large parking lot can be fenced off to accommodate the emergency exits as regular entry ways.

Comment: I contacted multiple storage facilities in the Folsom / Rancho Cordova area because I needed several larger-sized units. Not only was this facility the only one that could accommodate me, they also had the best customer service throughout the different offices I spoke with. Melissa and Cassandra were terrific, and the way spoke to me made me feel like they really cared about me as a person and a customer. The units I got are easily accessible and the ground outside the unit’s is flat, not sloped, or on a hill like some of the others places I visited. I highly recommend renting here if you’re looking in the area / nearby vicinity.

Comment: I am so glad that I called today because I had questions about the updated contract I received. Bobby was so helpful; not only was he professional, he was very knowledgeable and professional. Even though there was a glitch in the system, I let him know that I didn’t live far and would come to the office; Bobby told me me that he didn’t want to inconvenience me but I insisted that I come because I trusted that he could totally help me complete my paperwork on the computer. I’m so glad to have met this young man as his excellent customer service was just as consistent as in person as it was over the phone.Thank you Bobby!
