I’ve worked with not with Extra Space storage but other facilities there’s a whole checklist of positive. Interactions with racks with the occasional interaction with Bob, very friendly very professional courteous well also work with you if there’s a problem with payments or storage issues always has a solution.

Rex was attentive and obviously overseeing the property which was reassuring as I was back out of the state and rented movers to help my 22 year old daughter.Closed the account with no issues and Rex was excellent to work with. Comment: Ive been a customer for years and recently my unit was broken into and was told my unit was the 4th unit within a week. Nobody notified me about the break-ins prior so I could better protect my things. Over 10,000 dollars was taken plus the family heirloom that can not be replaced. The camera system is old and cant see anything, and corporate knows they need to be updated but has not done it. The night person doesnt make rounds after a certain time. My opinion they shouldnt be living there if they dont do anything that benefit the property at night. Put your money into a place that keeps your belonging and mind at ease. Rex was very helpful with the break in reporting process but he cant be there all night. With there being a code to get in and out it was obviously an inside job that I will never get answers too.

Comment: I went in to check out the storage units. The property was quiet, clean, and seemed well protected with camera surveillance. I had already done online research on this property. Rex the office manager answered all of my questions, and explained everything well. He took me to view the units so that I could choose the right size storage that I needed. The price was fair and the rental process was quick, efficient, and professional. I really liked that there is always an employee on the property 24/7. All the cameras were working and it felt safe. The location is also in a familiar area and close to my home. So far so good, hopefully the service remains just as good as today. Im anticipating that there wont be any problems or issues in the future. So Im starting this business off with a 5 star rating.😊👍

Comment: I have nothing but great things to say about this location.It was our first time renting with them. We had rented a trailer and it was our first load for storage. We were traveling from our home in Wildomar which is about a 45-50 minute drive. It got dark on us before we arrived to the facility. When we got close to being there we experienced a lot of traffic. I called the location and Rex answered. I was trying to find out which side of the street they were located on. When we approached the intersection before the location, I realized the road was closed. While still on the phone with Rex I asked why the road was closed? I asked if there was a parade? He said yes it was the Christmas parade. Oh great, we had a truck and trailer full of “stuff” and now what? He said he was also stuck at his location and couldn’t get out to go home. It was too far for us to turn around and go home so we decided to “camp out” in the Walmart parking lot until the parade was over. Rex called us two or three times to update us and again when the coast was clear and we could access the street and the entrance. He didn’t have to do that but out of the kindness of his heart he kept us apprised of the situation. When we finally got in and got to our storage unit I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. We were greeted by Bob who came out and said Rex had explained to him everything that we had been through and was super nice letting us know if we needed anything to just ask.We were very happy with our experience and would recommend this location to anyone who needs a clean, friendly storage facility. We were so impressed we rented another unit there as well.

Comment: Extra Space is the Best Place!!! Extended gate entry hours make it easier to beat the summer heat. Units are clean and the staff knows how to adjust the roll-up doors to work properly. The office has a variety of quality moving supplies at reasonable prices...boxes, plastic covers, tape, locks, etc. When I needed a second unit, they were able to get me into one next to my first unit, which really simplified my visits. Security cameras provided additional safety to me and my belongings and staff always checked on me when I was there. They know who is coming and going. When I forgot to lock one unit, nothing was missing or damaged. Staff secured the unit ASAP and made numerous attempts to notify me. Greatly appreciated! All the staff are kind, courteous, and honest. Rex provided awesome customer service. Thanks guys!!!

Comment: I buy and sell storage units so I have been to a lot of facilities and met a lot of management but the customer service I received from Rex and Bob caught me off guard. Never have I come across a facility and staff of this caliber. Bob was the first interaction we encountered and even being new he did is job spot on and if he didnt know the answer to a question he went and found out unlike a lot of new employees who might just give you an answer to satisfy. (I was a manager 10 years one of biggest problems I had with new employees.) Then we met the manager the following morning and for once it seemed like a member of management was happy to be at the job. He has a great personality very accommodating and even has a sense of humor which is hard to keep about you in that line of work with all the colorful people you encounter. But most of all the facility itself is beautifully maintained. No random debree in isles or bent crappy latches on doors which we are all to familiar with. Overall I highly recommend this location and staff to anyone who wants an eased mind when storing their belongings keepsakes or inventory and a professional staff thats par to none. Kudos guys.

So, I took a chance and booked a unit on-line that offered a discount for booking by internet.Within five minutes booking the unit, I received a call from the (owner/manager?) Rex and confirmed my reservation. My wife and I later met with Rex and my suspicions were confirmed, picking a storage unit here was a great choice! The grounds are clean and well cared for and the security is top notch. Not only do you have to punch in a code for entry, but you have to punch in your code to leave the premises. Thanks for the personalized service. When I arrived he had other people in the office and he was the only person working in the office but this polite young man still gave me a big friendly hello, offered me some cold water and invited me to have a seat in the waiting area until he was finished.
