Comment: I found farmers insurance in Acton to be reasonably priced to obtain my home policy. My home is located in a high fire zone, despite fire station is 1/2 mile and Bouquet reservoir in 3 miles away. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Mary answered all my questions. The meeting did take over 2 hours due to some technical computer problems, but she got things done for us. This is my first year trying this company, considering changing auto policies as well, time will tell.

Comment: Jimmy is very helpful and truly goes out of his way to help get you the coverage you are looking for. He has helped me with my personal life insurance as well as general liability insurance needed for a special event. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Comment: Worst agents ever please take my advice dont come here. At first their insurance prices are low then they hike up the prices without even notifying you of why the prices are so high ..then they try to get you on this automatic payment system so when your prices go up you have no idea when and why... When you call them to ask they dont return your calls they dont return your emails at all. I told Jimmy and some other lady named marry farris I wanted it cancel all my insurance policies with them. I got no reply until weeks later from marry. I finally got my car insurance cancelled because the time was up and I refuse to renew it but they continue to charge me for my rental insurance which I didnt even live at that house anymore. I had to call customer service to cancel it because they never reply back on my emails only sent me emails to sign and renew my contract . Jimmy is the worst he never emailed me back or returned my phone calls never once and I have the proof to show it .now i am trying to put a complaint in to the company thats how upset I am because he truly never replied back.
