Very fast service and very friendly! The manager pointed out a chip in my windshield and talked me through how to apply for the insurance while repairing the chip. The entire trip was less than 20 minutes
Showed up at 8 waited til 830. No one ever showed up. Open time said 8 maybe thats incorrect.

Okay so these guys were so honest, compassionate and helpful. They told me my oil was too clean to change at that time(had just bought my used car recently) but they offered to top off my fluids, no charge, anyways. They were so kind while I was melting down from another oil change place couple blocks away treating me with disrespect cuz ofnof wearing mask for health reasons(covid poop). They brought me some bottled water on a very hot day and told me if I came back when their boss returned from vacay, hed reset my maintenance light for me. They deserve alot of good business coming their way, IMHO!!
I came here for a quick oil change and the service was absolutely great. Eddie is the reason why I’ll be coming back here. He was kind, professional, and we had a pleasant conversation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend the person reading this reviews comes here for honest and good service!
Went to get my oil changed and the guys here took great care of me and my car. Eddie was fantastic, professional, and very knowledgeable! My husband and I love coming here, they never try to sell you on useless things you don’t need.
Great experience during my last visit. Eddie, the employee I spoke to, was very honest and informative. I assumed that I needed an oil change at 5,000 miles, and he explained to me that, because of the style of oil used in my vehicle, I still had another 2,500 miles before I needed a change. He could’ve easily charged me for an oil change, but his honesty and integrity saved me from being taken advantage of. He then proceeded to top off my oil and washer fluid, and refused to take payment. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of service.
They are professionals! They treat you right. Just like all the service you are supposed get. There are some oil places, that just gives oil changes nothing more. If you need more than just an oil change You should try their services. Youll get treated like you should, when you go for a oil change. Try it, Fast Lane Quick Lube!
Ive been going here for about 10 years. They give fast service, the guys are friendly and will answer any questions even if its not oil change related. Have never had a bad experience. They want to sell you other services but dont pressure you like some other places do. Give them a try.
There is no better oil change location. The guys are good at their jobs and friendly. I have been going there for 2 years and Ill never go anywhere else. Never have to wait long either.
Total rip-off. $86 for an oil change (synthetic). Most places (including dealerships) only charge $50-60 and include tire rotation. Took advantage of my son when he brought his car there this Sunday. Was told the price after they started the work so he was stuck there. Never again will I take or suggest anyone take a vehicle there.
Fast service and very considerate. Staff did not try to upsell me or sell me items I did not need. They were not pushy and were very kind. Our specific staff technician was fantastic, although I did not get his name. I will certainly be a return customer.

I tried this place out because of a groupon, but Im a customer for life now! The first time I visited, they also checked my windshield and found 2 chips that they repaired in the same time as my oil change. Ive had no issues with the windshield since and its been a few months. Popped in here before heading on a road trip since my oil light was on. They topped off a half quart and checked the air in my tires - no charge. Went in last week since i was due for an oil change again. Fast, friendly service again!
Originally went to Quick Lane and left because they didn’t have time in the next 4 hours or tomorrow for a simple oil change. Drove to Fast Lane and was taken care of in 10 minutes at a great price with the BEST service from Eddie and Sam! Stellar service, professional, sense of urgency. Thanks guys!!!
This is the only place I go to get my oil changed! Every single visit is spectacular. Dre and Steve always take such good care of me, I would never trust any of my cars with anyone else.
Wonderful service here! All staff was very kind and helpful and this is the first time getting my oil changed where I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of, will be returning!————UPDATE————Tried to write another 5 star review but couldn’t see how to on google. Just went there in between oil changes because my dad accidentally dropped a tool under the hood when working and we could not reach it. Took the car into Fast Lane and they were very happy to go under the car and get it out at no cost to me. They also filled up my tires just because. Phenomenal service, will go nowhere else!
I just visited Fast Lane Quick Lube for the first time because my oil change light came on. Eddie and Hoss checked my oil and told me that I didnt need it changed for another 1500 miles. They even topped off my fluids for free! They easily could have charged me for an oil change and I wouldnt have known any different. They were so friendly and honest that I almost cant wait to go back when my oil does need to be changed! I cant recommend more highly!
Went around 1pm, no wait, and super fast oil change! Bought a groupon for a semi synthetic oil change but needed full synthetic, so check what your car needs before you buy. Friendly service, will be back :)
One word WOAH! went in and ask them to fix my drain plug since it was stripped from the last place i went to. But that was no problem for sam and eddie took them about 15 minutes and i was on my way. Also very friendly and welcoming they sure do know how to make you feel at home and on top of all that WAY CHEAPER then the others guys!! first time here but surly wont be my last i recommend this place for everyone thanks guy !
I originally came for just an oil change. Was headed to get my tire fixed afterwards at another place. I talked to Eddie about my tire. He helped me out soo much, fixed my tire for me as well as changed my oil. Him & his coworkers were soo nice! The customer service is great and they make sure you drive out satisfied!! Thank you!

I just got my oil changed yesterday, and I was very pleased with the outcome and service! The workers are very honest and considerate. They changed my oil very quickly. I went right when they opened and they were very helpful and ready to work! I definitely recommend this oil change!
Glass chip repair is less expensive to pay or of pocket, what I will have to reimburse the insurance company for over the limit.
I just want to say this is a great place and I give much respect to their honesty! I can after purchasing a used vehicle and instead of charging me for an oil change, he was honest, showed me my clear clean oil and told me to come back in another 1,000 miles!!! Today I’m here and they even gave me $5.00 of my 1st one!!
Definitely recommend. I actually just went in for an oil change based on my previous sticker mileage showing I was due, and was told that I didnt need one yet (I have full synthetic oil but my prior oil change sticker didnt reflect the mileage allowance for full synthetic oil). Honesty is hard to come by, and not being rhe most mechanically saavy young woman when it comes to my vehicle... I totally would have just went through with the oil change if they hadnt been honest. Super friendly and fast... I will be back, when Im actually due for oil change of course! Thanks again!
Been going here for years. Taking all three of my vehicles several times a year. Do the math.Last week they miss installed oil filter and 21 yr old daughter got stranded in defiance Ohio at 9 pm on Friday night with no oil in engine. Same day she had oil changed. Contacted them sat morning and told them I had towed under my insurance over 100 Miles back. It’s Thursday and they still have not wiped down the engine or confirmed they fixed the problem. After telling me many times they stand behind their work. Manager says the owner states I’m only owned $40 for my towing !!! And I should have left my daughter stranded on side of road until they could send a tow truck sometime the next day.Words can’t describe my frustration. Only wanted my out of pocket costs covered which was less than $100 and maybe a couple vouchers for oil changes. Now I’m considering getting a lawyer. They have had car since Monday and still can not tell me if they fixed the problem. Owner refuses to talk to me. Wonder why???Can I leave negative stars here??
Great place. Went for a quick oil change, they gave me their recomendations, were very patient and answered all my questions. They certainly offered me other services like replacing the air filter (they showed me the filter but I have a replacement already at home), flushing the coolant (showed me the coolant fluid, still good but little cloudy) and a transmission flush.I declined those options at this time but kept the information for future. I think they were very kind and didnt feel any pressure at all.Overall very satisfied. I would come back for next oil change and perhaps one of the other services. I would recomend to my friends.

Be Careful!Used a Groupon coupon (will not do that again) as mentioned as a concern in other reviews. Asked how I know theyre using semi-synthetic and not just regular oil. Mechanic pointed to the row of fillers and showed me synthetic filler. Then another mechanic came over to help with my vehicle. Saw the one take the other aside and whisper to the other. If I had to guess, it was probably abut me challenging him about the synthetic fill. please watch these people carefully as that incident was very suspicious.
After I did an oil drain myself, I noticed that the thread of the plug was almost gone. I filled my car to the minimum amount of oil and drove there. Unfortunately, the plug fell off before I pulled and my car wet their parking lot. They only charged me for the oil change though, which was pretty generous of them.Great guys!

Very SHODDY practice. I was appalled to see the service tech use regular oil when I purchased a Synthetic-Blend groupon. When I asked why they used regular, the tech guy said their hoses are all misplaced. NOT SO. Also, their service checklist implies they completed a 20 pts Inspection. NOT SO. I had to ask for the tires to get Air after being told they were all done. Very disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THEIR GROUPON DEAL IS A SCAM and deceptive.

If youre going to visit Fastlane, buy the Groupon that is currently available. You get a Semi-Synthetic blend oil change for around $30. I found the guys in the service area to be pretty helpful. I was even offered a good deal to replace my windshield wipers which were desperately in need of repair. I actually spent less to have them change my wipers for me than I would have to buy my own at Meijer and do it myself. They also took the time to let me know that I have a possible oil leak and explain where it was.This place is busy, busy, busy. They typically take their last customer 30 minutes before close, so call ahead to see if they anticipate having time to get you in. You can drive up/walk-in but you may wait a little while depending on the day. Overall, Ive had good experiences when Ive visited Fastlane Quick Oil Change.

Drove 25 miles two times and was sent back each time because they had no filter for my car. For the second time, I had even confirmed over phone that they would be able to do an oil change for the make and model of my car, but was still sent back for the same reason once I went there.
Stopped in here quickly on my way back from work. They were very prompt and professional. Not only were their prices fair and affordable, but the workers were honest and pleasant. Highly recommend.

When I had my oil changed they stripped the threads out of the drain plug and didnt tell me. I found a pool of oil on the garage floor and went back to get it checked. They spent two hours removing the plug, damaging the oil pan at the same time. I was told they had fixed the problem, but it started leaking again within a couple of days. I then found out that they had replaced the steel drain plug with a plastic temporary one which would not have survived to the next oil change. They have refused to pay to replace the damaged oil pan and I will now have to take them to small claims court to recover the cost. If they had told me the plug was stripped in the first place and agreed to pay to go to a proper garage to have it repaired the whole problem could have been avoided. I would never trust them to work on my car again.
I have my oil changed at Fastlane regularly. The other day a motorist stopped me and told me that I had a brake light out. I drove to Fastlane, they took me in immediately, changed the bulb and within 5 minutes it was finished. Instead of presenting me with a bill, they said I was all set and could leave. When I commented that I had not yet paid, they said No charge, thanks for being a regular customer I was very surprised. THANK YOU Fastlane.

Was a great oil change place. WAS being the key word, im pretty sure there are new owners. I was in last week the workers are wonderful. However i looked over to the office where i saw 5-6 forigners yelling in some other language. Very unprofessional.I will not be back

They are terrible...Never open on time ..web page is wrong with times of operation..I went there on a Sunday because their web page said they opened at 9am so at 915am nobod y there.. I see a sign that says 10am came back at 1020..still nobody there...Ive used them for years but now I wont be going back...Nice Way to loose a all time return customer...
I stop by for a coolant flush after work, I was help by Dre, he was very professional, and very knowledgeable about the job he was doing, I was very pleased with the experience,, so much so Im writing my first ever review, I think as long as their going employe, people like Dre this we be the only oil change shop I will go to, the extra efforts to keep me updated, on how the job was going, and how clean they kept the vehicle, while working on it, and getting the job done in a timely manner is unmatched, compared to the other shops I have visited, overall this is an A+ oil change shop, dont mess with the rest, when you can have the best.

2022-07-23All the staff are amazing. I got my oil changed, transmission flushed, and chips in my windshield fixed in about 1/2 hour. They are all very knowledgeable and professional. The price was fantastic and insurance covered my chips completely. Best place to go.

2022-06-07Cheaters; I called to get oil change estimate and was told that they would charge $65 after asking my vehicle spec. When I got there then they said it would be about $82. They refused to honor their earlier quoted price. They don’t know how to reset the maintenance button after oil change. I shall never go back to these liars. Totally unethical and unprofessional guys…

2022-03-03Took my 2014 Chevy Cruze there, and thought the service would be good since I’ve been taking it there for a while now. When I got my oil changed, two workers were arguing and cussing at each other for whatever reason. This distracted them and caused lack of communication, so when one guy asked me to start up my car, he didn’t realize the other guy didn’t tighten down my oil filter, and oil went everywhere, and all over the exhaust manifold, creating a fire hazard, and a smoky drive home. I said whatever, and didn’t care to leave a bad review since I am not the kind of person to leave reviews anyway. Well… Come time for my next oil change, I took it to someone new, and apparently at this terrible visit, they also stripped my oil drain plug, because now it won’t back out and the oil can’t be changed obviously unless you can drain it lol. Don’t go here, it’s a joke of a place. Very disappointing because it used to be great service.

2021-10-08The team at fast lane Canton is awesome! I went in for an oil change, which I have done many times before and have been very happy with the service. When I went to start my car, there was a little shudder, which one of the guys picked up, right away. My car did start on the first fire, so they checked my battery. My battery terminals were completely coated and the battery was beginning to leak. The mechanic was able to take out the old battery (he struggled to get it out, but he did get it out!) and put in a new one and I was on my way! They totally went the extra mile for me! Thanks guys!

Not only do they give excellent service, but they also will check your vehicle over, and if anything is noticed as a potential problem, or possible future problem, they will inform you immediately of it. Great guys that are very friendly, and also make sure the customer is satisfied, they give the best deal on pricing, with whatever work needs to be done, and get you going quickly as well. They take great care of their customers and give Excellent service ! Thanks to them, me and my daughter are back on the road with our vehicles and are driving safely again !

The crew on Saturday mornings is exceptionally great — kind, quick, and always gives us the best deal possible. I highly recommend this Fast Lane to anyone in the area; they truly provide the best customer care.
