Comment: It’s a decent space for the price. The stairs were only one short flight of stairs, and there was a cart available to wheel my boxes to my unit. High ceilings too, so unit can be filled to the top.I do wish the downstairs metal door would stay open on its own so I dont have to prop it open when moving a lot of stuff in.Also, I couldnt figure out how to get out of the gate the first time as it was not automatic and I didnt see a keypad anywhere near it. A fellow customer showed me the keypad which was much further back than I would have expected. Peaceful and safe seeming area.

Comment: 100% recommend, while I was parking before I walked into the office I noticed a young lady blowing and cleaning the property but when she noticed we were going into the office she hurried to open the door for us, and that was not even the shocking part she knew my name as soon as I came in she said she saw my reservation so I honestly felt welcome. I told Sheyla I didn’t really want the unit I reserved because it was inside and there’s no elevators but she still found something perfect for us with easy access and still in the price range we were looking at. Honestly really kind and fenomenal customer service.

Comment: Update 6/ 2923 DO NOT COME HERE. This place started to charge me $179 every month in Aug 2022. I found that reasonable. Then in Feb 2023 It changed to $207.00❗NOW Im moving out because my unit is being changed $287.00❗Expect to be charged many increases if you need the storage long term. Extra space is a greedy corporation.

Comment: What a scam, I rented a unit online from this facility, now i admit that I didn’t notice the unit was upstairs. When i went into the facility two days later to finish whatever needed to be done, Kenny advised it was an upstairs unit. Now Kenny was helpful as he could be, but obviously his hands are tied. I cancelled the unit, i was refunded a portion of my money but not the service fee, even though i never moved into the unit. I was then told i would receive a call from someone to discuss the matter, at I still haven’t received a call. So at the end of the day i am out the $30 even though i never moved in. I will never use an extra space storage facility knowing this is how business is done.UPDATE 10/7/22What a joke, spoke to three different people today in regards to this issue, all three people gave me 3 different answers. Basically the last thing said was that the fee is non refundable. Even though i never moved into the unit. Lesson learned, I will never rent a unit from extra space ever again, and i will make sure to spread the word of this poor business tactic that they employ to make money. WHAT A Scam!!

I came down at closing to see what the size of a smaller unit looked like that was available at a sister location and he not only showed me HIS unit but he looked at other locations for what was available.Once I made my decision, he went a step forward to inform me of the short hours I would have to access my unit.So after checking again, a comparable unit was located about 2 miles away that had roughly the same Sq. Footage but was a little less pricey.Big shout out to the professionalism and above and beyond effort of Mr. Sheilds.He definitely made my day.

Comment: Did not get a storage place here because of the male front attendant. I had no issues with the female front attendant because she was friendly and approachable. The male attendant was not friendly, rude, and not helpful. He came off as not approachable with a stern face and became aggressive with his tone. This incident occurred on Saturday 2-22-2020 at about 9am-9:20am. The owner or manager can see what I’m talking about. He lost a customer after that issue and maybe he can get better customer service training from it. If he is the manager or owner, well you need to treat potential customers better. I never got their names or titles so I don’t know who they were in the front. The lady attendant would of saved the sale but he hurt the business with that attitude. I do not recommend.

I was told they have a company that sprays. Never saw any again. This summer I saw lots of spider webs. And some black widows. Just sprayed myself. No big deal.

He was very paitent with me while we tried to figure out exactly how much of a storage unit I needed as he showed me a couple. The office was very neat, the grounds were clean and he made the sign up process very quick for me. He also was very nice making small talk with my very informative and inquisitive four year old. Thanks for the great experience! This is our third time back to this location over the years and this guy by far has been the most professional and customer service centered manager I have encountered here. I was on the fence about renting here again at first but he made the experience a great one.

Comment: Had a storage unit for just a bit over a year and it got broken into a day after Christmas and just now recently found out. This location is in between both a nice and a bad area. There was insurance that your require to get or provide yourself insurance was a waste on this one as you need receipts & picture plus police report in order to claim. Didnt have the prior & my unit was one of the last units to get hit. So not much was stolen. The on site manager did promise a gift card that was never received. This facility is outdated with doors that are easy to break down within a minute.

I had made an reservations the previous night and went in the next morning the staff was just looking at me with blank stares when I walked in the office..no smile or friendliness at all..the manager Ashleigh was helping me and seemed very confrontational and argumentative..I was curious as to why they needed to know what my belongings were and simply asked why they needed to know if it was not harmful and it followed all the guidelines to be acceptable..she was very rude and copped and attitude throughout the walk thru..i had asked about a trailer that was parked on the grounds thinking it could be a night security to which Id feel more safe considering Id mentioned my concern with security..Ashleigh simply rolled hers eyes and says its being stored but in the most cynical way possible. I also did not like the dirtiness of the facility. Very bad place altogether. I left and did not want to do business with them at that location........I went to another location on highland in San Bernardino and was very pleased with the location and the service. A complete 180.

Although it was a little out of the way and a little bit more pricey than other storage facilities, we had really great service. That is a huge plus for me! Ive traveled around Southern California, moving frequently and using different storage facilities, but the service I received here set a new precedent. I LOVED how friendly, honest, and clear the man (Andy or Andrew, I believe) up front was when explaining terms, conditions, rates, etc. He truly made us feel like this was a safe, secure location to store our belongings. I look forward to conducting my business here and I will be referring my friends and family to this location. I hope they love it as much as I do!
