I call to ask a couple questions about getting a sign printed, the girl that answered was quite snippy with me and and when I asked about the paper thats they print the signs on the girl told me well im too busy for this right now, u can email me your questions and Ill get to you whenever I have some time. So needless to say Ill just bring my business to staples instead.
Billie & Donovan provided great service in packing and shipping our grandson’s drum kit and hardware for shipment to Boston. They showed us the packaging and asked for input every step of the way. We were 100% satisfied with their packaging and shipping of this fragile musical instrument!
Dealt with Morgan, who claimed they didnt have any strapping tape then wanted me to pay for them to box the item I was shipping. I explained that the item I was shipping was delivered to my house in the box I was using and I only needed strapping tape to secure it closed. Went to Meijer and purchased strapping tape even though I saw spools of strapping tape on hooks for sale at the FedEx store. I refuse to give this place one penny of my money!!!
My husband and I wanted to print one sheet of paper and walked into the store at 8:53pm. The young Asian lady working told us sorry...its 9:00 the store is closing you must leave now. We both scratched our heads and left. By the time we got to our car both our phones displayed 8:54...I will take my business elsewhere.
I cant believe Fedex is training their employee to be SO RUDE!!!! I understand that they are asking what you are shipping inside the box for the safety of your own package but for God sake no regulations said if Im shipping a computer I have to use the original box. The employee there was rude they told me I dont know how to package. Excuse me? I dont know how to package? And I was required to have my box cut open to have the employee exam my packaging! Not because they think Im shipping dangerous chemicals, its because they think I dont know how to package! Is there any privacy left in Fedex store? Of course the packaging looks good. I did wrote FRAGILE all over my box and the employees excuse was oh our driver is not going to know its a computer in the box and they are going to throw the box. While I dont have another box I said. The employee saidyou can buy one from us What? You are finding excuses not shipping out my package so you can sell an extra box to me? Is business really that bad you have to over charge your customer this way? Do you guys any any decency left? How about train your drivers to READ before accusing your customer that they dont know how to package. Anyway, I do appreciate Fedex taking the extra step making sure their customers are shipping packages safely but not in this manner. I wouldnt be this mad if someone just politely asked me if they can take a look at the inside, not just telling me you dont know how to package and we are not shipping it if I dont open your box

2022-07-13Least helpful FedEx store to which I’ve had the displeasure to visit. They have refused to ship the exact same boxes which other FedEx locations have had no issue shipping. The service is abysmal. The staff acts as though the world is coming to an end. I cannot in good conscience recommend anything about this store. After approximately 10 miserable experiences with the staff in this store, I really do not understand the problem with this particular location. It must stem from their management.

2022-05-26Im honestly not sure why the rating for this location is only 3 stars. Ive been here a couple of times with good service. Today I had to return an international shipment and the woman helping me was super great. Outstanding customer service. Thank you.

2020-02-11AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! If they were just slow... fine... if they were just going to try and up sell you everything in the store... fine. If they were just rude... ok less fine but doable. I had a prepackaged, pre labeled package... took 25 min to “drop it off”. Lady was rude. I just hated every moment of the “easy” process!!!! Thank goodness for the 1000 other ways to mail things!!!

2022-02-01Your door says you close at 8pm on a Monday. Your website says you close at 8pm on Monday. You closed at 7pm...what gives. (5) other customers were in the lot wondering the same thing. You receive a 2, rather than a 1 star because I had good service earlier in the day.

2021-11-13Please have a separate area for pre-paid pick-up orders. I waited in line for 17 minutes to tell the cashier I’m picking something up, just to be told my order wasn’t ready.I was then told that my email confirmation that said “order ready by: date and time” was an estimate and did not actually reflect when the order would be ready. That is either a terrible way to process orders, or just a lame excuse as to why my order wasn’t ready. Either way, really disappointing, I’ll be staying away from this location

2021-12-17I do a lot of shipping for my stay at home job. Ive always had excellent service and friendly people trying to get me on my way. People complaining about the cost need to remember that the USPS is cheaper, but in my experience, you have no idea when itll get there.

2021-03-19Chris helped me figure out how to reduce shipping costs on a package by about $15 (from the original FedEx quote as well as a quote I got independently from UPS). He also helped me sign up for a FedEx business account to save money on future shipments to my customers. Chris was very friendly and went above and beyond to take care of me. I know FedEx is often more expensive than its competitors, but I’d gladly pay a few dollars more for the customer service that Chris provided. Thank you!

2021-06-29Just wow, I was sitting in my living room watching my fedex guy chuck my package in the rain not even fully on my porch. This isn’t the first time this has happened, they really need to think about this because my mom is pregnant and she can’t lift an entire dresser off the ground let along in the rain. Luckily we were there to help. This angers me very much and can’t believe what I saw this man do. He was so aggressive with the package it broke.

2021-03-22Printer was broken when I came in to copy some blueprints. Came back to pick them up and they had doubled the price. Never using FedEx print services again. Lost me as a customer permanently

2018-11-07I had a mishap at the store, being that I never really ship much, I had no idea of the cost of packaging and working with a new (very nice and pleasant) employee proved a very expensive shipment by accident. The Manager at the store was very accommodating and assured me that I would be refunded and the employee would be helped to understand store protocol better. Refreshing!
