Comment: Friendly community that is a nice spot for anyone going to school, dog owner’s, and small families. Never had an issue with any fellow residents or staff. Good are in San Jose that has decent driving distances to the main point of interests of the city. The staff are usually quick to act if any problems arise.At Fairway Glen there is a fast maintenance response time. Shoutout to Minh, he is a friendly hard worker that is efficient with his time. Have shown that he will come back, if needed to fix any problems that persists.

I’ve been here more than 2 years now and whenever i need some assistance, they are there to help! Comment: Hard working staff, not easy work place, deal with so maaaaaaaany people, maintenance staff awesome, Minh very helpful, they all keep the place top shape, extra lighting makes area safer at night. Place always literally and figuratively getting trashed by tenants/residents leaving trash everywhere, staff comes by and picks up residents mess several times per day, daily picking up trash from property. Easy to get things fixed, ASAP.
