I received excellent service from the staff member working there today. The store is inside the Walmart and I did not know if I would receive the kind of service that a stand alone store offers, but the person working there knew exactly what I needed and guided me through a very quick and easy experience.

I can only give one stars, not more. Mike, the store manager, finished his basic work, but he didnt provide help, was unfriendly, and even provided wrong information. At first, he told us that the mailing of private international documents was not allowed, but I knew it was wrong. I mailed private documents. Secondly, he asked us to provide EEI code and refused to explain to us what EEI was. When I asked what options were available, he also refused to provide it. If I believed what he said at first, my documents would not arrive on time！！！！

I showed up early there because I needed to drop off a package, so I did a bit of shopping first. I stood outside the office when the manager, who has been there, according to his nametag, since 1995, walked up cheerfully and offered to help me out. I had messed up the label for my package and he offered to sort it all out. So helpful, kind, and patient. I cant say the same for the Walmart--oh, my goodness, theyre not great--but the FedEx office is opposite of the Walmart--great.

Ive been to this FedEx a couple times and Mike was so helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I showed up with the documents that I wanted to ship and as soon as he saw me, took an envelop for me and just asked few questions like where we are sending it to and how quickly are we looking to send it. Made it pretty smooth hand off. I trust this place more than any other shipping office.

I got sone signs made for my wedding next month. It’s rustic Harry Potter. And I send the order via the Internet. Picked out the paper and had them laminated. Went and picked them up today. And OMG amazing they did a perfect job. It turned out just the way I wanted it to. So happy with there work.

Big fat man today was really rude won’t be coming back he said I don’t care to hear my story. What a miserable guy. Must of missed thanksgiving dinner

Very helpful staff. Deon was especially helpful as he went out of his way to help me even though he was locking up the store for the night as they were closed. Thanks again Deon!
