Comment: I usually dont write reviews online, but I believe Joy and her team well deserve it! Joy was referred by one of our family friends to her agency a few years ago, we met with her to set up both the auto and homeowner policies with Farmers sometime in 2013, it was a smooth transaction, Joy was very friendly and helpful to help us to understand our insurance needs. Ever since we met her in 2013, we never contacted her until our last accident in June this year. We were hit by other driver, so we filed the claim through the other company, but they were trying to decline our claim. As soon as we notified Joys office about this accident after all so many trouble we went through with the other party, her team was able to start the claim with Farmers at the moment we called, our car was repaired in a week by Farmers plus a rental car from them! Just last Friday, we got an email from Joy to inform that the other company finally excepted the claim and sending our deductible back in a couple of weeks! WOW! It was a great experience to work with Joy and her team, wish we would have started this with them on the first day of the accident! Highly recommended to check with Joy for all your insurance needs!
