Jennifer was working and a couple in front of me was shipping a box. The couple was aprenceve to leave their items unboxed just laying on a counter. They offerd to package the box for her, Jennifer said she closes in 15 min and cant help them. By the way the couple prepaid her to package their box. She was going to leave it spread all over her counter and packyit up tomorrow.That lady should of helped them and packaged their box for them. They were already in the store. I cant go back to that place after that.If you cant help people when they were polite, nice and respectful and seemed like they actually had concerns about shipping their box. I cant give you any more money.
Awesome place! Ladies behind counter are sweet as pie and sharp as tacks! They are committed to great service thats fast, accurate and great price!
In the past few years this business went from being very poorly managed to excellent. Unfortunately, within the past year the management and employee service is back to POOR. During the good times, employees would greet you at the door and be willing to help you with any capacity on site. They would make your business feel valued. Now, you are ignored from the time you walk in (you may get a weak hello from staff) and the managers act as though you are a bother to them. Not helpful, almost to the point of being rude. I depend on this site, and it is unfortunate that I can see unhappy workers and bad morale as an outsider. I hope the owner takes note.
Staff was incredibly helpful getting a time sensitive envelope sent off and a return label printed. Their printer didnt work so they let me email it to them and they printed it for me. They were very polite, fast, and friendly.
An employee Ebony belittled me and was extremely rude...rude enough that i never want to use fed ex again. Even though there was five employees I waited in line for 15 minutes before anybody asked if I needed help. She was terrible and. I cant believe fedex would allow such a rude employee to represent them...I will have to call corperate for this one

O M G ....... This was just a ridiculous experience, AGAIN! You CANNOT leave Jennifer there to work by herself. I waited an extra 15 minutes because she couldnt get the register to print me a receipt! The line was 8 people deep behind me... I felt so bad for everyone. Nonononononono ..... Dont make me come back again to have something done here!
This location offers copy and print services. When my printer is out of ink I go here to print things. Its as simple as sitting at a computer, sweeping your credit card, and plugging in your disc with the file you wanna print. Ive even printed from plugging my cell phone into the USB port. Its pay by the minute (plus per page) so dont waste time, the timer starts immediately. Last time I was there it cost me about a $1.50 which was for the minutes and 2 pages. A fair cost I guess for the convenience. Staff is always helpful.
Ebony was very polite and friendly bright and early this morning! I utilized self-service but she checked on me a few times to make sure everything was going well!

I go to this print center to print photos to help me with me with fine art painting. Every time I go, one of the staff greets me and asks if I need any help.
Absolute train wreck. They ruined a big meeting for me by twice lying about when an order would be ready. Didn’t even apologize.
Do not go here! They are rude as hell and dont call back when they say they will. And a woman named Marie works there and frankly she sucks at customer service, busy sitting on her fat ass all day! Ill take my business elsewhere and you should too!
Best Fed ex around!!!! Staff is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I will drive out of my way to go to this Fed ex.
Slow, incompetent, rude, did I mention slow? Will be changing locations, the Hall Road/Shelby Township location is much more efficient.
Dont go! The lady made my pregnant wife of 35 weeks just stand there and wait 15+ minutes as she sat on her stool doing nothing behind the counter.
Not sure how much commission he gets on boxes, but he would not ship my package because I would not buy his Fedex box.
Love this place, and the people are always friendly and helpful. You can fax, print, mail anything even if you dont have a box.

2022-04-05Today, I stopped at this Fedex and dropped off a package as well as picked one up. The lovely ladies who worked there (Shami and Lisa) helped me put a huge package in my car (King Bed Frame). From now on, I will drive out of my way and go to this specific Fedex! They were quick and efficient and as a business owner myself, I know that employees like them are hard to find. Very happy with my experience there today!

2022-02-25The Assistant manager is about as smart as a box of rocks and as slow as a snail. I would recommend anyplace rather than this one. I never give poor ratings, so this speaks volumes.

2021-10-28Will never use FedEx again. USPS just got more a lot more business. Apparently to mail a package through fedex you must now show an ID. When I explained that it was addressed from a different person and not myself, they said it didn’t matter, they still needed to see my ID which was entered into the system and they mailed it.USPS does not require an ID to mail anything and pricing is about the same. Hell I will pay USPS more to ship something since they ensure my privacy and security by not requiring this.By not requesting a copy of my ID, it cannot becomes susceptible to their policies and god forbid a hack.Use anyone else. Don’t give into this privacy violation because you think who cares. Tomorrow they may sell the information, or they may become compromised. Definitely not worth using them.

2021-04-27I went in today to ship merchandise back to seller & I was greeted by 2 of the nicest customer service reps I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! They greeted everyone who walked the door with Hi welcome to FedEx! How can I help you today? or What brings you to FedEx how can I assist you? Doing so with a smile & genuine sincerity. I was there at 11:15 a.m & they were getting a rush with folks coming in during lunch breaks. They greeted everyone with well be with you in just a moment and gave instructions to those doing something other than package drop off. Advising the printing area is in the center of the store if thats what you needYou dont have stand in line prior. If you need help, 1 of us will be with you shortly thank you!🙂 I ended up buying greeting cards & a puzzle book because the environment was so friendly i wanted to take time to shop. When i have to go to the UPS store up the street i flip a coin with husband to see who goes because it is that horrible of customer service.Bravo to FedEx workers Char & Pierre!!

2019-11-06In town for a New Development and needed last minute printing for our Groundbreaking Ceremony. MaryAnn was more than kind and helpful, she even managed to help with a small time frame. She saved the day and our event! Once our property is open we will be utilizing the Print & Ship Center for all of our Marketing Collateral. Great find and amazing customer service!

2018-07-30Walked about 1/2 to 3/4 mile there with my 16 lb dog to drop off a prepaid pre-labeled package. There was only one customer in the store. . As I walked in with my dog in my arms, she asked what I was there for - I told her just to drop off a prepaid box. I didnt get much farther into the store when she told me my dog was not allowed and I needed to leave !!! Didnt ask if she could take the box - nothing. I walked back home and still had to drop the box off at another FED EX office which cost me more time and trouble. I have seen that angry rude before !!! Emailed a district manager who called immediately and apologized, nice --- however he wasnt the one that was so darn rude !There is a fed-ex, UPS and USPS all equidistant from my house ! I will never enter the FED EX store again. Fed Ex cant care too much about their customers to allow that attitude.

2020-07-16Horrible experience with this place my package was supposed to be delivered two days ago and they are 5 minutes away from my apartment. They never showed up because I waited all day at home just so I could receive my package; usually when a delivery service comes to your home they leave a note saying they messed you . THATS BECAUSE THEY NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER MY Package. Next day I got a email from the company I purchased me item from and they tell me that they attempted to deliver my package and I wasn’t home so I have to go pick it up . I am upset because I paid for delivery and they went passed me several times .I called customer service because when I looked online it said package pending delivery. Customer service told me this building has it and will deliver it the next day at 10:30. I still never receive anything I called them and they said my package was there and I can come pick it up . When I got there this elderly women was so rude and seem like she barely wanted to help me . After I picked up my package FEDEX sent me a email saying they delivered my package when in fact they did not deliver anything I picked up my own package. Horrible Horrible.

2019-03-27I went into the store, box was sealed, was an older box. Then I had a senior citizen (her name was sandra or Sarah or something) conduct a TSA Box Investigation, then she turns me away and says if I want to ship it, then I need to have her repackage the box.....then she proceeds to tell me that the box was already ripped. How can a box be ripped, but still in a cube shape? Anyway, horrible store, I had to take the box to the location on hall road, they accepted it without any complaints. If a box is sealed, with a prepaid label provided from the seller, what does it matter what’s in the box, shut up, take the box, and provide a receipt. This place needs new management because obviously over the past 6-12 months there has not been much positive feedback.
