Had a package to ship. Brandon took really good care of me and kept his cool as more and more customers came in expecting to be serviced immediately. In the day and age of Amazon, people are expecting super fast service at brick and mortar. As I kinda expect the same, I appreciate kind fair service
After refusing to do a scan job I was informed I could do it myself in the self serve area. Staff later claimed the self service area was limited to 30 minutes by county decree. In other words leave we dont want your money. There were literally no other customers in the store.
Compared to other locations, they usually have 1 person on staff, cannot get projects done when I need them. When returning an item where the original box had minor shipping damage, I was required to pay for a new shipping box to ship the old box in. Customer service is lacking. Will have to drive to a further location to get better service. Sad...
Avoid this FedEx if you are looking for courteous, efficient service. Out of the blue, the assistant manager decided my husband needed a piece of mail with his name and address in addition to his license to pick up his package. This was not the case when he picked up a package a week and a half ago. Will not be using FedEx again whenever avoidable.
Came to this location for pickup my hold package. Terrible service and waiting time. I spent 1 minuet for pickup but waited for 30 minutes on line.When I came in the store, there were 2 staffs with customers at desk. One was kept chatting with customer, looking at pictures on the phone, which was totally irrelevant with shipping. Another staff walked around and around back the desk, picked up phone calls, and helped the customer for a return package. I don’t know why a return could cost so many times.
I will never ship from here as they discriminate against people! You would think this day and age you could ship a package without having to go threw that! Not here!!! I’d advise you to go somewhere else if you have the option! I hope this reps anyone else from having to go threw this. Smh!
I cant properly review this organization because I have only used the parcel pick-up & dropoff services when I order products online for free shipping (Walmart). But from what I can tell, the services they provide seem fair, depending on what you are sending and how. The building was pleasantly organized, cozy, and signs pointed everything out appropriately.
This place doesnt deserve even a single star. I sent some really important documents to India, which they guaranteed - would be delivered in 4 business days. This was indeed backed by the so called money back guarantee. I paid $125 to ensure it reaches on its said delivery date. But apparently, it only reached on the evening of the 5th business day from the day of shipping. By being delayed, the package basically had lost its purpose. When asked for the money back, they easily passed the buck saying it was a customs delay and FedEx was not responsible. Its hard for me to comprehend how could a document be stuck in customs, specially when it was packaged in a document envelope!! Nevertheless, if this was anticipated; they should never offer a guaranteed delivery date in the first place.
They delayed several packages from coming by discriminating against the person shipping. They open every package he ships for no apparent reason and it is causing delays in people receiving product. Do not use this facility if you want a professional experience with timely shipping. Try shipping USPS. They will even pick up at your door for free.
Very poor customer service... No one ever offers to assist you with anything! When you ask for help they just show you where the station is besides walking you over and explaining how something works. Never check on you to see if u need any additional help. More concerned with having their meangliness conversations rather than doing what theyre paid to do!

2022-03-10I had to return something to a supplier and they told me to use their FedEx account to bill the shipping. I spent hours online and I couldnt figure out how to do it. I was nervous about going in but Abby was super helpful! She was really nice and patient with me, I like walking away in a good mood. Thank you!

2022-06-09Kobe was the gentlemen that helped me today and he was kind, efficient, and provided superior service. I was shipping some scrubs (a return) and i had chosen the incorrect box and he helped me find the correct type i needed. I do not ship FedEx often, which is the only reason i selected likely to use fedex again. Thank you, Kobe! He was a great help.

2021-11-16I went in this location today and had the worst experience every. The representative was very rude, demeaning, and not helpful. I asked her name she told me Jessica her colleague provided me her name Lauren. She was irritated because it was closing time and I only had $100 bill for a $3.00 purchase. She told me to go to 7eleven to get change knowing I would have to buy something in order to get change, plus its cold outside. Pull the cameras she made me wait 20 minutes for change. She 1st come back out and say I cant give you change after she told me she would have to give me $5s and 1s, then she come back and say I have to give you change as well and I dont feel like it so go get change. I refuse to go get change from another merchant and be inconvenience. She decline to print my papers I sent via email, she said they were not coming in. Her colleague ended up apologizing and printing them for me. As I was leaving the store she called me out my name and became very condescending, please watch the camera. She throwing her hand up at me talking bye being very disrespectful. This my change her trying to be funny. I could not have a employee to treat customers unfairly.

2021-05-03The Manager of this store is RUDE and very unprofessional.I attempted to ship a package which was already boxed and tapped when the manager insisted that I unwrap my package to be inspected. She kept asking what was in the box and I responded dry goods. She wanted specific details and I refused to tell her. She then informed me that I was not going to be able to ship it without her inspecting my package. I refused, left the store and went to another FED X and shipped without any problems.

2021-02-11The manager is very rude. I came in with my jump drive to have multiple pictures placed together on a single page so it would be more cost effective. I gave my jump drive to the manager and she uploaded my files to the computer. Then after she saw the files she said it would take very long since I had a lot of files which I didn’t mind waiting. Next I was told I could do it in my own in the self serve area which I felt that the manger did not want to assist me performing the service behind the counter. I said okay sure can you show me how to use the self serve computer because I didn’t know how to do this hence why I was having them perform the services for behind the employee counter. So I decided that I just wanted her to perform the service. Then she tells me it’s going to take until 7pm mind you it’s 3:50pm and two days prior the employee did the job within 10mins. I understand that there maybe days where certain jobs take priority over others but energy doesn’t lie and I sensed she was being spiteful. So you mean to tell me it takes 3 hours for a job that was done in 10 mins two days prior. I will take my business somewhere else.

2021-10-20If I could give 0 STAR or even negative STARS for this FedEx Print Shop, I would do so in a heart beat. This place is beyond disgrace. The copy machines and printers are operating so slow and they are outdated. Employees are so rude, useless and dont know jack! Waste of time! Shut it down.

2021-03-16I left a two-star review a few months ago. Updating to a one-star.Ive now been here 28 minutes waiting to check out. One employee. Seven unhappy customers waiting.-----------------------------------Okay wait - the guy who just came in was super nice and handled everything with grace. Upping it back to three stars. Thanks, friendly FedEx guy. You made it better.

2021-03-10This location claimed they were unable to send my package. which is fine. however the person behind the counter treated me like i was a problem for her, and offered no solutions on how to go about shipping my package. awful customer service. will never go to that location again.

2020-12-05This place is a complete joke! I have had FedEx acct for many years and all of a sudden this place gets someone new and they search every package we bring in! This lady is a complete mess! A man stopped us outside the first time this lady called to have us come watch them inspect our packages, and said she is a total head case.Wife and kids dropped off packages again and these wack jobs made them wait to open every single package. This place is a joke
