I had a print job, 10 books with hole punched. I brought in a USB with the file. They finished the job the next day, I came in to pick it up and was disappointed to see that they reduced the size. The manager was quick to respond, we discussed what I requested, he found the file in their system, and printed one sample for my approval. It was now perfect and he proceeded to print the other 9 books, all stapled and hole punched extremely quickly, perfect service, thank you very much for making this right!

Internet here takes forever to send files when using the print and go self service. Never received code to print, am home now, 30 mins plus later and no email. I asked for help, but unfortunately was instead schooled on how the internet works by rude employee. Employee blamed internet for slowness, its the Internet, Love, instead of kindly trying to help me print or coming up with solutions. Id be better off buying a home printer than wasting a drive up once a month or so to be treated like that.

Went in to place an order for an 18x24 print that was going to be framed for a gift, emailed the image and was snidely informed that because it was close to closing time my order would not be fulfilled until the following Monday, while this was understandable, the fact that I was asked to write down my information and spend time sending the print just to never receive a call or my order (the associate on the phone didn’t find any record of my information) was just inexcusable. I could’ve found another option but now it’s been several days and I’m back at square 1

The staff was so patient with handling my difficult problem. This is what customers service is about. Fedex should reward Brandon the store manager because I am sure this is who he is on a regular day. He literally moved mountain to get my job done. Awesome staff very efficient with all the cases they handled while I was there for it least 45 minutes. Keep up the good work guys.

Wednesday, April 1, I was pleasantly impressed by the friendly and professional customer service provided by the young lady from the moment I entered the business, until I left. After a frustrating day of dealing with processing my unemployment claim, it was refreshing to have a memorable customer service experience, particularly when it lacks nearly everywhere else. Kuddos.

ITS NO REASON MY PACKAGE SHOULD ARRIVE DAMAGED! Absolutely ridiculous and they have boxes to atleast put the package in, in the event it got damaged in transit. But to bring this to somebody porch, it’s disgusting!

Young lady that helped me was very nice and efficient. There was a black female employee sitting on a table being obnoxiously loud. This was very unprofessional, anyone being that loud in any business should be fired.

We went there to simply send a few documents including a labeled return envelope.We paid shipping to Ohio and back.Two envelopes.When we were asked if deliver next morning or next afternoon the difference was apparently 50c per envelope. Overall 30 dollars.A few days after we got charged another 30 dollars.This was the return!!!!Overall 60 dollars for two envelopes to ship from Michigan to Ohio.Called customer service which claimed we cannot do anything the sales are valid.There you go FedEx. Lost a customer and I hope 5his is a warning for every potential customer.Competition is huge and cheap. Should have done more research...

The big selling point of FedEx Office (formerly Kinkos) is convenience. Yet, their Internet (both on the rental computers and their wifi) is so unbelievably slow, its going to take you double the time to accomplish anything. The printer attached to the rental computers is decent, but definitely not worth 50 cents for a black and white page or 99 cents for a color page. The employees are friendly, however.

Terrible service. Would not scan baby photos from 25 years ago because I didnt have the photographers authorization. Like Im going to track down a photographer from a quarter century ago just so I can get my baby photos scanned. I called corporate and they said thats the stores own policy. Thats fine, then this store is not getting my business. Pathetic.
