Shes definitely built up her business overtime and has many agents working under her now. Its a testament to the kind of business she runs and her ability to attract and retain many long-term clients. Personally, Tracy has always been very helpful to me ensuring I pay the best price for the coverage selected and informing me of different discounts I qualify for, shes always been there to answer my insurance questions and calling me back quickly if research needs to be done, and always guiding me through the claims process and doing whats in the best interest of me. I recommend her highly! Currently I work more with Angie now than Tracy but her work ethic and her client first approach has translated down to all of her associates. Little did I know, she provided me the coverage that I need! I had with Progressive and they gave me the cheapest price insurance, and little did I know they only gave me liability coverage! Compare to this Agency and other companies I had experience with. Tracy gave me the price and the coverages that I need to cover my car. This office was the closest so I called and asked to come in. When I walked in the office I was greeted instantly in a friendly and courteous manner. Ngan (Nancy) filled out her portion of the form and said she could even fax it to my adjuster to save me time. Everything went through. Comment: Overall good agency to get your homeowner insurance needs met. They were able to help me get fire, flood and earthquake for a reasonable price. There is a lot of inefficiencies in the farmers system (HQ, not Tracy Trans agency) in that the parent company will mail you multiple documents with the same information. This can get annoying very fast since I got over 18 mail messages with the same information. Luckily the situation got resolved quickly and I am no longer receiving multiple documents with the same information via mail. Nancy is good at following up and taking care of loose ends when the situation calls for it. Very good work ethic.

They handle my brothers business needs and our personal needs including my health insurance, car insurance and life insurance policies. They go above and beyond by being available at almost all hours. One time I got pulled over in Reno, NV for a speeding ticket and I didn’t have my proof of insurance and it was already after hours- Angie and Tracy sent me my insurance card thru a text message and I was able to avoid having to go back to Reno for my speeding ticket and having to show my proof of insurance- this was years ago and they saved my butt! They continue tohelp me out to this day- they’ve waiting on hold for me for 2-3 hours with the health insurance company to resolve some billing issues when I was way too busy at work to deal with it. They always come thru for me and never hesitate to help. My family has been working with them for over 6 years now - but it’s safe to say they have earned my business for life! For example, my car got broken into and the whole front passenger window was completely shattered. I wanted to know if my insurance covered the broken window so I called Tracy and her team and I let them know what happened with my car window. Her staff was so helpful through the whole process of informing me of the things I needed to do to file my claim, and I felt like I was not alone in the process.
