Comment: The manager treated me inhumanely when I asked to use the restroom, Maria said to use the bathroom she had to call the manager. The manager said that she would check it after I used to to make sure it was clean. I waited outside the office so they could have a private conversation about me using the restroom and then after waiting was given this type of treatment. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I used to use Guava street self storage for 2 years and I ended up very unhappy with their business.This storage facility on the other hand is so much better ☺️. Their gates are open until 10:00 p.m.! Guava facility gate hours closed at 7:00 p.m.The staff so much nicer. The gentleman that helped us had excellent customer service. Every year it went up over $100. I just cant give it more than 3 because financially it can really stress you out when you have no other choice than to pay it.

Almost felt like she hates working there and it’s the customers fault. Comment: Management was great. Handled things quickly, hard to get on the phone (probably out on the property), but always called me back within 24 hours. My issue was with the huge rate increases. I signed on for a unit in March 2018 at about $130/month. As of now, April 2019, my rate is $200/month. Basically my rate is going up by about 6% per month. I wish my stock account would do that. That’s wild. Also, had a water leak issue. They fixed the leaks for me. Surely they didn’t replace the whole roof though, so beware. Insurance paid for our stuff, but it was a pain. ES verified the damage and our policy paid it. Glad we got the insurance.Edit 5/2/19Lowering to one star. Like literally all the other facilities in town, this facility is well maintained. As far as “competitive pricing”, bs. It was only competitive for 3 months, until our rates went up 15%. Then 3-4 months later, another 16% increase. Then another. Within 12 months our rate went from “competitive” to gouging. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t move, I don’t know. I even submitted a feedback when they asked, and told them I was disappointed in the price increases. How do they justify increasing our rate 90% in a year? Because the starting rate is the same now as when I signed on over a year ago. How come new tenants aren’t paying $200/month? Mgmt is great, but corporate is greedy and gouged us. Stay away from this place.

And told me I have to move out at the end of the month! EXCUSE ME I HAVE NEVER slept in a storage unit in my life! I own a home and I sleep there. I dont know what kind of scam they are running but I am missing some expensive jewelry and some rare collectable coins it is not the value I Cared about but those were special because they were handed down to me from my father who passed on. If Karina has my things I ask you to please return them I will pay you more than they are worth. I dont know what that insurance is for that they make u pay every month but it is a waste of money,and probably just goes in the companies pocket. Live and Learn, I guess.

Comment: Recently I had embarked on a search for a space that would accommodate my boat, that requires almost 40 of internal space, and, room in the adjoining area in front of the storage space, to maneuver into and out of, as well. In addition to this, I have years of experience with storage facilities, and have a pretty good idea what I need, and what to expect. That said, I need a storage facility that is easily accessible to streets that I can safely maneuver into and out of, is well lit and equipped with video surveillance, well maintained, very clean, and reasonably priced. To my great surprise I have found each & every element of my needs met, including a reasonable monthly fee. But my story does not end there...I was provided a wonderful & spacious drive-in storage unit for my boat. But due to the combined length of my boat and truck and needing extra maneuvering space, I was having significant difficulty pulling my boat out, and returning it back safely. Due to the environmental awareness of both Maria & Manager Karina, they had both observed my parking difficulties via security surveillance, had assessed an available storage space for the same price that had just became available with an almost straight back-in pullout access, and, actually drove onto the lot to advise me of, and show me the other nearby storage unit; I took it immediately! Maria and Karina are true professionals whom really care, pay close attention, and are making a positive difference for their clients.If you have taken the time read my short essay, which was written because Karina and Maria of Extra Space Storage, easily deserve for me to speak up for them, then you are also taking your storage selection seriously.That said, this facility deserves your due consideration for a closer look, which may well result in a clear choice for all your storage needs.

Comment: Ive been renting a storage unit at extra space for over a year and it has been a great experience. Not only does Maria have great customer service but shes very personable and looks out for my best interest. Renting a unit here was the best decision I made and wouldnt go anywhere else. Great prices too!!

Comment: My husband and I have been customers for a long time now at this storage unit in this facility. The ladies Karina and Maria are great. They have great customer service and make the process so smooth and they have great prices. The facility is clean and is safe. I would not go any where else. Extra Space Storage in Temecula is Awesome!!! I have no complaints.

Comment: By far the best Storage facility, has the best prices, very clean, safe and secure, office ladies are extremely nice and friendly. customer service was excellent. Best storage facility i have ever rented at. I am definitely very pleased.
