Comment: You never know that you can get a BETTER price in the SAME car insurance company with what you REALLY need JUST by changing an Agent - that is what my experience told me after talking to Linh Nguyenle!I found Linh through Google review and I think it is time for me to provide my feedback so that other people can get help from him, too.I am with farmers insurance all these years (never changed), my first agent was nice, but she retired and I was assigned to another agent a year ago. This year, my insurance went up high for no reason-I guess everybody in California has an increased insurance price, I searched help from my previous agent, and she told me that is the lowest price I can have. I was about to change my insurance company and saw 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Google review of Linh, and was thinking to give him a try. The first time I met him, I knew he would help me. He verified some information of my car, and pointed out a wrong information of my current insurance - Bang - that immediately reduced over $100!! Therefore, I changed my farmers agent to him from the previous one.He inquired my living condition, driving mileage, what is useful/not useful for me, he provided his professional opinions per his experience, then I got a reduced price (comparing to the price from previous agent) even with something added to protect my car!!! He also tested me whether I know what covers my car, and gave me a detailed list of covering examples. He provides a professional and complete service and I know he truly cares about his customers and think by standing at his customers’ role. I know if something happens, I can trust him and have my full confidence on him to protect me and my car.If you are hesitating to change your car insurance or farmers agent, please give Linh Nguyenle a try! He deserves a chance from you and you will not regret! You want a true support for your safety rather than somebody who just wants to take money away from you. He will help, support, protect and defend for his customers - I can tell that! Because he truly cares for his customers!

Comment: When my former insurance company went up about a third in price, and every other insurance company went up as well; I needed to look around for a better price. A friend at school referred me to the Linh Nguyen-Le, Farmers Insurance Agency in Garden Grove. I told him about the experience I had with my then company. He said it would be tough to beat, because everyone went up in price, because the cost of fixing or replacing cars had risen so awefully much, but hed try. Linh was matter of fact, but relaxed and easy to talk to. So, after just a short time, our consultation was over and I was a Farmers customer. He saved me about a third of what my other company had raised its price too, with slightly more coverage. Just last month, I signed up, again with Farmers, for another term. Not just on price alone, but the demeanor of Linh, my agent, was a good example, in a difficult business. He was genuine, easy to talk with, and really listened, when I had questions...and he answered them all, by providing a better way for me to go. Linh delivered! He was a very calm and friendly agent, who worked quickly, and knew exactly what he was doing. Afterward, in our conversation, he mentioned that hed been writing a lot of homeowners insurance policies, because three large companies were leaving California, and they needed coverage right away. Im not a homeowner, but if I was, hed be my agent. Thank you.
