Comment: I would like to share my experience buying a new car, when making a large purchase it can be stressful. For me it’s been eight years since I bought my first car and I had an OK experience it really wasn’t the best so I was nervous going into the dealership. Over the past few years, I have been looking into SUVs and have done a deep dive into so every single one. I came to the conclusion of what I wanted and the time was right with the Memorial Day promotion going on. We went into Fairfield Subaru not really knowing what would happen but to my surprise they really listened to our concerns and constructed a great deal. From sales to finance, Everyone seemed very personable and helpful. I’m happy to have bought my Subaru through their dealership 😄

Comment: Wonderful experience! No hovering, but extremely available and helpful once interest in a particular vehicle was conveyed. Price similar to Kelly Blue book(reasonable for the quality youre getting). I was up front with maximum I could spend/what I wanted my car payments to be under. Professional, helpful, and efficient. Jorgeluis Fernandez (Sales consultant) went above and beyond to make this an easy transition.

I’m now having to edit my old posts to continue sharing my positive experiences because Google won’t let me review this place more than once! Lol.I most recently was having some concerns with my 2018 Crosstrek and was able to take it to my guy Jay Valdez in service, the morning after I called. Long story short, I found out I was looking at almost $10k in repairs because there was a freak issue going on with my transmission. Every Subaru owner I’ve met, including myself, prides themselves on the durability and reliability of their Subaru - so this news was upsetting in more than one way. Jay V. immediately reassured me that he was going to make some phone calls and talk to the people he needed to talk to in order to figure out how get my car right, and his goal was to not have me pay a single dime for it - even he was shocked at the issue my car was having and seemed like he took it personally as well. Jay did what he needed to do in the next couple days to work his magic. He called me back, and informed me that my transmission was going to be completely replaced and installed at ZERO cost to me. What a relief!!! This was such amazing news to hear and I could tell that Jay had a personal interest in making sure the proper outcome came true for me. I’ve been bringing my Crossterk to Fairfield Subaru since I purchased it, and he simply wanted to show gratitude to a very loyal customer he said.To add to Jay’s efforts I later found out he pulled some MAJOR strings to get a new transmission to Fairfield within 1-2 days when simply ordering a new one could have take about a month. While they provided me with a rental car for my troubles during this time (also amazing), Jay didn’t want me to be without my baby longer than needed.I could go on and on about how amazing Jay and the whole service team have been to me over the years…and I also don’t want to forget my extreme appreciation for the mechanics who have worked on my car- it always come back to me running better than ever! I don’t want anyone else touching my car!!!I even went back a few days later to grab a couple random parts for my GF’s Impreza (cuz yea, I told her she had to buy a car from Fairfield if she wanted a Subaru) and Gerry in service also went above and beyond to help me figure out what part I needed and he actually had it in stock! He stayed after hours to finish helping me and I just couldn’t thank him enough.Because of the way I’m constantly treated when I visit this dealership, I will continue to show my loyalty to Fairfield Subaru for many more years to come. I will continue referring my friends and family there because they treat me like family. Thank you EVERYBODY at Fairfield Subaru for ALL you have done for me over the years, I am beyond grateful!

Comment: Fairfield Subaru is great. In 2015, I was visiting a friend in Fairfield, and we stopped by to look at cars. I bought my first Subaru Outback Premium. A few years later, I received an enticement in the mail from Fairfield Subaru, and it asked if I would like a new Subaru Outback for $20 more a month. I didnt choose that option, but upgraded to the 2017 Subaru Outback Limited. I thought I was all set with my Outback, but found out the trailer I want to pull requires a 5000 lb. towing capacity. So once again, I headed to Fairfield Subaru. I live in Chico, and could choose to buy there at the local Subaru dealership. Its a great place too. However, I keep coming back to Fairfield Subaru, because everyone of my experiences have been great. Im loyal to this place because they are good to me. I now own the 2019 Subaru Ascent. All I can say about that car is amazing!!! The sales staff, a shout out to Rachael, the finance department, Emad, and the service department are all amazing. The guy who keeps everything running smooth throughout the company is the GM Wahid. Go see him and he will take care of you.

Comment: My son and I went to Fairfield Subaru to look for a car. Within 5 minutes, he had found the one that caught his eye, and his heart. We spoke with Jeff and Marco, which were fantastic! They answered all our questions, got my son pre-qualified, explained the rate and loan terms. By the end of the conversation, Parker was pretty sure he wanted the car, but also doesnt like to impulse buy. Marco offered to hold the car for 24 hours with a small deposit. No problem.The next day, we went back and Parker purchased his first car. Jeff and Marco were so patient and helpful. We also enjoyed working with the finance manager as well, whose name, unfortunately, escapes me at the moment.We had a great experience and my son is driving around showing off his first big purchase. If I werent a Jeep gal and was in the market for a new car, I would go back to Fairfield Subaru. They made what could have been a nerve-racking situation enjoyable.

Comment: Im taking a break from zipping around in my new World Rally Blue WRX to write a few words about the good folks at Fairfield Subaru.Tony Richardson, the salesman, had a relaxed, no-pressure style. He didnt annoy me with incessant texts and voice-mails like other dealerships do. He was happy to answer my questions or to find out the answers if he didnt know them. He helped me with my thinking about which trim, features, and color I would be most happy with. When it came time to negotiate, I felt like he took my concerns seriously and adjusted the price in my favor. Im sure I got the best deal on a new WRX in northern California.Emad Burjaq, the finance manager, was also good to work with. I could tell that hes a professional who tries to do his best for his customers. When I had questions about where some of the numbers came from, he showed me the calculations on his worksheets and his computer screen. Everything was fair and square.Overall, the Fairfield dealership had a friendly, helpful atmosphere. I wouldnt hesitate to buy a car there again.

Comment: Fairfield Subaru exceeded expectations during a recent service visit to add a hitch to our Subaru Ascent. Check-in with April was seamless and she was very nice. Their customer waiting area is inviting with lots of windows. They even had coffee, tea, and fruit available. The young lady at the service desk was very friendly! The hitch install took most of a day so they even handled transportation for me to go enjoy lunch and come back when my car was ready. Jorge was so helpful and friendly as well. Comment: I reached out online the morning of 02/10 to Fairfield Subaru regarding pricing and availability of a 2022 Subaru Ascent Limited Option in Black on Black.I received an email from the Sech Durmaz, Sales Manager stating that he didn’t have one in stock but could order one to my specifications however would take a while to arrive. It was priced at the MSRP of $43,720I then checked their website and saw the same vehicle in Magnetite Gray Metallic was in transit, it had the options that I wanted and some additional accessories that I hadn’t included in my build your own quote. The price on the bulls your own was lower than the price of this vehicle and Sech was able to grant me $1,005 off the MSRP of $ 44332.00.I reached out and he’d told me that it should be arriving by the 27th of the month but a few hours later it had arrived. I let him know that I definitely wanted the vehicle and asked that he send me a full breakdown of the costs. I let him know that I had a trade and received an offer of 14k on it. He advised me that he wouldn’t be able to match that offer which was fine.I asked if there was a way to speed the buying process and he gave me pointers. I let him know that my financing was secured and asked if the car would be ready to be picked up on 2/12. He assured me that it would.On 2/12 upon arrival at the dealership we were greeted by salesman Tony Richardson. We were immediately offered drinks and snacks. He informed me the car was all ready for me and brought it round the front. He gave me the keys, we put the kids seats in and took a test drive (without the salesman)Upon returning we went to talk numbers and I was very happy that nothing had changed from the offer I’d received via email to the moment I was sitting in the office to sign the offer.Next step was financing. Of course I’d already secured financing so with the exception of being offered prepaid maintenance & extended warranty packages in which I declined it went off without a hitch.I’m happy to say I drove off in my brand new 2022 Subaru Ascent Limited. It’s my first Subaru and I’mlooking forward to all the adventures to come!I highly recommend the team at Fairfield Subaru for your buying pleasure.

Jenica was great, friendly, helpful and laid back (there was no pressure at all, which I love!) We had found an ascent premium online from a dealership in Albany that was marked at msrp, they had the same one in the color I wanted here in fairfield, much closer to home for us, but it was marked up about $4,000 above (not unsual during these times) And the manager (I believe Jose) was not hesitant to meet us at the same price! Which we were so grateful for since we had an awful experience with the Toyota dealership in vacaville where the manager wouldnt even budge $500! Needless to say it was a no Brainer! We got a great loam, and Emad was so friendly and helpful and explained to us fully about financing and our warranty options! He even gave us an adorable subaru dog toy for our husky! They just went above and beyond for us and I appreciate it so much. I will be coming back in the future! Comment: Feels like the epitome of a shady dealership, especially for military and veterans, wasn’t always that way. Bought my Subaru here four years ago but the last time I went for an oil change, they did a bad job in that they had the nerve to try pressuring me into buying services I didn’t need, which I declined and they had taken parts off of my car that weren’t necessary to take off to do an oil change, and then consequently fell off because they didn’t put all the pins back on. The part above the right-side front wheel-well got pulled out on a sharp maneuver while parallel parking by making contact with the moving tire. This part was attached to the plastic part (name I don’t know which they took off to try selling me on $800 service to inspect a small oil leak that’s not even hitting the ground) that’s attached to the frame to protect dirt and road debris from flying up into the vulnerable parts of the car and engine. I’ll be screwed in the winter when there’s salt on the roads ruining the metal. I was wearing my Marine Corps hat and the service manager was asking about my retirement before my car went in to service for the oil change. Subaru Customer Service says since Fairfield is the one that caused the damages I have to take it back to Fairfield but it just doesn’t seem right. Not veteran friendly or military friendly anymore.

Comment: Been looking to buy a new car to replace my Toyota Corolla when I finally decided on a Forester. I choose to buy from Fairfield dealership as Im pleased with my experience and impressed with the quality service I received. Though they didnt have my Crimson Red Pearl Forester with the blind spot detection package in their inventory when I was first inquiring, Tony the sales person was able to get it delivered to the lot in time for my birthday. I have no regrets choosing to make my purchase here. Highly recommend.

Comment: I recently had some serious issues with my 2013 Subaru Impreza, and took it in to be serviced. I cant speak to the crew that looked at my car, or determined its value to be only $2,000, but the Service Advisor -- Ilene -- that assisted me during the process went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. She inquired about financial assistance, as my repairs were going to cost well over what the car was worth ($9,000), and was able to reduce the cost for the repairs I determined to be most vital. Ilenes customer service is outstanding, and is the main reason I felt a sense of loyalty and a desire to look for my replacement car at Fairfield Subaru as opposed to anywhere else.When I went in to pay for the repairs and pick up my car, I had help from the Sales Representative Tony to look around the lot for viable options. Ultimately, I bought a 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport that I am extremely happy with. He also went the extra mile to assist with any questions and issues I had, and helped me get the deal I needed to make a purchase that same day.

Comment: Fairfield Subaru restored my faith in automotive dealerships. After a horrible experience with a different manufacturer / dealership, Fairfield Subaru did everything right and went way over and beyond any expectations. Since I have the worse luck shopping for new cars, the first car had some issues. The dealership worked with us on swapping out the car - my mind was blown. Hadas was super nice and even followed up a few weeks later how the car is. Financing went through quite easily as well, didnt have to wrangle about it. Very happy. Thank you Fairfield Subaru!

Comment: I leased my last Subaru Crosstrek from Hadas Daniel there. It was a wonderful experience and we love the car!!! What a difference from leasing the same car before from Subaru AutoNation. That was a total disaster. They literally took the keys from us after the deal had been approved by finance!!! Never go there!!!! I strongly recommend Fairfield Subaru if your in the market for a new or used car!!! Ask for Hadas Daniel. Finance got me in and out within a 1/2 hour and there were no games or strong armed dealings like at Autonation Subaru!!!!!
