We especially appreciate their guidance during our most tragic loss of a lifetime. As victims of the Sonoma County Wildfire of 2017, we are still shocked, dazed, and bewildered. Comment: I evacuated my home in the Glass Fire on October 27th to a Motel, where I stayed for three nights. The cost of that motel stay was reimbursed 100% within a week by Farmers Insurance. I was lucky to have no fire damage to my home but am confident they would have covered that too.

But in each instance, Farmers took the situation in hand, and not only resolved the issues invovled without a lot of stress to me, but without a lot of stress to my friends as well. I had never experienced such expert and gratifying service prior to coming to Farmers.

Comment: I would highly recommend Farmers Insurance for your home and auto insurance. You find out whether an insurance company will come through for you when your world is turned upside down and you have lost everything you owned due to a national disaster. This was the case for us when we lost our house and all of our possessions during the worst fire in California history at the time in October of 2017. Farmers came through for us paying out 100% of our Contents, without having to compile a detailed inventory list, as well as paying out 100% of our building, extended coverage and code upgrades as per our policy. Farmers went above and beyond their duty in helping us get through this part of the process of rebuilding our home. All I can say is that Farmers was there when we needed them the most...I dont know if you can say that about all insurance companies.Thank You Farmers !Monty Haddix
