Comment: This place is shady. They bait and switch you. I requested a 20 x 20 unit 20 feet wide by 20 feet deep. I was told not a problem. We have one for you sir big door when you move in I said later or in the morning I get there on a Sunday no one‘s there. I was told you have this specific unit. They gave me one unit number and I open up the door and it’s a 10 x 10 with a note stating I have the unit next to me. I paid for 2020 my contract states I have a 20 x 20 my contract states that I have a single unit it doesn’t say multiple units. It doesn’t say 877 and 78 says one single unit they beat and switched me.

Comment: So I havent needed a storage in forever but when I did I went to their website to reserve one and was so easy but heres the kicker I ended up calling the number the message me with and the lady I wish I could remember her name was absolutely amazing on making sure what I needed and made sure I got the best price possible so I do recommend calling and speaking with someone and after all that was done the site manager called to welcome me and see if theres anything she could do to help just an overall great experience

The prices at this location cannot be beat, especially, right now that inflation is hitting everywhere. The units are ultra clean and so are the grounds of this facility. Comment: Had my boat stored here for literally one week and my batteries were stolen. No cameras anywhere. Not worth the cheap price when your stuff gets jacked. Stay away. Oh and also if it’s not a locked storage unit the insurance won’t cover anything that gets stolen. Beware.

Comment: I will start eith saying the staff is very nice and friendly. With that said, I had rented a large unit for less than 6 months. Within a few weeks, there was a dead rat inside my unit. I complained to the front staff and the assured they would take care of it. Fast forward to the the Inmoved out . The smell of death was horrific. Another dead rat had gotten in my unit and made its final resting place in a family heirloom seat. Last straw is getting to my final destination and opening my boxes only to find dead cockroaches in several of my boxes. Never had this problem before with any other storage place in the past.

Comment: Extra storage space is a great storge except the chances of your unit lock being busted off the unit and someone commuting a burglary on your unit without being charged and extra space storage telling you that they have no one arrested on burglary onto their company private property with the involvement of your unit with all the SURVALANCE that they have no arrest and you paying extra for a new unit a new lock and even having to move your property out to another location huge deal. Never get a unit with whittier location.

Both conversations were very “aww poor you, to bad I don’t care” and just outright jaw dropping. I don’t even rent a storage unit at this location, but have been receiving mail for someone I have no idea who they even are for TWO YEARS! The first time she said she would try to reach out and get an updated address so the mail would stop being sent to my house and she obviously failed, because the mail just continues to come. The second conversation was today 12/07/22 and Amanda was still extremely rude. She started her conversation with me with “As I’ve told you before there is nothing we can do” in a very disrespectful tone. As a homeowner, it’s so frustrating that someone you don’t even know would be able to use my address as proof of residency and this company could careless and continues to send their mail to my home. Very frustrating and I couldn’t imagine having to speak with these people when actually renting a storage unit. Very pitiful, and I would stay away at all costs.

I Came in from out of state for a visit and stopped by my storage on A-day they just happened to be closed. My lock wasnt working so I couldnt get inside. Even though there wasnt anyone there at my stores location in Hesperia, they sent the Manager from the store down on Main st who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to fix the problem I was having, and it wasnt a simple task. And what topped it off, was that she was such a pleasure while doing so.

Comment: I started storing my travel trailer with this place in September of last year (2019). In a little over a year, my trailer was broken into twice and the managers have offered no help either time. It is supposed to be a secure area with video surveillance but yet they say they saw nothing. They do not call the police, the victims do. The problem I also have is that they call you right before closing time to let you know about an incident that happened the night before. When they do call, they act like it’s not their problem. By the time I could get down there and call the police, they are not available to help. It all seems very shady.

I had another storage location to check out but came to this location because of convenience, the blonde girl I believe Hannah, made my decision for me and I ended up renting at the other storage facility. She was absolutely ridiculous, I had 2 screaming kids in the car with their Dad, and since we needed to get a space ASAP I had needed to deal and go in. The front was locked, so I walked around to find this blonde lady on her golf cart flirting it up with some guy washing his car. She saw me so I walked back to the front and came back 5 minutes later to her STILL TALKING! I was already annoyed at that point and I asked her if she worked there, she said yes so I told her I wanted to check prices to rent a storage..she decided to keep talking to her guy and tell me there was a number I could call so I asked her if I really needed to do that! She said uh..no and took her another 5 minutes to get her ass 20 feet to the front on her little golf cart and unlock the building! Waste of time! She should be fired! Horrible customer service!!

Comment: John and Melissa were awesome. This was, by far, the most customer friendly storage experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this location to anyone considering a storage unit facility. The staff are kind and the prices are reasonable.

Comment: Not happy that I was not informed that my rate would jump $11 after 5 months. And they are still advertising cheaper rates for empty units. Why are you charging more from your existing customers? And if you say you will get back to your customer with said concerns, should you not do so in a timely manner? And then I find out at 9 months the rates will go up again. Why?
