Comment: I had to come here and rate this place because its already 3 strikes. First strike, the site says that office hours are 6am to 8pm, but after arriving 8am and waiting 20 min and it was raining and seeing that nobody was there yet, I called the number and they said that office hours are 930am to 6pm. I had to walk on the rain twice. I already had a very difficult day and this added to the stress.Second strike, Jason is always has a long face when I go to the storage. Its like he doesnt like seeing me there. I try to say hello but he just seems moody all the time. I feel like I am not welcome to go there. Its upsetting.Third strike, I arrived 5:55pm and the restrooms were closed. I go to the office and there were 2 employees and Jason says bathroom closes at 6pm. I tell him its still not 6pm it was 5:58pm, and I really needed to use the bathroom. He said that he couldnt open it anymore. He is always so unfriendly to me. It was inhumane. Employees should notify us since the beginning that bathroom closes at 6pm or put a notice in the door. (I wonder at what time they even open it or if they close it during their lunch time too, I have never used it). I almost had an accident there. I am so unlucky that the only time I really need it, it was closed!

I would recommend them to anybody to come to this place and tell me they are not happy when they leave because since having these guys as my storage people, they’ve been nothing but so helpful they go out of their way to help me recently. I was stressing on getting my lock cut and they did it for me in a matter couple minutes for free and my other storage place not naming names. Comment: Dont rent a storage here for no reasons at all! They have horrible customer service as well as business performance. Ive been a renter here for over a year now! For the past week and so on. I wasnt able to get into my storage unit in the basement, due to some sort of Maintenance was what the manager Jessica told me. The manager is very rude and unprofessional and shouldnt be in charge if they arent able to control there emotions, She gave me hella attitude when I went to ask what was going on with the units. They didnt give me no heads up in advance like they stated they did l, multiple times thru emails. Which in reality they put some old email they had for me previously which I wanted in contact with anymore. Idk why when they have no problem sending out texts and calls of bills thats coming up, why couldnt they send one for the maintenance. I come here everyday of my life to get my work equipment and ever since this has been happening,it has been affecting my business and making me lose customers and money every day . There more that goes on here but Im not gonna type everything out, all Im saying is dont rent from this storage facility. Its not worth it at all.

Comment: First let me just say Im only giving 4 stars simply because its expensive & my old rate shot up & doubled when Extra space took over for Anaheim mini storage without prior notice to the sell. With that being said, the place is kept very clean & the staff is very friendly & accommodating. I havent had any problems with then whatsoever. I feel my storage is safe & secure for the most part as nothing is 100% safe these days. I pay 160 a month for a tiny space. If you can afford it this place is pretty good. I unfortunately cant afford it anymore & will be shopping around for a cheaper place.

Comment: Probably one of the worst experiences Ive had with a storage facility, from the get go I knew what my payment would be and when it was due. Ive been paying on time for now 7 months, and yet this place feels that every month they have to call and remind me that my payment is coming soon. Dont do this to your future customers! Im sure were all adults and know that its OUR RESPONSIBILITY to pay our bill on time. Dont need constant reminders and phone calls. Besides this issue, the actual facility was good, and decent pricing.

Every time I need to use the elevator it’s in use, turned off too early, or whatever other excuse they come up with. Super inconvenient, super annoying.Update: apparently when they say they close at 6p they mean that they close at 5:45... another extremely annoying and ridiculous Anaheim mini storage. Drove 30 minutes just to get to my unit to find everything locked up.

Comment: Paid over $6000 in storage. They liquidated my things (no profit to me) because I could not pay $200 on time. In my storage was all I had of 45 years of marriage and 68 hard years of living. Warning: manager is antisocial, mentally slow, and enjoys power and cruelty. Other employee do not communicate in English. Was supposed to have A/C. Melting hot in summer. Do NOT GIVE THEM THE BUSINESS IF YOU ARE SMART! (And I would have said that ever if I had not lost more than $100,000- all I ever owned. I was never even notified in paper or electronics of liquidation.) I am heart broken and glad to be rid of their oppression.

Comment: The woman that checked me in was nice and helpful.There’s no AC.The hours for access are pretty bad if you work 9-5 because the last time to get in is 545, unless you work pretty close, and then it doesn’t open until 9am so yeah..It’s ridiculous that there’s not at least one person at the desk in case an employee needs to step away. I needed assistance after utilizing my storage unit and no one was around. I walked the halls and still no sign of anyone. The employees should probably have a mobile work phone for when they are away from the desk..That makes a lot of sense especially if you were to have a paying customer waiting to rent a storage unit-they may just leave instead because of the wait and no response.Appearance wise it’s neat and clean, even the bathroom.Besides that it’s decent. My storage unit is a perfect size for my current needs.

And does she seem super high! higher than other times for sure. But besides that employee.. Phones never get answered. Always is someone out on the property even for hours. Tried to go pay them inside and was having a hell of a time finding someone in the office. Not very secure ..was able to get a code and all they asked was what unit number. No names..nothing...Not worth it.

Comment: Wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with this company unless you are willing to pay for the unit you rented months after having it closed. I gave them 25 days notice, had my unit cleaned out, inspected and completed all the paperwork to close the unit and am still being charged rent a month later. When I called to dispute the charge they said they would take care of it and take me out of their system. Three days later the money was still missing in my bank account. When I called again they said they had no record of me having rented a unit. This place is filled with crooks. Save your money, do business elsewhere.
