Great doctors. I’ve seen stern since I was a child and the other doctors I’ve had interactions with are all great. No complaints about them.The staff who work for them are without a doubt the worst though. I’ve never dealt with such rude and abrasive receptionists. I’ve called and been passed around several times between receptionists or been hung up on and even belittled over the phone. I’m really so over it and thinking about switching care now because of how obnoxious it is every time I call at any time of the day. One of the receptionists also refuses to cover her mouth or nose with her mask in the middle of a pandemic at a doctors office... I’ve gone in a handful of times in the past few months and seen how she wears her mask strapped to her chin.It’s just shocking how long this office has been around and how unprofessional the receptionists are.

I love Dr. Soulias and the nurses there are so friendly, but I had an issue with one of the receptionist’s attitude. The time before yesterday I came in with an ear infection. Dr. Soulias showed me where to go because I had a copay. This woman helped me and then asked me to wait because a patient was calling. This patient was confused on the new location so the whole time she was rolling her eyes on the phone with him/her and being short with them. She was fine to me except for yesterday. She explained the billing and insurance to me and let me know I had a balance from last time but didn’t let me know last time. She asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt and I said I did and I also wanted one for my parents because they like to look at these things and be involved and I’m also still on their insurance. She tells me like I’m a child that I’m an adult now and this is my responsibility, not my parents, and my name is on the information so they shouldn’t be paying for this. I KNOW! Maybe she shouldn’t be jumping to conclusions and lose her attitude. I refuse to let her help me again. Completely unacceptable for her to speak to me like that.

Told I had cancer but now I’m told I don’t? It was a “typo”. I Have been a patient of Dr. Munaco since 2011, he’s okay. Isn’t very personable and doesn’t seem to listen. I’ve been struggling with severe stomach issues for 2 years and everytime I visit he just tells me to come back in 3 months. Finally he admitted I need to see someone else who can “work with me”. I loved his previous assistant but his new one is a nightmare! I was recently told I have stomach cancer then after calling to find out more his assistant told me it was a typo but forgot to call and notify me....

We have been going to Dr Munaco for a long time. He is awonderful doctor. The family has been lucky to have him as our doctor.

This medical practice is really good and Dr Stern is the best! Takes the time to listen to concerns and understand how you are.
