Nicole is informative and willing to help with anything that I needed during the application process. Chris the service manager has addressed any service requests that we needed. To top it all off the scenery is breathtaking and we love love love our apartment! So happy to make Fairlane Woods our new home☺️
Amazing and super friendly staff! Unit is completely updated and maintenance team is very responsive. I worked with Nicole when signing up. She made the process super easy for me and keeps up with me regularly. The gym and pool are also super convenient for my fast paced schedule. Looking forward to renew my lease!
I loved living here at fairlane woods! The community is very well kept with gated community peaceful and calming vibes. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and outdoor lounge area are amazing to have. The apartments are spacious with decently sized bedroom and bathrooms. The leasing office staff has always been friendly when talking with them and will help you with whatever you need. Maintenance also fixes any problems you have and if they can’t, they will get someone who can. I am sad to be leaving but definitely would recommend this place to anyone hesitating on moving here!
My wife and I have been living in Fairlane woods for 2 years now and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Our townhouse is fully renovated and has beautiful views of greenery all around. Whenever something comes up, the Fairlane woods team is always happy to help us whether it’s maintenance or office related. Nicole from the office is always going one step above to help with anything we need. Thank you to the awesome Fairlane woods staff!
I lived here for just under one year (I had to move for a new job), and the entire experience was wonderful! When I was touring the apartment, staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated in a timely manner. When it came time to sign the lease and move in, I was clear on exactly what was expected from me--and when. The apartment was in great condition when I moved in, and the renovations made (I am in a 1BR upper) are very nice! It was plenty of space for a WFH situation with a queen bed and standing desk in the bedroom. The couple minor maintenance issues I had were addressed within 48 hours, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. If I were staying in the Dearborn area, I would have definitely resigned my lease. Highly recommend!
I have lived at Fairlane Woods for 15 years and I Love living here. The grounds are Beautiful, well kept, and I feel safe which is extremely important to me. Maintenance usually responds to work orders in a timely manner. I would have given this rating 5 stars but when you call the office and leave a message No one calls you back even though the recording says someone will. This is particularly irritating for me but when I email Kelly Nestell, Property manager she responds quickly which I appreciate.
Alyssa and Nicole have been such a great help getting me moved into my new apartment! They were able to get me moved in, in my budget, in the time frame that I was looking to move. The community is also beautiful! I’m not even one week in and I am loving every aspect of it! Safe, welcoming and definitely home!
I just moved out of the community after more than a year living here. The community is really nice and the pond and pool are a very good plus. Apartments are also nice and renovated. They responded quickly to any maintenance issues. Chris always does a good job , he’s a very nice guy and will help you with any issues.Overall, I would recommend living here. The community looks great in fall and summer.More internet provider options would be appreciated tho. That’s my only caveat.
Great apartments and excellent location! My lease was for 1 year, 3 BR unit and it was pleasant stay.I like the layout, so my kitchen was big and all functional space in it; rooms and bathroom also very well designed in the second floor.We enjoyed the pool during summer time; and the gym is very good and well maintained.We had couple of issues, one related to the shower leaking and the other about furnace filter, we reported and both were timely fixed.The security at the gate is very convenient, we never had any issue with security around the area.The club serves breakfast, which is pretty good; they offer some coffee and cookies in the evening and the club area is also very cozy.Lastly but the most important, the service from the staff was great, genuine and polite.
We moved in last November, shortly before covid restrictions began, and I could not be more grateful for the staff and management. I typically have contact with Jessica, who has been so kind and helpful. She has always kept constant contact regarding flexibility and offering payment plan options if needed during quarantine. Any new community changes or restrictions and requests for/from residents are consistently handled in a friendly and timely manner. The maintenance staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and efficient. Also, general maintenance on the property is well maintained. (Snow removal, lawn, landscaping, etc.)
The initial response to any maintenance issues are great and the crew is wonderful, however the follow-up to missing parts, etc is horrible!!! Wish maintenance had more to work with other than the proverbial band-aid that is routinely and commonly used in repair or for replacements of items or appliances. Kudos to Chris, Chuck, and Devin for always TRYING to working things out without having alot to work with! 👍🏽
Great place, excellent staff. Nicole is absolutely amazing. The location is great, everything you need is nearby. The scenery is breathtaking, a gated community very safe. I’ll recommend anyone to stay here. We love the layout, very spacious, the hardwoods floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Thanks to Nicole for helping us! Beautiful place
I typically do not post reviews but great customer service is so hard to find these days. I had the pleasure of working with lovely leasing agent, Nicole and she has been amazing. Her product knowledge is beyond what anyone can train. Not only does she know her product, she is a kind soul that is eager to help. Even though I was unable to afford the place, I do recommend anyone that is looking for a place to go see her. She will not disappoint, I promise.
My husband and I had a pleasant experience. We had a 2 floor, 3 bedroom with a pretty wood fireplace and a big kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very caring. We were here for a little over a year. We moved out after we found our forever home and finished remodelling it. The Property Manager, Kelly is extremely caring. She constantly checked up on us. She knew we had a newborn during our stay, she always asked about her. Colleen and Hiba are also very sweet. They work in the clubhouse. I would recommend everyone to Fairlane Woods. Kyle and Chris work in Maintenance. They always make sure everything is full functioning and people are happy. If you have any kind of issue, they will come out to your place around the clock 24/7. Thank you for our great stay. We really enjoyed being here!
Most scenic residence I have seen. The staff is very nice and courteous. Nicole is simply amazing. Shes friendly, kind, and understanding while at the same time diligent, with a nonsense attitude when it comes to looking after the place keeping it organized and safe. The apartment town house we have is clean. The club house and the lake around it are wonderful. Superb landscaping. Charles from maintenance is awesome. Hes kind, patient, efficient and does his best to make things work. Living here for three years now. The place constantly needs upkeep because of the greenery and pond, but the management is doing a good job with that.

Recently moved in to Fairlane Woods. The move in experience was great. Very fast and easy. We thank Hiba so much for being our amazing leasing consultant! Very nice and efficient! Everything was perfect. She makes it feels just like home. We love the community, everyone is so welcoming. The community is beautiful! Very safe! Many restaurants and stores are nearby. Our apartment is very spacious, beautiful and feels just like home. We’re looking forward to spending the coming years at Fairlane Woods!
I have been a resident at Fairlane Woods for about 7 months now and I think everything from the move-in process, to maintenance requests, and anything I need has been perfect purely because I have worked with the most amazing leasing agent, Hiba! She made the transition so easy and smooth and quite honestly, enjoyable. Since Ive moved in, every question I have or complaint she is on it right away to get it answered/solved. She is so caring about her residents and thats what sets this place apart from others is people like her. She always greets you with a smile on her face and is so personable you feel like youve been best friend for years. She is the best! And for that reason alone, you should move in here, because she makes you feel at home.
We have lived in this community for the last 3 years, and the experience has been terrific. The landscaping is lovely and coming back from work everyday is so calming just to drive into such beautiful scenery. We rented a 2 bed/2 bad unit, which was very spacious and clean, and there was plenty of room for my toddler to play. These are really luxury apartments. Office staff was always helpful, and maintenance comes around within 2-3 days, not bad. Thankfully we never had a maintanance emergency. So sad we have to move now due to work. I would come back here if I could. 5 stars!
I lived here for about an year and just moved-out a month ago. Apartment rents are sky high and do not match at all with the quality of place you get. Leasing property is taking advantage of the limited communities in the surrounding area and making money out of it. Apartments are very old and all the nice look and greenery you see when you enter the community is just a show-off. When you move-in you will have a company of Molds and insects in every nook and corner of the apartment. if you dont clean your house for 2 weeks it will turn into a haunted house for sure. I was scared to live in these apartments when we had a new born baby. These apartments are so old that there was a water line break in my apartment (in mid summer!) and both my bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen flooded entirely. Management and maintenance supervisor reacted as if this is not the first case they experienced. While they were fixing the flooded water, my whole family (including a 2 week old baby!) has to stay in a hotel for 4 days until the they drain out the water, dry it out and redo the entire carpet. They only paid me 2 out of 4 days of my hotel stay. Luckily there was no major property damage. With this I ended up having a crappy carpet even after the fix. and the worst part is when I moved out they charged me for carpet cleaning. Unbelievable!! Bottom line is dont choose this community unless you dont have any other option except to stay here. I would never recommend this place to anyone friend or a foe!
Renters beware: We lived here for 5 months, had a 6 month lease (still paid the entire lease). Be sure to only communicate with staff via email and keep track of it all. Upon moving in I brought it to the sales lady who helped us with moving in something was wrong with the surface of the stove. Of course i was assured it would be documented, it was awesome the first month calls were always answered and everything was smooth. Well, after we moved out we received a bill for damages. Doubt anyone actually gets a security deposit back. I left messages for TWO weeks for the property manager until I finally received a call back. Currently waiting on ANOTHER person to call back for my resolution (it’s been over 2 weeks). For CURRENT RESIDENTS my advice is to be present for the final inspection, because they WILL find a reason to charge you. This property has had a major decline.
Fairlane Woods has done nothing but show me top notch service from the gate.! Always on time, and courteous for any of my needs... I’m very thankful for the entire staff here, esp Nicole and Chris, who have went above and beyond the call of duty to make my new transition into this complex seamless.! Cheers to you guys.!
Location is great, well maintained, nice pool, maintenance is amazing always on time & get things done as soon as you need them! The dryer in my unit some maintenance, they gave access to another unit until mine was fixed, you can trust them with anything & on top of all, it is very safe!
NO RODENT/FERAL CAT problem. Its a great place. I have been living here for two years, havent had a single problem. Certain reviews about rodent problems are not even by people who reside in the community. First of all, if you have cats, you wont have rodent problems. Presence of cats discourage rats and other rodents. Cats are very shy, you probably wont even see them outside unless you really set out for them. I cannot imagine how it would be a nuisance for anyone.I am a volunteer at my local shelter and we placed a camera to capture the number of cats that live in the community, so we can spay/neuter them, find them homes and if they are truly feral, return them to the community. This initiative by the fairlane woods management is a clear step to prevent over-population of cats. They are kind and nice people willing to help cats who owners abandon.Taking inappropriate pictures and spreading wrong messages is NOT cool. If youre looking to live here, please come and see by yourself. Dont go by misleading reviews. Its a beautiful place, with serene views of lakes and woods.
I moved to Fairlane Woods while my house is being rebuilt because of a fire. It is hard to be in an apartment when you are used to a house. But this is a beautiful apartment place and hen you are inside of it does not feel like a apartment complex. People that work here are very nice. They are good to the customers. I did have one problem one two occasions because it was not fixed the first time. I had a leak last September that seemed to leave a smell in a drain and it bothered me very much. I was very upset and called to report it a second time. The maintenance man returned with the manager the same day. It was fixed right away and the maintenance man and manager came to my house to inspect it. They went above and beyond and replaced my whole sink even though it was not needed. I did not expect that to happen. They are always very nice to us. I will be moving soon but I will actually miss Fairlane Woods Apartments because it is so pretty and the people are so caring.
While I only recently moved in, Im really enjoying living at Fairlane Woods so far. The office staff is friendly and professional, the apartment is in excellent condition, and the the complex is ideally located in a peaceful wooded area close to major amenities that Metro Detroit has to offer.
We lived here for 9 months and everything seemed normal. Well, after we moved out we received a bill for damages. Doubt anyone actually gets a security deposit back. They are asking for 500$ damage fee, when we asked them what is that for they responded with these pictures (attached) that does not make any sense (We payed another 500$ deposit before moving in).Do not recommend this place.
Fairlane Woods apartment 😍 one of the beautiful place . I have had a very wonderful experience staying here for nearly two years now. The center of attraction is the beautifully maintained ponds near the leasing office. Here you get to choose amongst multiple types of house layouts. I stay in MILTON home style. Best part for early morning workers is that leasing office serves breakfast for all residents. They have a pretty good gym for residents.
Yesterday, my fiance and I visited Fairlane Woods while looking for a new apartment/condo to live in. We called ahead the day of and day before to set something up, however no one answered. Therefore, we thought it would be good for us to at least see the outside and the surrounding area. When we arrived at the gate, again, no one picked up the phone at the club house (this was during business hours). During this calling we saw residents going in and many non-residents slipping in behind them through the gate. Since no person was on duty or checking who was going in, this raised a red flag of concern for safety. Therefore we drove to the leasing office (its within the grounds) without any security checking us, to see if there was someone we could talk to. Upon arrival (12/12/2015), an older women who was the leasing person there on duty, was incredibly disrespectful and rude to us when we introduced ourselves and asked if we could set an appointment or see an apartment, just to get an idea of the place. Both my fiance and I are young professionals that are looking for a safe, secure and clean place to come home to. The grounds were very nice, however the security appears to lack, Checking the crime map online, you can see there has been many car theft/break ins (confirmed are initial impressions) in the past several months. Additionally, to management, if the women (who will remain anonymous) on 12/12/12 who we met was working the leasing office, is the type of treatment new residents will experience, I would not recommend living here. My goal here is to inform people of our experience, and hopefully management listens to constructive feedback since the area is attractive and appears to have the potential to be a nice living area.
Where do I start. I got a job with Ford Motor Company and moved to Fairlane woods. It was the worst experience in my life. I thought paying 1500 per month I would get excellent service. The switches in apartment were too old when you plug in things. They would fall out. The furnace was extremely loud and hardly worked. The outside of the sliding door was so dirty and with dead animals. The roof leaked.THE WORST THING IS that I called them over and over and they never came fixed it. It was so frustrating. They would come, and say we will come in a couple of days and never show up again. They are very nice when you sign up. Make it seem like heaven but this is the worst apartment management team ever. I put a bad review when I was living, they called and asked me to remove it. Then never addressed any issues still.I broke my lease and moved out. I paid all the termination fees. And a month later they emailed me saying I did not pay and they were taking me to court. When I reached them, they investigated and it was an accounting letter and the term fee I paid was not posted. The manager who said that they were taking me to court, DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY to call and apologize.I would NOT want my worst of enemies to live in this place. People who are sold their lies and desperate live here. You will see the beautiful waterfall and the lake when you walk in. I expedited my move, got a house and moved because I was sick that my children were either too cold or too hot and they kept saying, oh its an older house. The roof leaked in my bedroom, took them three months to fix them! Please do not consider this place. You will regret it. I wish I had pictures to show you how nasty my back area was. And they kept saying landscaping will come but in six months they never came!
2 words....Suite Solutions. Suite solutions is the cable/internet company used by Fairlane Woods. Suite Solutions has terribly slow internet connections and frequent tv/internet outages. What’s makes it even worse is the poor customer service provided. The company knows you can’t switch providers because the property has a contract with them. Today the property has been without internet for 10 hours and counting and Suite Solutions still has not sent a technician out to fix the problem . Residents have been complaining for years to the property management with no resolution.***Update** Almost 24 hrs with no TV or internet.
The appartment is nice, everithing is functional, I had a problem with the microwave and was replaced, Kay, the agent, was awesome helping me with the contract, and Kelly, the property manager, is a kind person who take care of our needs, the maintenance people is efficient, in general my expericen has been positive.
I have been in a Corp apt for about 2 months and the apt itself is wonderful. Very quiet, never hear the neighbors, nice cabnetry and flooring. The landscaping and maintenance around the pools, lake etc is beautiful. My only have a few requests. could we mow regularly, and keep the trash picked up around the apartments? Enforce pet owners picking up after pets? The dumpster is frequently full with trash bags and boxes set outside the dumpster.
I have been working with Hiba Mouhanna since June of 2019. She has made my experience at Fairlane Woods amazing. Her sense of urgency is unmatched. I can email her at all hours of the night and she responds. Any time I have a concern, she is always on top of it and gets it taken care of for me immediately. She singlehandedly has made my stay here amazing. Whoever hired her needs a raise! She is the BEST because she cares.
The place is nice with scenic beauty.. they have good deck. Provide good service when you ask for maintenance. They also provide free breakfast and people in office are friendly. Its good. Prices are bit high compare to other places. But I had this one experience which gave me shock. When you end lease, they do inspection (which is done everywhere). They try to find a spot where they can charge you as much as possible. They charged us lot more than its available in market. Also there is lot of confusion with management (person who was handling before changed). They are charging us more money than needed. I would recommend to make everything clear before and have spare money to give them as they will charge anyway at end. Good luck with management. Hope it doesnt change during your stay.
I have been living at Fairlane woods for the last few months. I had the pleasure of working with Hiba! She made the application/move in process a smooth one and continues to be there whenever needed to answer any questions and or concerns. I recently moved to Fairlane Woods and I am beyond blown away by the well-kept and peaceful community, living at Fairlane Woods feels like a resort! The leasing office staff (Hiba & Colleen), security officers and maintenance staff are always extremely accommodating and friendly. The property could not be better located and has an amidst amount of shopping, restaurants, and schools in a short distance. Hiba (Leasing Consultant) took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed, she was extremely understanding and patient. By her being empathetic to my needs, I feel as if we established a working relationship I can trust! Looking forward to the coming years at Fairlane Woods.
I got a job at Ford Motor Company and moved here. This was the worst decision of my life. They charge you almost $1500 for a month. After my lease ended, I decided to stay 1 extra month and they told me they will charge me almost $1700. Come on guys, $1700 for one bedroom? This is Michigan not California. All they care about is money. Instead of even paying $1500 for one bedroom, guys buy your own house instead. A $200,000 mortgage will only cost you about $1000 a month; and you will be paying for something you own. I moved to a short-term apartment (furnished by the way) in Canton and it will cost me only $750 a month. Im working with a real estate to buy my own house. Manager of Fairlane Woods Estate, please dont even try to say anything because I sent you an email and got no response. I even came to your leasing office and Russel was useless. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, this place will not allow you to save money. Dont even think about moving in. Im positive people will not renew their lease with you anymore because its just to expensive. No stainless steel appliances, old washer/dryer, no hardwood floor, heating system sucks. I even remember when they sent residents an email saying they will charge them if they take their garbage out before 6PM. LOL !!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !!!!!!!!!!! I wish I can give you guys 0 or even -1 star.
Apartments are okay. Rents are relatively high for the service quality. Even the 3 BHK apartments have just 1.5 bath. I picked it due to the Google rating of 3.6/5, while I moved in during Feb17. The service quality has been deteriorating; no wonder the ratings are 2.2/5 now. Regarding the gym, either the gym is closed for renovation or when its opened your access cards dont work!To me it seems like the extraordinarily positive reviews are kind of marketing stuff or given by local guides.
This is my review of Fairlane Woods Apartments: My favorite thing about the Fairlane Woods Apartments is the woods. There is a lot of nature, like raccoon, deer, and hummingbird. They do a very good job keeping it beautiful and clean. But one thing the office needs to do is control the public coming in. Especially during summer and fall. Especially in summer I notice people that are not residents or homeowners taking photos in the park and lake areas. Everyone dislikes it when people sneak in by following other cars through the gate. The place is private and for the residents only. The office really needs to try to stop that. Rent is not cheap. It is close to $1300 for a 2 bedroom. But I also believe it is worth it because you get what you pay for. The apartment is huge.I do wish the refrigerator had an ice-maker, but I love the fireplace,and storage is plenty. My favorite thing about the apartment are the views, but that goes back to the woods. Another thing I love is that the apartment workers take your trash out for you here. 5 days a week, doorside service and they call it trash butler service. They serve breakfast during the week all year. In the summer, they hire pool monitors. This made a big difference. A couple years ago, no one could use the pool, it was horrible. It was often dirty, or used by people who didnt live there. They keep it spotless, peaceful, and it is always open. The monitors make sure the pool pass rule is enforced so there is no riff-raff. They have someone at the gate everyday at night. They painted the whole outside last summer and are always working to improve the apartment community.Nothing is perfect but in the Detroit area, this place is as close as it gets.
----------------1-year update----------------Change the rating because of recent responses.Response from the office has been slow recently since they changed the management. The previous manager was responsive and responsible, replying nearly every email request I cced him.My lease is going to end at the end of May, so I informed them as soon as I got the renewal notice from them in March. And I responded with different constraints. They generated a new contract regardless of the changes I mentioned, the here goes the request-without-response of 2 months. I stopped 3 times to the office to tell them the contract needs change, and the office lady positively said I will take care of it today and nothing happens. And I sent bunch of emails to the ones I know email and cced the manager; no response.Why is it so hard to just change some names and conditions in a document?I passed by the office a couple of times in the morning when they were open, seeing them just chatting. It seems like they are really good at people-work and socializing. But as long as you are current resident, who cares.However, maintanence did respond fast everytime and they even remember the cases submitted when its not finished.---------------half-year update------------------Update. Construction finished, great. And response to maintenance request is fast, one day. But rent has increased a lot T_T.---------------Original review------------------Sales lady Colleen was so enthusiastic showing me around and helping me every time I stopped by the office. But as time goes by they gradually lower the frequency of replying my email. After one month moving in, I found a big crack on the wall, under obvious wall painting. Thats absolutely left from previous renter. Im afraid of being charged for that and even more I worried about the safety. Another problem about old building is the old equipment. Everytime I have to dry laundry 2 times on high heat to make it entirely ready. Maybe its related to weather. As for the renovation construction, the progress is too slow. And I dont know if 24-hour guardian is guaranteed as stated, because for quite a while I found there was no one at the gate and the gate was open. The view in the complex area is adorable in spring though. And I hope things will go better
If I ever have an issue I can always go to the office to this very polite and respectful woman named Hiba she it’s always so helpful and goes out of her way for everyone in the neighborhood, So friendly and always has a smile on her face. so friendly and always has a smile on her face , Best customer service I’ve seen so far!!!
Horrible, simply horrible!! Management treatment my family like pure garbage while we lived here. This was by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in....I am so happy to be free from this hole in the wall of an apartment. Theyre racist against certain ethnic groups and they dont respect their tennants. There were so many people moving out during the week I moved. My neighbors were unhappy with their apartments as well. I really wish someone would have warned us about how terrible management was before moving in.
The exterior and the common areas are extremely well kept sadly this is only appearance the apartment are full of problems everything is old and moldy, rusted or broken and the administration just ignore most issues and make false promises.I had a skunk living under my unit for over a year now and every x amount of time it sprays under the apartment which leaves a horrible stench in the whole apartment to the point that I had to stay in hotel because the administration doesnt want to deal with the situation.I would strongly suggest that you stay far far away from this place its all smoke and mirrors.
I sought my mom to live in a gated community. She and my uncle cannot maintain the up keep of a house. And, they wanted to be next to their siblings. My uncle and her both co applicants he was approved she wasnt. She has the income he doesnt. Then, I was told I need a guarantor. Got one he wasnt approved although she said his credit was good. Either way income requirements is 3x the rent, Which my uncle and mom alone exceed. I had to get this document that document. It took 2 months only to be rejected. I completed an application back in May 2018. Its July 1st. I hate to think their subject of housing discrimination however, I dont feel like a legal battle. As a black family we dont want to house where were not accepted but, your not inquiring my credit reports and keeping my deposit. Legal battle it will be for Fairlane Woods and Rentgrow.
Had a bad experience when water started leaking from the upper apartment. Carpet was completely wet, leading to bad odour and a miserable time. Took several days to dry up the place.The manager said that accidents happen, but such incidents wouldnt take place if there was regular maintenance and renovation.The maintenance people responded promptly, so thats a plus. Still, its not okay when you pay 1500 for a 2bhk and have to worry about whats going to break next in the apartment.
I love it here, I just miss getting together with my friends and neighbors due to this stinky COVID19.I love the grounds, the staff, my friends, neighbors and all the wildlife.I am trying very hard to be patient in being able to get back to all our fun community activities.
I moved into Fairlane Woods in December of 2015...and have never regretted doing so...Have you ever experienced heaven ? Well Fairlane Woods is the closet thing to heaven on this earth. My wife and I lived in the area during the 70s and 80s and watched as both Fairlane Woods and Fairlane Center were built-up, but never lived in it , just near it . We owned our own home , But always marveled that area in passing... And now since I have been living there I have become aware of what we had missed all those years ago. The social atmosphere , the outstanding staff , the dedicated organization and everyone associated with Fairlane Woods. It is as if I was living in HEAVEN !!!!
Just moved in and had a problem with my fridge the Maintence department was excellent they called and updated me the whole way through I work extremely long hours and the convenience of it all was amazing the main office was also very helpful. Overall great personal experience and very kind understand staff!
Ripped my elderly mother off while forcing her to live in poor conditions. You would think they would take care of the property with all the money they charge for rent, but nope, its just a big ripoff. Ive seen much nicer apartments in Detroit. Dont rent here, youll regret it.
Horrible. Horrendous. Worst experience ever. Had a nonfunctional bathroom sink for 3 weeks to no avail. Maintenance was nearly nonexistent and every night you would think youre getting broken into because of the garbage valet. Acquired a weird cough and I couldnt figure out why until I spent a weekend at a friends. Theres mold in the ceilings and floors!Stay Away!

2022-02-24Its a great place to live. The overall ambience is really beautiful and Its fun roaming around the place. Apartments are nice and the clubhouse is a fun place to hang around. The staff,especially Nicole is super helpful and always available. Loving my stay here for the last 2 months!

She also made us feel at home and at peace with her laughter. The whole apartment complex has a feel of suburb community. They were not looking to fill another spot, they were very genuine. I can’t say thank you enough for the help with her fast responses. Highly recommended.

2022-05-29Great place to live! Very scenic, with a good gym and walkway. The maintenance team is great. The team that helps with leasing etc. are also great. Fun activities are organized every Month for residents.The community also offers garages for parking on extra payment. I would recommend Fairlane Woods for anyone looking for an apartment in Dearborn.

2022-07-11Moved to Fairlane Woods after spending a year in DT Detroit. The community here is excellent and is within great proximity to restaurants and shopping of Dearborn. Very clean units and a quiet community. Move-in was made easy thanks to Nicole. Definitely recommend.
