We just left this McDonalds drive thru and with NO Food! We order and paid through the McDonalds apps but they claim they dont see our order and they said we can order again and pay them. Heck NO! We already order and pay through their apps with NO Foods!! Call corporate and corporate couldnt even help us. So we lost $42 with NO Foods. Its pending in our bank account and they wont even help us. This place have horrible service and manager was rude and hung up on me when they put me on hold. I want my money back and especially with NO Foods! I dont recommend this McDonalds to anyone!!

Very busy, but they work fast! Only took 10 minutes to get thru a dozen cars in both lanes, at the drive-thru!Lady taking the order, was very patient. Ladies at the Cashiers window, and pick-up window- were sweet, too.Even under pressure.Very refreshing. Its hard to find good service, these days.
November 2021 - grabbed a late lunch here for youngest daughter. It was quick, food was hot, shakes were good, and staff was awesome!
This is the only McDs in the area with a playplace. The McDs down Hall road used to have a playplace but they remoded, and no longer have one.Mobile orders at all McDs have been nice. The app is super slow, but there have been $1 to $3 discounts for orders up to $10. I got a free caramel macchiato with my daughters a la carte scrambled egg order.
Whats the point in mobile order if it consistently takes 15 min everytime?Also, managers are really rude. They need to be trained better. Also, they are at about 40% accuracy with my orders. Not sure why I continue to come to this location.
The food is excellent and they make fresh fries to order, but they close really early and theres no dine in or take out for those of us with no car when all other locations are open but we cant make it to them! Not everyone has a car...so anyone without one is screwed. Its been 2yrs since I had McDonalds😢😭
Fries were cold and nasty, tasted like they dont change their oil. Lady also gave me lip for asking for a sweet and sour sauce. What the heck lady just give me my sauce!
Always good food in the morning but wish there prices where a little cheaper what I bought for 9.75 I would of got for under 7 dollar but good food.

The absolute best McDonalds in the area! Truly appreciative for the level of care and attention paid to service at this location. The line always moves in an efficient fashion no matter how busy it is. On top of that, your order is taken properly and the team here goes above and beyond to make sure your order is correct. Cant say that Ive come across mcdonalds staff that cares as much as this location. So happy I never have to visit the 23mile location ever again.

They do not pay attention at the drive thru and then they look at you like your dumb when you request what you actually ordered. Employee had the nerve to argue with me and tell me what I did or didnt order. Stay Away!!! Better McDonalds in either direction of Hall rd.

At 8:58 pm 9/9/20 I arrived at this location and simply ordered a large 10 nugget meal. I was given a sprite when i ordered a coke which was resolved almost immediately. I was then told to wait in the second waiting space, at 9:11 pm i was given the wrong order and complained and was told to wait. At 9:18 the manager on site came out to clarify everything and promised a free mcflurry. Finally at 9:22 i was given my meal with no sauce that was requested and no mcflurry. When i confronted the young man who delivered it he told me to Deal with It after waiting 24 minutes for nothing i want to make it known i will never ever return to this location.
I left for work and noticed that my coffee was made with sugar when I’m a diabetic I asked for Splenda’s only in my coffee I called back to see if I can get replaced tomorrow morning they refused to and said I would have to return and be late for work. They offered to send me coupons but this does not do any justice being that I spent my money today and now I have to wait 3 to 7 business days for coupons in the mail.
Everything cost way too much, not worth it, going anywhere else would be a better choice.
I miss the golf flair this place had 20 years ago, but this is perhaps the best of the McDonald’s in the area. The service is expedient and friendly (which can be too much to ask at some other locations from time to time.) I’ve never had a bad experience here.
Overall decent location. I go there often on my work lunch break and their service is usually decently fast and the food is to be expected. Obviously nothing amazing, its McDonalds, but its pretty good.If youre looking for something quick and cheap, might as well go there, theyll take decent enough care of you.

Horrible disgusting food and bathrooms. I would never come back here! The workers didn’t have gloves when they put the fries and you can clearly see their thumbs touching the fries after touching that “touch”screen for the drive-through also no hairnets on. The food was old you could just tell and IT took forever with no one in line everyone was just thinking about the Drive-through.
Service is always slow, our orders mostly wring, workers dont seem interested in pleasing the customers needs. We will go out of our way to go to ANY other McDonalds. Always dirty and cold inside. Did yourself a favor and skip this location.
This place used to be a good and close place to pick up things, but each time I go it is guaranteed that in the drive thru line you spend almost half an hour there waiting even if it is only for drinks. They are always understaffed and rude most of the time. Anytime I order a Dr. Pepper it is highly over-carbonated and undrinkable. Beyond that anytime you order a smoothie it is like drinking strawberry milk and lacks any kind of smoothie texture. Its has gone downhill over the last year and I will purposely go to the McDonalds at 23 and Romeo Plank which is out of my way to get better quality service and product.
After waiting almost 20 min. I get cold fries and a Big Mac that was luke warm with the smallest beef patties Ive ever seen!! Definitely not worth the price!
I come here every week with my kids because of the playgym and because its very clean. The only problem I had today was that they charged me $1 for socks and forgot both my fries for my kids meal and had the nerve to check my garbage to make sure I wasnt lying. Other than that I will continue to go back and wont forget socks this time. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.
Food was great today. The only thing I wished is that the staff would have let our sons have like 5 minutes in the play area. We didnt realize they close it down at 7. We had our kids eat first. It was like 7:03 when we tried to go in. The lady cleaned it for quite a while. We know because grandma was sick in bathroom. If it was me, I would have let boys play for like 5 min cause we explained that our boys picked here to eat to go in play area. Now we know when they close that area because if we knew, we would have let them play for a few before eating.
This location is the best around. Reading other reviews on here I dont know if these people even visited this location, or maybe they were having a bad day. This is Mcdonalds not a five star dining restaurant. These workers are always super friendly and go out of their way to help with anything they can. I have seen the floors a tad dirty or things on tables but there are always people in and out and see people cleaning all the time. People are so quick to complain but I think this entire store needs to be recognized for all the good they do and the hundreds of customers they serve and satisfy on a daily basis!
Get rid of the self checkouts! I used it and the people standing in line at the counter after I finished ordering still got their food before me! Your fast food no need for table number, just get the food out fast as you COULD do in the past!
Long wait and the rude woman still charged us $.27 for a cup of sauce. Burger King gave me 10 sauces yesterday for free. Guess making .27 cents is more important to you guys than keeping customers.

Today I went to this McDonalds on my lunch, waited in the drive-through line for about 15 minutes when I got to the speaker and they said they are only accepting cash at this time. Then I had to try to get out of the drive through line. Already having waisted half my lunch I called the store to suggest that they should put a sign up to let customers know. Well the first call I got the acting manager while the real manager is on vacation. He was rude said that he couldnt do anything about the card machine being down and he is sick of so many upset customers. He didnt apologize but attacked me and said well we told you at the speaker. His attitude was disgusting and very rude. After his rudeness continued I said ok well I will call corporate and let them know and hung up. After a few minutes of calming down I decided to call back to speak to the next higher up manager or owner. This phone call was 100 times worse then the first. I asked to have the manager call me he said it would be a week before she was back and he was in charge. He refused to take my contact information told me I should just call corporate. That I had an attitude and I needed to learn to be understanding. I told him not to speak to me that way that attitude or not I am a customer I should have respect and I understand about dealing with complaints. Trying to be nice well that was a mistake he said good for you. He finally gave me the information of the owner and his manager. I told him to have a good day and he told me that I ruined it for him. And he again started being rude and degrading towards me.I called the main customer service number and wrote a letter to the manager for when she returns. I am furious with this staff and will not be returning.
There service was a little slow and they got our order wrong but once we got the right food it was good!
We order curbside they charge us but didnt bring the order we call them after waiting fir 15 min in the car they saud that the order didnt show in there computer but charge us them we try to cancel it and get our money back we couldnt the manager saud we had the call head quarters. Very bad service
Found a 5 inch thin light brown hair in my cheeseburger. Its end was slightly sticking out of the bun but secured in the ketchup on top of the cheese. Please step it up when it comes to food handling hygene and make sure employees hair is secured properly.
It’s McDonald’s so I don’t expect much. I would think ordering a special request item wouldn’t be such a big deal but apparently all the employees like to do is argue. I worked at a McDonald’s for 2 years. I know that different ranch is used for the chicken nuggets (dipping sauce in packets) and ranch that comes in a huge pouch which is used for the wraps. I know it’s just ranch but the “customer service” I received when asking for this special item is unacceptable, even when I said I was willing to pay extra for it! The girl in the drivethru argued with me for a couple of minutes and when I gave up I pulled up to the window to see half the employees standing around, probably to see what I looked like. She again insisted that the ranches tasted the same.. regardless of this it shouldn’t be such a huge stressful fiasco to ask for one special request.. you don’t get paid enough to argue with me about ranch...
This location has a nice playplace and hot food. We enjoyed our last visit (for a Birthday party). Complaint is that there really needs to be blinds on the south side of the playplace room because it gets really got in there. I noticed the floor could use bit of a deep clean with degreaser and a deck brush. Otherwise most everything seemed in good shape. Oh, the lock on the playground bathroom door does not seem to work so watch out for that if you are taking one of your little ones to the bathroom.

I took my 4 year old granddaughter in for lunch. She loves the play place, it is awesome. Its great to have tables and booths right there in the playplace so I could keep an eye on her. It was a definite plus that there is a bathroom in the room with the playplace too. The food was definitely hot and fast! She loves the chicken nugget happy meal and you cant beat the price-$3.00, for a complete meal! I enjoyed a sausage biscuit, which Im happy to say, they serve all day now!
The food here is fine. The play area in this McDonalds is always sticky and dirty. The highchairs are disgusting. Even the adult chairs in the play area are all sticky and gross. I wonder if they ever clean in there.
We went for the sole reason of making our grand son happy. Boy was he over the moon. Playscapes are dying out at McDonalds, this one was super clean. There were other children there. It was nice seeing children unplugged and playing; kids being kids.So I really had very little human contact. It was creepy. Standing by the counter I saw people working, unseen I did the ahem. My daughter pulled me aside and said mom you order here. Ahhhh seriously am I mentally sruck in the land if the dinosaurs? I had to place my own order. If your into the whole rise of the machines this is the McDonalds for you.
I love the play area at this one it is really big and fun. I even went in it with my kids one day when there was no one else but us there. I love the family fun nights Tuesdays 4-7pm 1.99 happy meals.
The cashier was rude to my 12 year old. she went up there and asked for a bbq sauce and tried to charge her. she had no money so I brought my unused ranch cup to switch it. I had 3 things of nuggets and only 2 sauces. Im sorry but thats pathetic of her
Totally disorganized. Watched a lady bring back grey, uncooked chicken. Girl next to me had no cheese on her cheeseburger. Another had no meat! I just stopped for tea and to do some work! It was a fiasco all around me. McDonalds on Hall rd and Romeo Plank.

Dirty and fruit flies everywhere. The oil hadnt been changed in a long time. My fries and nuggets were dark brown yet soggy. There wasnt one clean table in the restaurant. Fruit flies were flying all over the drink area (which was a wreck), and floating in the sweet tea that was missing the lid. The whole experience was horrible.I wont be back again, only stopped at this one because the play place looked cool. Ended up leaving fearing disease and infection. If they cant keep the easy area clean who knows what is growing in the play area.
I was there Wednesday morning. Girl working drive thru was hard of hearing I repeated my order 4 times. Had to yell cuz she couldnt hear then she gave me an attitude. Dummy doesnt realize the customers pay her pay check. Im not going back to this location. Also, it was 9:35 most people are at work by now and I waited quite a long time in the Drive-Thru line to just get two items
The staff are mostly young 20s or late teens but they are always friendly & smiling! They give extra special attention to my 3yr old & she just has so much fun with them....unless big sister is there-then the focus is on her! LOL Sometimes the playplace area isnt cleaned as fast as it needs to be to keep up with the patrons eating. Other than that & wanting to see the equipment sanitized in between play. My family enjoys one of the few play places left at the Golden arches!
Sebastian is a fantastic employee. She was hustling the entire time I was in there. Cleaning, organizing, taking orders, delivering orders. She recommended a few $1 items and upsold me twice....the cleanliness of the playplace, not so much.
The DIRTIEST McDonalds Ive EVER been to! Im scared to even walk in the bathroom considering how dirty the entire dining room and playplace are. The front counter person couldnt answer my question about a sandwich herself and asked me if I would like her to find out. Hello? The purpose of a question is to FIND AN ANSWER! Took forever to get 2 happy meals. My chicken had a blob of mayo in the center of the sandwich. The worst part was the lack of cleanness. This is included the entrance, the drink station, the bathroom and the very worst was NOT ONE of the tables in the play area were clean. The seats and the floors were sticky. I would not allow my grandchildren to play and this ended the day badly but if the eating areas are that dirty I can only imagine the play area. I was raised on McDonalds and this was appauling

I went here on a Friday night, the tables had food stained on there, orders were wrong, things were missing, and flies were by the drinking fountains. Employees were pretty rude as well, It’s Friday, so I can understand some chaos, but this was too much.
During construction theyre using a temporary makeshift menu and speaker. Ordered 2 $2 sausage Mcgriddles and was charged $6.76 when brought to the attention of manager she told me they had to go off the prices of temporary menu which were much higher.
The PM staff is the best staff , ! , They rarely mess up and order and actually get it out in a decent amount of time. Go there during the day and half the time your order gets messed up ,isnt cooked consistently at the same time a different day , or the person talking the order doesnt even know whats on the menu when you order something. Asked for a sausage biscuit and the kid rang me up for everything from just a sausage Patty to a egg mcmuffin and I tried explaining it was on the dollar menu and he still couldnt get it so I said nvm.

Hit or miss at this location. Cant stand when I go to the drive thru and pull away only to realize that my fries arent fresh. I cant recall them forgetting items or getting my order incorrect though. Sometimes a little slow in the drive thru as well. Its better than some of the other locations in the area. Id rather go here than the one by CJ Barrymores who consistently screws up my order.
The worst McDonalds in Michigan. There new beef is cold.and old. The drive thru is so slow you will need to bring your own lunch just for the wait. Zero management. Horrible experience.

Ive always had positive experiences at this location. I am a Boy Scout leader and occasionally meet with individual Scouts to review Eagle Project proposals. The managers are always very curteous and once even gave us free beverages.
DISGUSTING!! Went through the drive-thru at lunchtime on Monday, April 4th and ordered a Southwest Chicken Salad. Got to my place of work and proceeded to have lunch and my salad looked like someone elses leftovers! The salad looked days old and actually had Italian dressing already on it! On hindsight, I wish I had taken a picture or saved it to bring back, but I just threw it out. It was way too gross! Ill never go to that McDonalds ever again and I sure as heck dont recommend anyone else does either unless you want to waste your money....and fast food workers want to make $15 an hour when a simple salad order cant be accomplished!!!
My fave location. They need to improve the play land bathroom and keep up on the garbages better. Almost every visit they are overflowing. Staff is ussually always friendly and pleasant.

Stop in here on occasions after work. Staff does a good job of getting you what you want, and are very friendly. They have hard workers there I can tell you that.
Fast service and good size playground for the kids. A couple kids were there climbing on the outside of the structure but you cant blame that on the employees, its the lack of supervision and discipline of their parents.

When I stated that they would turn a child down thats only three years old because they dont have an app for mc Donalds . Just waited in line for 15 minutes after only 2 people for a girl to repeat 3 wrong orders to us, take my credit card for 2 minutes and come back to say I thought we said it was cash only... Great play place! Only issue we had was with the online ordering (not the restaurant fault). I ordered a peppermint mocha, which this restaurant does not carry it.
Servers are efficient and friendly. Play area is lots of fun. But tables and floors in it are dirty, and many light bulbs need to be replaced.

I think the place looks clean and the service was good, Jessica is great with the customers and employees you need to give her a raise or a promotion.
Luke warm cheeseburger, it would have been worth time & gas to drive to McDonalds in Romeo, MI for an outstanding cheeseburger - like the old days!
I do work there and day shift is awesome and nights are getting better😉
I n3ver have had food here. Just use the bathroom and thats always clean when I go. So I cannot rate for food.

I was charged for a meal double for what I bought on the mobile app. The employees said they had no control over what that app. did. Getting over charged is what u get

2022-04-09Came in for a curbside pickup order during dinner rush. Waited a little bit long but the manager at the time was working so hard since they were understaffed and brought us our order that was hot and fresh and perfect. Thank you so much for working so hard!!

2022-04-15Why can we not sit down and eat? Why open the lobby to pick up food inside if we can’t sit down to eat. If it is because of Covid - 12 people huddled in a tiny lobby - with kids- waiting for their food because they all thought they could sit down and eat is stupid!!!!! This store is just using covid as an excuse to not be open. Fast food restaurants are open everywhere. Come on!!!

2022-03-18I purchased 2 shamrock shakes, paid almost $10, and was very disappointed. The sakes were filled 3/4 of the cup and the rest including the top lids with whipping cream. I tough whipping cream was a topping not the shake! My advice, ask for a full cup of shake.

2019-05-09Little did I know when my daughter said she didnt like the burger in her happy meal, that it was actually a piece of leather...or at least thats what it seemed like. I know the drive thru is all thats open during remodeling, but thats no excuse. Just another reason to avoid fast food 🤷🏼♂️The manager said shed send coupons, but I dont think theyll be used anytime soon.

2021-11-10I dont care much for McDonalds its usually really heavy on my stomach but it tastes so good. My son how ever lives their chicken nuggets he will pick McDonalds over any other place. Now each location is hit or miss with service and food quality how ever this McDonalds is almost always spot on.

2018-01-27Really tired of it always being so cold inside, especially in the play area where kids are! Additionally, what is the problem with all of the lights and light bulbs blown and not working??? This used to be a nice place to brings my kids to play, eat and unwind. Now its sub par, and not worth the mediocre service.

2021-01-14Waited 13 min for mc chickens while 4 employees talked by the front drive thru window and I didnt get any onions. I even worked at a McDonalds before. You guys suck....... tragic
