She is a no nonsense manger, insuring that only people that belong there are on the premises and following the rules . She keeps the grounds clean and makes sure there is no trash left in any area. I have several units and have been a customer for many years . I would like to give her 5 stars for each of my units. Keep up the good work.

I had a bad experience with one of her co-workers that I spoke with over the phone who was rude to say the least. I was ready to just not even bother moving in, but Jax listened and gave the reassurance I needed to move forward. This property is very accommodating. A little pricy but worth it. Access until 10 p.m. is huge. Do go anywhere else.

Jessica called me as a follow up to our previous conversation. Her professional customer service even though I didnt rent from this company, was commendable. Her information about the clean, safe, easy access to units was admirable. If my present storage doesnt work out, I most certainly will go to this company and get a different size. Comment: The storage space was easy to find and clean, and communication with staff was very cordial and helpful.The only downside was the location of building, so close to parked cars and the fence. I probably scraped my bumper on the fence, parallel parking — it’s an old car, so I wasn’t careful — but I thought, “there is no way a truck is going to get through here!” Though it’s helpful to have a place to park near the door to the building, I think having more loading/driving room over on that side is more valuable than parking, from a mover’s perspective.

Comment: Great customer service, they will guide and help you with everything you need. I went there to check out their spaces and they accommodate me with no problems the workers are very welcoming and friendly. When I was riding on their golf cart, the place seems very secure with cameras all over and safe. I believe it is a secured trustworthy storage unit to put your belongings in.

Comment: After shopping on line I stopped in personally to this facility...Thank God ! I met a wonderful young man named Christian,and the man more than fit the name..Without going into boring details of how he went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me,suffice to say if you ever need some extra space that you dont have in your home go here and talk to Christian;you will feel like you are still at home...Best customer service I have ever received...bar none!!! Comment: Extra Space Storage is the BEST. Moving and finding a great place to store my belongings was one of the most stressful things I had to do. Rochelle was WONDERFUL.She made sure my stay was beyond excellent and if I ever needed a storage space Im going directlty to her. It was great knowing that my belongings were in great hands. Comment: My storage was broken into after I was all nice and settled in. I was informed by the manager that the perps used a car jack to pry open the security gates. The storage rent was raised 12 dollars more after I received a 50 dollar discount for referring a friend. The insurance company associated with this facility has not paid me any money yet. Comment: I just love Rochelle and Shannon! How many people can say they enjoy paying their monthly bills at any store or any place?!? These two ladies are always cheery, upbeat, and helpful whenever I come into the office to pay my bill -- even on those occasions when I have to pay a late fee, they make the experience less painful because of their personalities.I also appreciate the cleanliness of the grounds, everything is well kept, so I always feel safe and secure when visiting my unit. Its a topnotch storage space!

Comment: So I just moved out of my unit just a few days ago and my experience here was outstanding. Moving is always stressful especially in my circumstances but from day 1 the manager Rochelle has made my transition so easy for me. Came in to the office was greeted with great customer service, both employees were friendly, polite and very professional. They keep the place super clean and I had no issues with any of my stuff upon moving out. No hidden fees and no surprises anywhere. Hopefully I wont need storage for my stuff again but if ever do Im going straight to Extra Space Storage. Plus they had better rates than everyone else in town.
