Comment: Dennis took over my previous agent’s clientele and he has been a gem!!! Very responsive and helpful. We used Farmer’s for our rental property but had USAA for our home. We moved right at the beginning of the covid quarantine and we live in a rural area nobody insures for fires (besides cal fair) so finding affordable insurance was impossible (usaa wouldn’t insure us once we moved). Dennis did everything he could to help us get good coverage for our new home without breaking our budget. He also helped my in-laws get a liability plan for their property after we learned they had been dropped from American Modern due to fire risk (veerrrryy common where we live unfortunately).
