I had my things stored there for 7 yrs. My only complaint is how much it went up from $81-$221 for a 5x8 unit. But other than that Im satisfied with their service. They stacked my boxes better than I did. You can tell it was done with care.

Kristal helped us set up the app so we had no problems. Gate opens from app without getting out of car. Plenty of room to maneuver a 26-ft truck. A+ storage facility with an even better staff!

Ive done business with two distinct locations and man oh man were the on-site managers old school aim of the highest of customer service!The signing up was a triage of misquotes, and being tossed about in their system, however the excellence of the unit, and management canceled that nonsense wasting time out. If youre looking in Oceanside: Run dont walk to the 1903? Oceanside Blvd locale. Go with the one where Chrystal in the manager — shes pure gold 👏👍

Comment: Showed up and was told “I was not in the system. Lost opportunity.”I have multiple emails showing confirmed. I even went on line a few days ago and changed the move in date. I showed the staff person my confirmation email and he just kept saying “you are not in my system, lost opportunity “.After some back and forth he said he could make a new reservation at the rate I had ($44) if I booked for 4 months. No problem. He rang it all up and said $339. He had added insurance I did not need without asking. I told him to take it off. He scoffed and did. Then said $279. I asked how we got there and he said $55 a month. At that point my wife jumped in and said “you JUST said $44 if we did 4 months” He replied on the most pompous way possible “no I did not”. If I make a reservation and you confirm the reservation and you don’t notify me of cancelling the reservation and I do all the work of bringing my stuff and then your rude staff person arbitrarily cancels and then tries to slide in extra costs on a new reservation I am done with you. NEVER giving you business again. You wasted my time, treated me rudely, and did not honor your commitment. I don’t trust your company at all.

However, after having the unit for a few months, they jacked up the price from $100/month(a great deal) to 180. When i asked about this, they said this is what they commonly do. It would be a big hassle to go move all my stuff again to another facility and i think a lot of people end up staying after the price hike because they dont wanna move all their stuff again.

RV and trailer parking lot has been repaved along with a lot of other renovations and repairs. Book your reservation for storage online - its definitely cheaper than just walking in. Unfortunately, we had our trailer broken into and items were stolen. The manager Amanda viewed hours of surveillance from her 24 hour cameras and located the theft on video. While there wasnt too much more that she or anyone else could really do at that point, she remained in touch with us offering both her care and support. What more can you ask for? Comment: I have to say I am impressed with the professionalism and knowledge Amanda has showed us! We have been looking at different storage places around town and found some decent ones, but this one seems legit. Not only did she know her stuff and was very informative and direct with the rules and procedures for the renters, she also reassured safety. As we toured the place, I noticed the gate always locked unless you have a code or buzzed in, her office is right by the entrance, so she has eyes around, and driving around there weren’t people like hanging out loitering which was my main concern. She doesn’t allow people loitering all day there. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone as long as she is running the place! She must care about her work because it definitely shows and stands apart against the other storage areas that’s for sure!

Comment: The Manger here is very friendly and works with the customers to give them the best value for their money. Plus the first month is free. I rented a 5X10 inside a storage locker. It was enough to store my personal belongings, but I really had to maximize my available space. The people are friendly here and you dont have the campers here. The ones that never go home. The site is extremely clean and the units are very nice with secure doors. The lighting in the halls is bright, but inside the smaller units, there are no lights. The hours are from 6 am to 10 pm. Ample time to do what you need and you can choose your own time. The price is average at $132 for my small space. No bathrooms now because of the construction going on. Next month they will be finished, and ready for use, thats if the COVID19 CLEARS. They have an on-site Manager, adds to the level of safety. Overall I recommend this storage facility, just on the Manager here on site. Shes polite, friendly, and not a snoop. Thank goodness.
