They did a great job and the people are nice. They got 4 stars because they didn’t wipe dry my truck all the way at the end. I tipped them pretty good too.
Normally I would give them 5 stars but today I paid $16 for the Works car wash and the service was poor, not sure if it was because they were busy but I never received the tire shine that is advertised and they didnt pre-scrub my truck as they normally do. You would think for the Higher priced wash you would receive the service you expect. Also, they need to change their towels more often, they wiped down my truck with soaking wet towels. I was going to purchase the monthly works, but after todays service Im thinking twice about that.

Sealed my oil plug on after stripping it trying to put it back in and didn’t tell me. Found out after having someone else change my oil and couldn’t because it was sealed on and stripped. Also tried to upswell me because he thought I knew nothing about cars due to my gender…Don’t go here.
Could do better, the wash does good but the guys brushing down and drying off need to take more time and care. I get it, its a car wash and they get busy, but for 16 bucks we shouldnt drive away with steaks of dirt on mirrors.
Great place to clean your vehicle and get a great wash. Id recommend the annual pass and go get a wash everyday
Always go here for a quick oil change on my 2003 blazer. Have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the gentleman that take care of us. Dont forget to tip the people that was your vehicle, good karma 😉
Car wash is OK. The vacuums do not have alot of suction.

I wouldn’t even give this place one flipped star. They just denied my fiancé an oil change today 12/5/2021 on my car. I couldn’t go and do it and I am over on miles. He was trying to pull in and the man decided to wave his hands and shake his head NO. Why? I’m unsure. Never had this problem at a fast Eddie’s. It’s one thing if you aren’t doing an oil change on a Sunday. But another to just deny service. Disappointed. Highly disappointed. I have never been denied service.
These guys are amazing! I travel all over the Midwest and south for work putting a lot of miles on and today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an oil change! The attention to detail, is outstanding. Antonio made me feel like I had been coming there for years, very professional and very personable. Ever need an oil change or a car wash definitely stop here- you will not be disappointed!
This is the 2nd time my family of 5 drivers has been hustled or been attempted to be hustled for an oil change that was not the bottom of the barrel price we asked for. The 1st time, I called the manager and was assured that the staff would be educated not to do that...and I got a gift card. I didnt even call to report this incident, I just wont be back!
Ive been hesitant the last few times getting my oil changed here. Today 7-9-10, Antonio and his crew took car of me and gave beyond excellent service. He was professional, organized, communicated(they all did to eachother) very well. Keep him on!Give that guy a raise

Seeing how the truck was new all they did was change the oil and filter.that cost me about $90.00. I got home and put air in the one tire that was low.Must have been some really good oil.
Great oil change. Great price. Great car wash. Overall I am always completely satisfied here!Addendum: While there for the above review I purchased the oil change package. It included a deluxe carwash. Which I thought was great! As we know there has been a tremendous amount of rain this fall. There were two times that things were drying out and I thought I would wash and go home and dry in the garage and stay parked there. Both times I found the car wash was closed. Out of 30 days we had rain of some type 21 days. Finally we had a beautiful, sunny day with a perfect 5 day forecast and I was going to have a clean car! I went to the car was on a Saturday morning about 10 am. I finally made it to the clerk as it was very busy, only to be told that my coupon that I paid for had expired the night before! About twelve hours earlier! Even after talking to the manager, they refused to accept my carwash coupon. They would not even give me credit on another wash for what I paid for the coupon wash. Nothing at all. The date is there for a reason is what I was told. Finally I pulled out of line and went to a different and actually better carwash about 1/4 of a mile away. My car was clean, shiny and happy with its fresh look. For the above reason, I have changed my rating from 5 star to 1 star. If I could make it 0 or even negative I would do so. I have not been back there for any services at all and I have no intentions to go back. Why?? Because that date was there for a reason! Little did I know that the date there meant it was going to be my last time of doing business with any Fast Eddies! I left and havent returned because that date was there for a reason! I wish I would have known that it meant my last day of business was that day because I never would have waited in line had I known. Good luck Eddie, with rules like that you are slowly closing down your business! For me I found an even better carwash and it has the same services and wash and it is even 3 dollars cheaper! Thank you Fast Eddies and thank you for making me just a little wiser!
I Went to get an oil change and waited awhile which was fine. I drive an older car and a man pulled in with a new hummer and they opened another bay to get him right in. When I asked them about it the one man got very rude and said it would only be another minute. After 5 minutes they finally got me in. I will not be going back there! It should not matter what kind of car you drive first come first serve!
Love the service here. The guys are great, polite and knowledgeable about their services and products. We are a repeat business.
My husband buys me a six month washing package and has for several years he washes his trucks every single day from his business and always gives the service to your company. He always tips at both ends of the car wash ...Always!! when I go with my car I do as well. The last time I want which was about a week ago I asked for change for a $20 so that I could tip the guys at the front end and the guys wiping my car and I was told they could not give me any singles to tip and the gentleman gave me (2) 5’s and a $10. I paid five dollar tip at the front end and five dollar tip at the end of my wash. I called later to talk to a manager and I was told there was not one there and nobody called me back I literally live two blocks from the car wash! Again we do our business there and only there every single day!!! My husband has done and still brings pizzas to the guys every Christmas!! I’m not sure how many customers of yours do that but I think he’s pretty awesome for that!! Yesterday afternoon I went there for a car wash and I was told by the gentleman he couldn’t give me any singles to tip? Again I told him my story how i always like to tip and last time i left a $10 tip and I really wanted to tip them again he basically told me ‘sorry I can’t help you’ so I did not tip any of the guys yesterday. I felt bad and I rolled my window down and explained to the two gentlemen wiping my car ‘I really wish I could tip you!’ I told them that the person taking my money was very unprofessional and did not seem to care that nobody got a tip that day? They knew exactly who he was and they apologized and still gave me great service! I know the times are really rough right now but I suggest you get rid of staff that do not care about your customers and keep those like the two gentlemen that still gave me good service!! I have a picture of the gentleman that took my money if you’re interested I can tell you who it was? I sent the pic to my husband and that gentleman literally saw me taking his picture and walked right over my car very intimidating I locked my doors went through the car wash but I really do not feel comfortable coming back there I told my husband if my car needs to be washed he can take it because this person was extremely rude he didn’t seem to care that I wanted to tip anybody basically not his problem?! I find that a huge problem for your business!!
Antonio was wonderful! He’s very kind, tells you exactly how your car is doing and does his job with diligence. I highly recommended seeing him here.
Workers were friendly but definitely was overcharged. However, it’s convenient to get your oil changed a quick wash and vacuum all at one location. (Vacuums don’t work all that great but it gets the job done for the most part)
This establishment is the most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. The Saginaw location isn’t much better. I have went to FE for years and each time I go it gets worse.The staff is so rude and aggressive. I understand how sales work, but they are disgusting. They talk down to you, raise their voice to you, and literally make you sorry for even coming in.I’ll never ever do business with this unethical, misogynistic business again. My biggest regret is that I didn’t make this decision years ago.

Car wash prices keep going up, back of the truck is always missed, passenger side mirror always gets pushed in ( powered mirrors) . Oil change side have never had a problem. Antonio is my go to top guy, hes honest straight forward always kind
Not impressed at all. More worried about how fast they can run cars through rather than getting them clean. I have a ram truck and they never get the tailgate area or the lower portion of the rear quarter panels cleaned. For the price, I expect better.
Antonio was very respectful Courteous And kind. Did not give you the traditional run around, Told you what you needed, was straight forward And respectful, You could tell that he enjoyed his job and loved what he does.
Oil change people are amazing. Didnt try to upsell anything without showing exactly why. First car wash guy was doing the job of two. But pulled out of parking lot with both my mirrorsb still folded in. No one at the end of car wash to do that job.
They said they don’t close until 5 but turned the vacuums off a half hour early, then Chris (a worker) wanted to stand outside with his friend running his mouth so I asked him if there was a issue and he didn’t want to respond, if you don’t close until 5 you shouldn’t close things down early just cause you wanna rush out, and for your workers to stand around talking to their friends instead of doing their job shows a lot! Your at work to work not hang out with your friends.
They are fast getting in even when they got a long line
It was my first time giving fast Eddies a shot and I am NEVER going anywhere else!❤ they actually know what theyre talking about and willing to take the time to explain to you what theyre doing and what needs to be done to keep your vehicle running smoothly. You definitely get what you pay for here. Im recommending all my family and friends to them from now on.

They were slow today. But my car is clean.
Guys working there are not friendly. Had to go through the wash twice to get the car cleaned. But the guy who wiped down my car at the end (wearing a quality control vest) wiped down my dirty car and sent me on my way. It was only after I got out of the car that I noticed the obvious dirt that had been smeared around during the wipe down that I called for a rewash. They agreed but when I arrived a mean looking guy came out to look over my car as if I were trying to get a free wash. No apology or coupon for my trouble though. Ugh. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. Oh and the car was better but not all the easy clean after the second wash.
If you need an oil change go here. My car sits pretty low to the ground so I have to be careful and they always pay attention to detail. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The even repaired a small oil leak for me, Ive had my last 7 oil changes here and I dont plan on going anywhere else. They have a great team working there.
The man that looked at my vehicle, so sorry cant remember the mans name so now I feel really bad. But he was awesome in Clio . I went to get an oil change and he pointed out I had a real problem with my van. I had a 3 hr drive home and he really helped out. When I got home and to my van to a Mechanic it was what the man who changed my oil said it was . Very friendly, professional at fast Eddies in Clio.
Listen, I normally change my own oil for about $30. I change my moms oil using full synthetic and an upgraded filter for no more that $45 ever. She went into this Fast Eddies the other day because she was tired of paying dealership prices, around $52. As she went in, she was given a verbal quote of I believe $39.99 as advertised. The workers emptied her car of oil and after it was empty they told her it would be $90.95! Are you kidding? Like honestly. How does this even happen? Think shed get told about this before her oil was drained? Nope. Think theyd let her know it was a $9 upcharge per quart before emptying? Nope. Think theyd be professional and own up to the mistakes? Nope. I understand that these workers dont set the prices, and I understand she was given a whole $15 discount, so thank God she only had to pay $79.07 total for her oil change! Wow thank you for that service. Ridiculous. How can you run a business like that. First and last time anyone in the family or our friends ever visit ANY Fast Eddies.

Buyer beware!!! I’m a disable veteran with a service dog on a fixed budget. I sent my 20 year old son to get my oil change there. He came home after they up sold him from an oil change to a $181 bill. I’ve never been up sold like this from them. As soon as their employee saw a young looking man he took advantage of him. By the way the $181 oil change would have been more but they were nice enough to give him a $40 managers discount and an additional 15% off to get it down to the $181. This place will take advantage of you!!!
I bought the $12.00 car wash. The employee could not give me a receipt because he did not have anything to write on. The wash itself was terrible. I will never pay that much for a car wash again at the Clio location. Very disappointed!
Watched 4 others get their oil changed including 2 cars that pulled in 30 mins after me were able to leave before me. Nothing fast at all. Spent 45 mins in a bay with the car off waiting for them, only to pay twice as much as other places. I wont be back and neither should anybody else

Ive been a customer at the Flushing location for over 16 years. I moved to Clio and met this team for the first time. They were very nice and took good care of me. I will be back and highly recommend them!
Fast friendly service. Affordable. Twice I have left the employees and extra $20 to buy their lunch. People, you wouldnt believe the extra care, respect and friendliness you receive from people when you show them a little extra gratitude. My garbage man actually brings my trash can up to the house on windy days.
It probably would be 0 stars, but I am feeling generous. They were WAY over priced in my opinion. When I looked at the review of service, they didnt do some of the stuff they listed they did. The car wash was awful, yes it took the salt off of my car, but it still doesnt look clean. And to top it off they forgot to take off my coupon. It was only 2 bucks, but still it was 2 bucks. So I went and complained, and the manager took 2 dollars out of is pocket told the guy to give it to me so I didnt take the issue any further. Definetly will not go back.
They wouldnt do a oil change on my car and if they would have they wanted 90 dollars and thats crazy for a oil change so I recommend penzoil in mt.morris.

I had my car washed today there and when i got home. The back was not fully clean I went back asked if they would re wash it. Not only was I treated rudely. I was told to leave. So much for the people the wore the quality control bibs.
For 15 dollars, I expect my car to be clean. When I pay extra for the wheel cleaner, I expect my wheels to be clean. Ive yet to have that happen, at this, or any fast eddies location. I will use them for a fast wash, as on, to get most of the road salt off, but for a quaility wash, it will be done at home, the old fashioned way.
Paid for a $34.95 oil change! Said I was allaset. l then asked if they greased my truck, the attendant asked if bay 1 was lubed. I hear a yes from under my truck and then attendant said yes as well. Then I hear the grease gun start, and he needed assistance getting to the grease fittings. (Only did a few couple of them) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY DO NOT DO THE WORK THEY ARE PAID TO DO!! The only thing they inspect is what they can get an added charge for!!!
Normally great. This time some how they broke my tire valve. Didnt offer to pay for it until after I had it fixed elsewhere for $75. Then offered to pay half and sent me a check for $35.
This was my first experience at Fast Eddies in Clio. The employees were super courteous and super friendly. They explained exactly what they were doing and answered all my questions. They had gotten lunch when we were there and they shared their pizza with us. An oil change, fuel cleaner and lunch?? Who da thunk? I have always gone somewhere else for my oil changes but because of their above and beyond service...Im forever a Fast Eddies girl now!! WTG guys! (For the record, the employees were NOT eating while working. I would hate to think my awesome review got them in trouble somehow. I wanted to clarify that!)
Price gouging!!! I got the special for $34.95. They offered an upgrade to blended oil or full synthetic which I failed to ask how much extra. BLENDED oil, NOT Full synthetic was an additional $6/quart !! Yes, that was the ADDITIONAL charge for a blended, not full synthetic. So the $34.95 special became $80!! Never again. Next time I’m going to the dealership for $31.74 out the door! Beware, don’t ever go there, they will scam you out of double your money. And don’t plan on 15 minutes...it was almost 1 hour!!
Not only are they a scummy business with their hidden charges and misleading prices, but the customer service of Antonio was appalling. He constantly kept trying to upcharge me and I told him no, all 3 times that day. The price he gave me was $30. After he changed it, the short, sleazy scum bag told me it will be $50, and went ahead and did an upcharge claiming it will help me in the future.Antonio lost my business, and has officially lost my own companys business (roughly 9 people work for our driving department and of us 7 went to Fast Eddies, including myself). I really hope management can see this, and I hope Antonio is properly dealt with, as he just lost a load of money considering 7 customers are leaving.Do not waste your time and money here.
Very poor car wash, especially when they prewash at the beginning and wipe down the car with dirty towels. Windows are dirtier at the end then they were at the beginning. Wont recommend to anyone. Saginaw is a much better place and its a dollar cheaper
I stopped in for an oil change on March 1st in Clio, Mi. Antonio was the gentleman that worked on my car. He was wonderful!! He checked everything in my car, and while doing that he found a bad belt that could have stranded me. He got me a new belt and I was on my way. My car runs like a dream!!
Packed the people in the car wash so much the guy behind me hit my new car. I called to complain and they said the have to pack cars in to get them through. There was only one car behind me. Never use them again.
Quick in and out, just an oil change. Was surprised they didnt offer anything else while I was there, air filters, other services, nothing.
I sent emails to your corporate office multiple times I want answer immediately!!!you guys recommend to drain and fill transmission fluid on my 2011 Chevy Malibu now the transmission fluid is black and has burnt smell too it and now my 2011 Chevy Malibu is broke down Im very angry and you been ignoring my emails better get some answer quick to resolve this matter cause I never ever has problems with my Transmission in my car
@ $12, a decent wash. My truck was covered by tree blossom petals after yesterdays rain & it can be difficult to get them all but they did.

Went and paid for a full service oil change. Upon getting back home i realised that they never lubed up my doot hinges (Minor annoyance), but on the service report they said done. Thought it was odd and decided to read the rest of the report and checked everything one by one. Found that engine coolant never got filled, washer fluid low, tire pressure incorrect, air filter needed replaced. I understand that they could charge me extra for such services, but to say that they were checked and nothing was needed really leaves me to wonder what else didnt get done. Not going back.
Got oil change got a car wash with oil change. Car wash broke rear window wiper on my wifes Acaida they said car wash isnt responsible i said bs asked for mgr. I said kid that dried off my car didnt tell me they broke it till i went to finish his half job wipping off then i said something.
These guys are Fast, efficient and very friendly. They don’t try to take advantage of you and sell things you that you don’t need. They always go above and beyond. I love Fast Eddies and their employees. Thank you for your great service! ☺️
I had a hydraulic hose break over my car which was not there fault they got it all cleaned up. To compensate me they gave me 3 free car washes. So what could go wrong next well there side brush got on top of my car headed right towards me in the car left dents all down my hood then knocked my mirror off. I was scared that it was going to go thru my windshield and Im also pregnant. They called me a liar pretty much and wont admit to the damage!
I go there to get a clean car I do not mind the tremendously long lines but I expect a clean auto when finished.

Came in for a vaccum and a wash. Parked my car to clean it. Hoses missing from the far right vacuums ... not a big deal, I just moved my vehicle down. I was the only one there and all the hoses were properly housed. The sucton was horrid. I moved to another hose. It was good for a few minutes and then the same thing. Sucks up small pebbles and drops them. Moved to a third hose and had the SAME issue. Well ... 3 strikes and Im out. Passed on getting the wash from them. :(

First time I went, the wash was ok. This last visit I could barely tell the car was clean. And the wash stopped midway.
Went thru the car wash, had the 14 dollar wash. Talking with my passenger dropped her off looked out the window still has bird poop on it. Called spoke to someone he said sorry Ill go talk to them about it. Never offered another walk etc.

2022-07-13Came in here to get a oil change on my old Cruze and they did a great job.You stay in the car and they take care of the whole thing while you wait.I guess its reasonably affordable, although its hard to imagine that a simple oil change with Filter is $50! But I havent had this done in a quick lube place in a while so Im not a good judge.You do get a free car wash with the oil change, I was planning on getting one anyway and they are about 10 or $12 so there you have it.Ive had car washes done before here on various cars and they do a great job in their automated car wash.

2022-03-08I’ve been getting my car washed at Fast Eddie’s-Clio ever since I started driving. Recently, I decided to get their monthly pass. While I’ve never had any issues, here recently, I’ve not been pleased with their customer service skills or the wash. First, the bigger gentleman that is always working was very rude when pulling into the wash. Screaming, rolling his eyes due to the fact I did not want to pull up INCHES away from the car in front of me. I’m not sure if they’ve noticed, but it created a nightmare when trying to get out of the wash to dry. It also leaves the poor gentleman at the end scrambling to dry the car & ultimately ends up doing a poor job because there’s not enough time to dry the car. Secondly, the rear of my SUV is never clean. I know SUV’s throw up a lot of dirt, but when I leave the wash, the back of my car has wet dirt running down the car.I have cancelled my monthly pass & am encouraging my family and friends in the Clio area to do the same.

2022-05-16Always love this location, manager has his head screwed on straight and the techs dont misthread the oil pan bolt. They dont push services you dont need unlike some of their sister locations. 10/10 best oil change in town.

2022-06-12Good but the vacuums suck (yeah I get its free) but they still could be at least a little better n powerfully. Its better to go somewhere else n spend the $$ to vacuum out ur car then use these ones ..

2022-01-20This is a great car wash! The guys that work there are friendly and do their best to make sure our vehicle is super clean. I love the attention they give to detail. They even hand dry your vehicle. The carwash itself is a fun event with the colorful foam and lights and they have something called lava wash. I am not sure what that all means but I like the way vehicle looks when we leave🥰My husband spoiled me by buying a wash for everyday for 6 months. It is so nice! Reasonably priced too!

2022-02-05Sometimes its 3 star, sometimes its 5 star. With today being a couple days after a snow storm the roads still have some snow and water so expectations are low for me, but needed to get salt off and clean the glass to see safely. But boy do they herd us through as fast as possible, the truck can barely get clean no matter what the road conditions.

2022-03-03Employees are rude and rushy the 3 times Ive gone.Wash is okay wind blows a little too hard I wouldent suggest bringing any convertables or weak sunroofs.They didnt wipe the truck off all the way they were so rushed to move me onwards.They left salt water stains on the hood and on the back window.They struggled to guide the vehicle on the track correctly, sprayed inside the driver side window on quarter to hundred thousand dollar vehicle in rage and rush of how the truck was guided/harassed onto the track by the 4 goonies pre-scrubbing.Slow it down fast eddys Ill take my bussiness elsewhere.

2021-11-27I brought my car here for the first time ever a few weeks ago for a oil change after not wanting to wait 3+hours at Walmart for one. The service here is incredible and Ill be bringing my car back here for all future oil changes and other services. The gentlemen that serviced my car (I didnt get their names) were all incredibly professional, friendly and informative. They replaced my air filter and even showed me & explained to me why my old one wasnt any good. They recommended other products that would benefit my car, checked my tires and overall, it was a very positive experience
