Comment: The agency as a whole has its good and bad parts. I’ve dealt with multiple agents for a variety of reasons. From Home, Auto, and Renters insurance. There is a possibility of agent burn out? As every time I call I get a different agent whom quoted me something different and then another agent telling me they can’t honor the quote …. It’s frustrating but there are agents whom are professional and kind like America And Alejandra. I worked briefly with Blanca and first she was great however the last time our wired must’ve crossed and when I asked questions or needed clarity she would “mansplain” (is that possible?) or state “as I previously mentioned..” it was frustrating and for the first time I considered changing agency just due to customer service. Don’t get me wrong Blanca was direct and fully knowledge but the day we interacted she just lacked people skills and basic customer service.

The main reason I dropped 1 star was for them not having a mobile app at this time. The insurance I was quoted was not directly with Farmers but a subsidiary (Farmers auto specialty). I understand this might be nitpicking however I enjoy the easy of doing everything on a phone app for the convenience.

Comment: I have been with this Branch for a few years now didnt have any issues until I got earthquake policy with them I was given misinformation about the policy and when I called back to get it rectified I was told I would get a call back by an employee same day I did not I call back a few days later and I talked to the person who set up the policy I was told by her that I would get a call back after I explained the situation and she said she would talk to her billing department but I still didnt receive one I left several messages and it has been over a week now and I still have not received the call back I suspect that Im not giving a call back because they are very well aware that they made a mistake and they dont want to own up to it I will not deal with an office that does not take care of its customers after given misinformation and not even giving the callbacks that they promised and its been over a month and a half since the initial call I am not a complainer but this is definitely not how you handle customer service
