Comment: Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary valet. The lobby design and hotel service is on par with an upscale hotel. The room was very clean and was perfect for a family of 4. They also have a large variety of restaurants. We visited the Pom and also the buffet and had no complaints about any of them. I have been to multiple casinos in the area and this was my favorite! They had a spend $20, get $40 of free play offer for new rewards members. It is also one of the only casinos that we visited in the area with an off-track horse betting room. I will definitely be coming back again.

Comment: This casino was recommended by a local. My wife and I booked a room since it was Im the vicinity of a concert we attended. From the moment we exited our vehicle in the parking garage, it felt like we were in the middle of the Vegas strip - smelled like cigarettes, questionable crowd, lots of slots and drunk folks getting arrested .... NEEDLESS TO SAY, WE HAD A BLAST 😆 🤣

Comment: Stayed at Fantasy Springs Resort and Casino for one night before I checked into another hotel for my convention in Palm Desert. This was my first time staying at this location, and i enjoyed the rooms and hotel grounds. Its always great when there is a Starbucks on site for early mornings. The rooms were easy and accessible and the pool area was really big. I checked out the casino for a walk through since I dont gamble, but its always fun to see all the people enjoying themselves. I would go back if I viait again. Stagg was very nice and helpful when walking through the hotel.

While I havent stayed overnight, I enjoy playing in the casino. Its fun and never feels too crowded. The buffet lunch is a highlight, offering a variety of tasty options. After eating, we head back to the games. One thoughtful touch is that they provide water while playing, and the servers dont stand around waiting for tips just for water. This attention to guest comfort is appreciated—please keep it up! My only wish is for better luck next time.

Comment: Stopped in on our way back from the River. Enjoyed the Joy Asian restaurant lunch special to go. $14 for Mongolian Beef, vegetable fried rice, and spring rolls. So delicious even though they forgot the spring roll and we had to go back after a phone call. This is one of those places you want to stop at whenever you are in the area. Same slot machines, mediocre drink service, free valet, lots of player promotions. Not watercraft friendly for parking. Bowling alley on site. Ice cream shop is delicious.

Comment: We visited the Bistro and had filet mignon with sushi rolls. We visited the bar downstairs and had La Quinta even-par IPA and a Margarita.Finally we ended our night in the Rock Yard outside listening to Michael Jackson tribute. This is how you spend an evening at Fantasy Springs Casino! Of course there is gaming,, and so much more. To me,, its the best casino and entertainment in the valley.Today was Joy Chinese restaurant. Everything was perfect and delicious!

Comment: Had a great time with our nieces. We had to go on the wait-list for bowling since it was league night and most lanes were taken for that. But they have a nice arcade with lots of games to win prizes.Note: you cannot combine card balances so we had a few with 1-2 tokens that were a waist.Food was good and we got to bowl which was tons of fun. You can choose which players have numbers, which was a nice techy feature.

Comment: INDIOS FINEST! Its always a delight to visit Fantasy Springs as its such a relaxing, stylish casino. The location is perfect as its right off the 10 freeway! The resort has several GREAT food options and the casino is very spacious! I love the windows and use of natural light here. Its not overbearing or too bright, its soft. I recommend visiting The Bistro if youre looking for upscale, fine-dining and Pom for a casual yet pricey experience with great food! Really, all the restaurants are delicious here and you cant go wrong. Fantasy Springs even has a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Starbucks and Pizza Parlor. Oh and they have an ice cream parlor near the floors! The resort is kid-friendly just dont have them running around the floors or hanging by the slots. Outside they have a FREE concert experience called The Rockyard where some cool tribute bands play at night. I highly recommend it, its fun! Fantasy Springs has an indoor dance club and a large venue space separate from the casino which features big names like Stevie Nicks and Gladys Knight! The service is usually pretty good across the board, I have yet to meet a rude employee. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and with good reason! Im a regular here at this point and I highly recommend it.

Comment: My Husband earns complementary accommodations by gambling in the casino.Our family enjoys bowling, an Ice cream parlor/sandwich shop, weekly outdoor free concerts, gambling and the full spectrum of dining options, from the snack bar in the bowling alley/arcade, Italian pizzeria, and our fav. The Bistro. We have also enjoyed A-list comedians at their special events venue and have been known to throw back a cocktail or 2 at one of the 3 full service bars.Indian gaming facilitates self sufficiency for many local tribes where we live. This casino is owned and operated by the Cabazon Band of Cahuilla Indians. The income generated has been both beneficial to First Nations people as well as local charities and community agencies that help support those in need.

Comment: This place all the basics and done well through and through. You must check out the Lounge on the top floor. Fridays and Saturdays has a great band, Steel Rod. Trio can play just about anything and will challenge themselves to learn a request on the fly. Guitarist doesnt miss a note with some badass riffs!

Thank you Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, for an excellent visit at such a clean facility!PARKING: I started by choosing parking on my own, so I had to drive to the rear parking garage. My van is 7 feet tall and not able to fit in the parking garage entrance, but when i continued past the garage, there was sufficient event parking to suit my needs. I also found that the bowling alley entrance was sufficient to accommodate my vehicle.CASINO: This is a large casino with many machines in a non-smoking facility, which is approved! The staff members are helpful and courteous. There are slots, poker machines, keno, bingo, high stakes areas, card tables, roulette, and pretty much anything you may want to play.PLAYERS CLUB: At the time I visited, your first $20.00 played on slots were rewarded with $40.00 in credit to continue playing! I was a winner here and had a great time!BOWLING: It was league night on a Tuesday evening when I arrived. There might have been a few lanes open to bowl still, but I was here to play the slot machines. I will say, there were plenty of video games to play behind the lanes along with adequate restrooms.OTHER AMENITIES: They have Starbucks upstairs along with a chocolate shop and a buffet downstairs, which we ate at and it was on point, to say the least. There is live music often featured in the outdoor or indoor venues. I only checked out the outdoor venue. There is also a golf course here, but I did not see it on my short visit. They have an ice cream parlor and it is a hotel, but the info on that can be found on their site.RESTROOMS: Very clean and adequate for many people if needed. There are several located throughout the casino and in the bowling alley as needed

Comment: This place is just a small mirage in the middle of the hot summer desert . The staff are super fast and friendly. And the rooms are alright they are a bit dusty, however. We got to the 7th floor. Very nice view with a large pool. Video available. The nights sleep was quiet we did come on a Sunday so there was hardly anyone at the fitness and the pool area. Very convenient. Also they have weekend fun. Sunday is noche de fuego. Wirh some love djs and Spanish music. Also, shout out to ESPN! My husband got some free tickets to come out here so theres not much I can complain about. The resort all together was spot on!

Comment: If I could give no stars I would. This casino and its management is a complete joke. First off the room we had reeked of cigarettes in a non-smoking room. Food was terrible, and from a previous stop here in late June had a voucher from here for 63 dollars and it was 6 days expired they only give 30 days on the ticket before expires. Its so easy to manually cash the ticket. This is the only casino I have EVER been to that will not honor a expired ticket especially 6 days expired. I look at it as stealing. I will not be returning here and recommend to either go to spotlight 29 or if you want to stay and play go to agua caliete rancho mirage down the road. There is absolutely nothing about this place that is a fantasy way more of a nightmare than anything else dont go horrible pay outs horrible management and horrible customer service.

Comment: My wife and I stayed at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino for a conference and found the place was a great place and a fantastic value.We stayed Friday night and checked out on Sunday. I love how self-parking is free. Most places charge a fee these days, and this was refreshing.The rooms had a fun modern vibe and very nice. My wife loved the large mirror in the bathroom.The room had a fabulous dresser that made it convenient to place our clothes so we were not living out of our suitcase.I dont recall the restaurant names. We ate at American food and Asian food places. Both were very good. I got the Cobb Salad at the American. We ordered family style and got green beans, dumplings, honey shrimp, green onion pancake, and a beef plate.The food and service was excellent.Later that evening we visited the Rock Yard to watch a tribute band and after the 12 Floor bar to catch the view of the valley.Id certainly recommend Fantasy Springs, as it is a nice size resort and casino.

Comment: First of all my review of this place is and was good, I like the 20 for 40 promotion, and I liked the Heatwave Slot Machine. Drink service was lacking for me personally. I mean I wanted a sprite one night and I literally was trying to track down the waitress, I ended up asking a lady in a suit who I guess was a manager or something. She was like yeah sorrry youre just gonna have to find herrrr.... And then, I won a 2,500 dollar jackpot. Then I went back and two days later I hit ANOTHER JACKPOT, but I didnt bet the max bet, and I didnt friggin get it I was sickkkk, but oh well Fantasy Springs ftw!

Comment: Fantasy Springs is always a great place to stay! There is a great selection of games. The buffet is excellent, although I always over eat and never get to try everything I want to try! With an excellent pizza place and Starbucks and a couple other eateries, there are great options! Also, for those who like it, theres a bowling alley attached! The rooms are nothing special, but are nice, clean and comfortable! We had a great view of the pool as well. The staff is always very pleasant to deal with!

Comment: Attended George Lopez Comedy Show and all the comedians had my family and I in tears from all the laughter 😂😆!!! Drinks were incredibly well priced, venue was packed but seats were good! Recommend this spot for shows ! I dont gamble but looks like a chill place for that 😂
