This McDonald’s is NOT 24 hours. Don’t waste your time arriving after 10pm. I was next in line and when it was my turn, they turned off the lights and didn’t respond at 9:50pm. There were still cars ahead being serviced. Unfortunately I had to leave and the cars behind me. Not the best location, especially with their online curbside pick-up orders as well since they were closed when I ordered around 2:30pm recently.
I go to this location almost every morning but today o has the worst experience. The system was not letting my order go through from my mobile order and the lasy at the drive their pay window was incredibly nice and called for the manager to help. The manager Janet was incredibly rude and it took everything in me to not curse her out. If you don’t like your job then quit. I am the customer and all I ask is for some respect. I’d I don’t have an attitude with you don’t have one with me.
If you can’t run a drive thru, then shut the place down! I can’t tell you how many times they have either messed up my order or made me pull over and wait for 10 minutes for my food. Just had to call the store after 15 minutes because they simply forgot that I was waiting in their drive up spot. Food is completely cold now. Guess it’s my fault that I kept going back. But I learned my lesson, never going back to this location again!
Good deal on a chicken sandwich thru the app. Chicken sandwiches are not as good as they used to be. Chicken on a bun with pickles isnt really for me. Wife says it is to complete with Chic Filet. McDonalds, do your own thi d and let everyone else do theirs lady on the checkout was supper. Wish I had gotten her name! A great customer service person!!
Saturday the 30th the so called manger tell me to stop contacting the store about the price I had paid ez question to answer. So that cool you clearly don’t like your job but I hope you have a nice day. O by the way I will be in contact with your boss and how you treat customer over the phone. And thanks for not letting me leave a voice mail for your boss too.
A great and safe place to get lunch the one thing I really loved about it is how much these people really take safety first of all you cannot eat inside but that is because of the whole safety thing its better just to get your food and go and not only that but the employees all was wearing mask so you wont have to worry about any germs getting in your food McDonalds always was a great place to eat especially the food and the menu that they have so if anyone is just looking for a place to get some good food without worrying about covid I would definitely recommend this McDonalds
This place in particular never makes my order right and they’re always forgetting items! Very rude when you call them to let them know they messed up on your order. I don’t understand why they hire people who hate the world. I’d suggest going to a different location unles you want evil, rude costumer service!
Does this location not open 24hours as stated on google and their webpage?On 4/4/21 around 10:00PM, I went to the drive thru and no one took my order. Drove to the window, there was someone mopping but didnt come to take my order. So I left and got Burger King.On 4/11/21 at 10:15PM, I went to drive thru again, and the guy said they stopped taking orders.Like whats going on? I thought it was opened 24hr drive thru? If not, Itd be nice if youd update your hours on this location.
None of the food was fresh at 9:30 last night when I was served to me the fries are deflated and limp and old I thought maybe while they spend time cooking the quarter pounder deluxe but the meat was cold also when I say cold is a little bit better than room temperature wasnt anywhere near hot when it was given I cant imagine someone picking that up Uber eats or doordash or GrubHub or whatever delivering that to somebody and I waited in the drive-thru window for when I got.
Tonight’s experience has resulted in me refusing to return to this specific restaurant. I’d give zero starts if I could.I placed my order and paid with no problems, but when I pulled up to the second window to receive my food the kid working there (who seemed stoned) gave me the wrong food. The girl from the first window who took my order had to come help that situation. I was sent to park and they would bring my food out. I double checked my order again just to make sure, and noticed that the receipt printout on the burger box did not match the receipt I got when I paid so I went in to confirm that my meal was correct and was told the receipts are not supposed to match. No real effort was made by any of the employees to confirm whether or not I had the correct meal.On my way out, I passed the manager, Andrew, returning from dealing with a difficult customer outside. He asks if everything is alright and I reply it’s fine and keep walking. He mutters “whatever” under his breath with an attitude. I turn back to ask if he really just did that and he tries to insist it wasn’t directed at me. I ask for his name and let him know I will be calling corporate because that’s not an acceptable response to the interaction we had regardless of who it was directed at. I turn to leave and he, again, mutters a “whatever”.I responded more negatively this time and flipped him off from outside the building and asked if he was freaking serious before walking to my car. He proceeds to stick his head out the window of the vestibule to shout at me across the parking lot to insist that it wasn’t directed at me and to tell me I’m rude for how I responded. I let him know he was the rude one for misdirecting his frustrations at a pregnant woman.I also never got the medium coke I ordered with my meal and did not feel comfortable returning to the restaurant to get it after the manager treated me like that.
Terrible service. Every order continues to be wrong. Today they left the bacon out of one breakfast sandwich, the egg out of the other, they gave me the wrong sandwich entirely, and this was AFTER correcting them at both the speaker and the window because they kept ringing the order up wrong. These are combo orders - I’m not even customizing these sandwiches, just ordering the standard meals and yet they always seem to forget the major component of every order every time I come here! Check your orders thoroughly if you choose to eat here - you can’t trust them to get it right. Those “cheeseburgers” in your bag may just be the buns only. I’m tired of being ripped off. I’m avoiding from now on.
This place used to be hit or miss. Lately its improved a good bit. My wife usually has a special order of some type and so I always double check my food... Theres like a 2/5 chance they will get your special request wrong. They are always happy to fix it though. Pretty good overall as far as fast food goes.
Zero stars... Had the quarter pounder meal. My son had big mac meal. My burger was raw. Inside. Fries cold. Sons fries were hot. Called. Was told to bring the receipt. Haha no receipt given.. Wouldnt leave the review. But this is nit the first second or even third time this has happened. Word of advice.. Get the receipt.. And make sure your food is cooked properly. This place will not.
Im not sure you can tell or not because of the flash but my burger was really raw and definitely a lot more pinker then I want my fast-food whatever burger Im eating. I dont like rare quarter pound hamburgers and if it would of been regular beef it would of been bleeding when I bit into it yuck!! 🤢
They have a sign that reads but a Big Mac, Quarter pounder with cheese, or 10 piece McNugget and choose one of the three for a dollar. So I ordered a Big Mac meal and wanted 10 nuggets for a dollar. The girl tells me that they’re not doing that. Even though the sign said so. She said that only applies to the sandwiches and we can switch your order to a 10 piece meal and give you the Big Mac for a dollar. Nope! Got home looked at my receipt and she charged me 7.99 for a Big Mac meal and 4.39 for 10 nuggets. Talk about a bait and switch rip off
Was there picking up a mobile order. They told me the only way I could pick it up was to come inside after a long wait. I go inside and the staff starts making comments about my health, and a disability that I have. Ill be back with my attorney. I would avoid this location if you have a disability. Most likely you will be asked to leave.
Ahhhh..... theres nothing quite like the craving for a Big Mac meal. So on my 30 minute lunch at work I decide to go get one. Upon my return to work I open my Big Mac and realize that I could break a car windshield with the bun because its so overly stale. And it was as cold as ice! Even better I dont have enough time to go back. Why should I have to examine my food before I leave the place? It should ALWAYS be fresh right? This is not the first time this happened either! Worst Big Mac ever in my life! This place just flat out sucks! Apparently this McDonalds gets their buns from the other McDonalds around here when theyre ready to be thrown in the dumpster. There are many McDonalds around Sterling Heights, DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!! I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. They deserve 💩💩💩
At this particular McDonalds they did not get my order correct. I could not understand the lady on the speaker. Everybody knows when you order a coffee Double-Double please dont miss the sugar most of all and they did. they also forgot the egg on my egg McMuffin. Not easy to go around to fix the order either.
Very rude employees, was trying to think about my order while the staff didn’t realize their mics were on, cussing and being vulgar ,and when i asked to speak the manager Amber. that manager was uninterested in what i had to say and said it was “not a big deal”.... not very professional.
Poor customer service. First they failed to have accurate currency and did not provide me with a receipt for my order. Next they did not have my order ready when I pulled up to the 2nd window. So I was asked to drive-up to the 3rd window. Once I approached the 3rd window the gentleman just handed me the bag through the window without confirming my order was correct then walked away. After driving home to open the bag, I noticed I was missing a few items. Then I called the manger and advised her my order was incorrect! Once I informed this leader of the error, she insisted on telling me she put everything in my bag herself with a negative attitude. I continued to inform her it was not all there, but she felt to tell me otherwise. I had to release the call. My family and I have been doing business with this location for over 15yrs and never once before have I ever felt this disrespected over a bag of fries!! After waiting in line, inaccurate change and a lack of communication you wouldve thought as a leader she wouldve wanted to correct my experience! Not this leader. I will not longer support this location.
Didnt have good experiences before after a middle aged Asian looking guy Terry resolved the issues I had when my big Mac was not made properly with burnt meat in it. The way he appologized and dealt me was impressive and without any delay he made everything fresh for me. Now I go twice a week and never have any problem. I can see the same guy working and always give fresh meal. Now loving that place.
This mcdonalds is the closest to my house, maybe a 3 minute drive.. Its in a good location. The seating area is clean and open. They had szechuean sauce, and I tried it for the first time, it wasnt that great, sweet&sour is still the greatest of all time. Again disappointed with the lack of coupons on the app for this location.
Will have to maybe try in summer. Park almost empty, but they put us down a narrow street with all seasonal people who have left for the year. Lonely area, kind of creepy. There are lots of nice wide full hook up pull thru sites on the other end of campground why couldnt we be over there. We have a nice new 33ft that is getting covered with wet leavesWe are in a heavily treed area, no sun very dank.
I quit you McDonalds...at this location at least!! Everytime we patronize this particular location our EXTREMELY SIMPLE orders are always messed up and lukewarm to cold. McDonalds costs too much money to waste on cold food. I can do without MCs but my kids love going here and especially after a movie. Quality customer service starts from the head; so, dear management at this location, if you are reading this...please DO NOT ALLOW mediocre customer service to thrive, it will cause your location to close quicker than a New York minute. I understand that you all are in a very stressful position when handling the personalities and attitudes of so many but great customer service should never be sacrified. I have been to this location tons of times and only because Im usually there just because this location had more of the Happy meal toys in stock, but, other than that this location offers nothing good. Today, your teenage drive thru cashier cooked their good with me when she wanted to argue with me that she gave me less than $2 juice to his Happy meal when she didnt...if she had been less busy tugging at her chain, dancing and talking she wouldve been able to at least greet me, apologize for forgetting my kids gogurt and juice box but with no apology and only eye rolling did I experience. #1. I would not like about a measly beverage but #2. This behavior is beyond unacceptable!!Needless to say, this is a TERRIBLE LOCATION not based on a few incidents but multiple visits.
The, food was horrible the fries were cold and the Bun on the Big Mac was hard. Will, not be going to Macdonald’s ever again the food really went down hill it’s way over price. Calvers , has the best fish sandwich and Burgers the food is always hot and fresh . Take, note Macdonald’s
You can definitely tell you got new LAZY hires ... And tge management must be new to considering when i came back to get my order replaced my meal was even worse from the first time. I asked cooked to order both times and failed to ever get it. The only diffrence the second time was they didnt put ketchup or mustard on my dbl chz. So thank you ... Not .
Usually never have a problem at this location but tonight was different. So I pulled up and order my 2 snack wrap meal, got the offer of a 4pc nugget for $1 and decided to get it and asked for barbeque sauce with it. Pulled up, paid, and pulled up to the pickup window. The young man handed me my lemonade withe the lid coming off, was asked to pull off and wait for fresh fries. Not a problem.....Waited 10 minutes or better, got my food pulled away to keep heading home, reached in the bag for the nuggets and BBQ.....no BBQ sauce. Oh, well, still hungry. Then went after my fresh fries......and they were lukewarm. Already half of the rest of the way home and too hungry so I ate them...and to top it off, my snack qraps were probably the smallest Ive ever gptten. Hopefully just an off night, but still a little disappointed from my go-to stop on my way home
The order taker was way above or maybe I should say under anyones capabilities. She could not get the order right then she called a manager who also couldnt get a simple breakfast order right. When they finally gave me my order after 5 minutes and I took it to the table it was wrong. Never again. They give new meaning to the word fast food
I go here like every day before work. Well I just bought a brand new pair of timberlands, and the lady that cleans the floors while I was waiting in line she saw that I was waiting in line and still continued to mop the floors She even hit my shoes pretty much to make me move out the way. I worked in the restaurant industry since I was close to 15 years old. Rule number one, never disturb the peace of a customer by vaccuming, and or cleaning.
There really isnt much to say about any form of McDonalds. Almost every iteration is identical. Their menu items are all almost identical. In fact I would go so far as to wonder why anyone would buy any of the more expensive burgers when virtually all of them are of the same make, construction and quality of any other burger on the menu, but that is unrelated.McDonalds doesnt treat their food or customers very well. This is to be expected as it may be possibly the cheapest form of ubiquitous food chain.Where McDonalds really shines is their breakfast menu, which is why nearly every chain is attempting to replicate it. Their hash browns are particularly tasty, but arent a good vegitarian option because some McDonalds cook the hash browns in beef tallow I guess.Generally the food tastes fine, the food quality is another story. Your diet should not regularly consist of anything with McDonalds on it. It is publicly known to be unhealthy.It is a decent last resort when on the road or in need of a quick bite but you ucan do so much better in just choosing other options.
I rarely eat mcdonalds but i decided to get a 10 piece chicken nugget with a medium fry and medium sweet tea, an hour later my stomach is killing me then i start throwing up i got food poisoning,worst pain ever. never coming back to this place again i dont ever like to bash a food place but i had to be a karen today sorry😗
Went to this location assuming that they were open 24 hours as stated by Google they are not open 24 hours of greatly appreciated if you would change your times so that individuals like myself that get off at 2:00 a.m. in the morning have a better plan on getting to burger or other food
Ordered off the 2 for 5 menu ( sausage egg McGriddle ) and they tell me that is not part of the 2 for 5 which clearly has a picture of it. I asked manager and she said they advertised wrong pic. I’m sorry than they should cross it out or put a piece of paper over it. I thought since it is still advertised they have to give you the deal. bad ran business. manager is wrong here
Store manager, who was manning the registers and dine in food orders seemed annoyed at my existence...i ordereda cg7cien sandwich, fries and coke, no special order. When i inquired about ketchup, she proceeeded to role her eyes and give me 2 ketchup packets.... the restaurant was clean but the children running around screaming and playing unsupervised with a little bit annoying. And I have children myself. Theres some flea well-behaved and are not allowed to run willy-nilly throughout a restaurant where people are trying to enjoy a meal. That place is a mess I doubt Ill be returning
Only fast food around with decent dollar menu. But if Im gonna pay $16+ to eat Id go get real food. I mean come on. 8 bucks for a burger and fries loaded with poisons and salt.... only saving grace is the fries. Ill get food at another fast food place and stop and get McD fries...lol
Its frustrating when u pull up to the drive through speaker & the person taking your order is super slow & doesnt seem to understand what u want & at the same time the lane next to u keeps getting there order completed, thus pulling in front of u! I actually had to give up & pull up to the window & redo my order. Then they had me pull to the curb & wait 10 min. for the order to be ready! I actually got out of my truck & went inside to see if I could expedite the order. It didnt.Im not planning on visiting that location again anytime soon.My order ticket number was #1356 on 11/28/17.
WELL IF YOU HAVE CASH RECIEPT THAT IF YOU GO ONLINE YOU GET A CODE BUY ONE SANDWITCH GET ONE F R E E. THAT NOT I MEANS THAT IS SAYS.Some McDonalds will let you pick any standard sandwich, are afew! Its not worth it ok just to to Arbys, Burger King, Hardees, etc. and you will get hassels.
My job is only a half a mile from Mcdonald so I go there pretty often during my midnight shift. I just left there, I was the only one in the drive -thru. Ordered A Mcpick 2. Five minutes had passed and I hadnt received my food yet. And I double-checked the time because I had to be back to work by 1:15am. I blew the horn and of course no one came to see what I wanted. I saw the fat Caucasian lady look at me , I guess shes a manager, but she never said anything. At this point I just wanted my money back so I could head back to work. I pull back to first window and the cashier has their back turned and playing with his phone. Blew my horn at him and told him I wanted my money back....he asked Why?? I said , I dont have my food yet and I gotta go. He dissappeared and never came back. I just ended up pulling off. Now Im writing this review. I hope someone has a look at your midnight staff. I will be going back during my lunch to check on my money or food.
Stop franchising. Franchises pay their employees a non competitive wage. I havent seen many smiling faces at a couple that I go to and have to coax a smile out of them. Your making money hand over fist, treat your employees more than fairly and youll have a lot more customers. I have curtailed my visits by 80 percent because of greedy franchise operators.
Patty Finney is an amazing employee with McDonalds located on Gratiot and Masonic Ave here in 🌹 Roseville, Michigan. This place is superb and Ill tell you what when you walk through these particular doors you will be greeted and smiled at automatically. Back to Mrs. Finney she is amazing Everytime Ive been here she has aways helped us save money and always and I repeat always friendly. We couldnt ask for better service then this. Thank you! For making this a great place to come and enjoy Ms. Finney.
NOT a good place to stop if youre in any kind of a hurry. I cant see the point of having 2 order stations if everyone has to move up to the same payment & pickup windows. And when I was there it wasnt even that busy. Maybe Tim Hortons just has more staff - they really know how to move a line.
I went into this place waited 20 minutes for two cheeseburgers and two large fries when they gave me my food it was cold when I am confronted them that the food was cold some young girl came said she was a manager and she was not very professional she was very rude didn’t not know what to do she started to yell and holler made a fool out of herself never going back again here

2022-03-08This McDonald’s is three blocks from my house. I usually drive out of my way so I don’t have to go there. They confirmed my feelings today. Picked the kids up from school and went to get some quick ice cream. Their shamrock flurries have nothing but ice cream in the bottom 2/3 and apparently a medium and a large are the same size, a little shorter than a pop can. Joke’s on me though, I knew better.

2022-04-24NOT McDonalds app friendly! Best to just use the drive thur, if you have to use this location. There are 2 other locations with in a 5 min drive. I waited for 30 minutes at curbside before the app close my order out. Then 5 more mins after app cashed me out. Still didnt receive my order. Spent another 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my ICE COLD Big Mac and Coke with ice already melted! Because my order was ready 45 minutes before it was served to me. It was just sitting around. Just apparently not enough employees to serve it.Maybe McDonalds should start closing some of their locations so that they possibly may have enough workers to properly run one location.

2022-04-02Weve gotten my son some hamburgers and myself pull apart donuts. He says the hamburgers were cold and the bums were hard and I didnt even get a pulled part donut, I got a cinnamon roll 🤦♀️. We waited in line a good to 10 to 15 minutes.

2022-02-22I order 4 McChickens plain and a large fire, I got my food and drove off. But my sandwich wasn’t plain so I want back around told them what happened and maybe the young girl didn’t hear me and that happens, she automatically calls me a liar And snatches the bag and stares at me for a while then other employee comes with my favorite.Stuff happens but she could of deal with the situation in a better way.

2022-03-06Usually the drive thru is decent and is rapid. The one problem is dont order anything with a biscuit for breakfast. It seems like they use the previous days biscuits. I stopped ordering them because of this. Its been over a month so I figured it might have improved. Well I was wrong, it was like bitting a Dog Biscuit. Other breakfast items seems to be alright . I went for a breakfast and hadnt been there in a little while, I starting to think I should find another McDonalds. After placing my order the the 2 lane ordering area I was cut off to where you go to pay. The person must have paid for my order by mistake. I caught the mistake as they tried to charge me for his. Trying to tell the employee the mistake they called a manager to correct. That was a mistake. No one listened to me for what I had ordered and was giving me a partial refund. Had to try and explain what was wrong again. As I am going to start to run late for work now. I know its hard in these times but its getting worse at this restaurant. Im done at this restaurant. I when I went to get my order no was there in a timely manner. Made me later for work and still received the wrong order........

2021-09-13The lady was speaking too quiet over the speaker we could not understand what she was saying at all! Came home missing food and I ordered a Big Mac that was missing food in between the buns!!

2022-03-10I ordered two large fries with 6 ranches. The person I gave my money to was very kind, but the guy who gave me my food confirmed that they put 6 ranches. LIAR!! There are only four. I don’t know what to say, I am extremely upset and distraught. Please stop deceiving your customers. #FREETHERANCH
