Saw many negative reviews and wondered whether I should go there to mail a letter oversees. Decided to give it a try on a Saturday thinking it cant be that bad. I was in and out quickly and was very satisfied. Denise was behind the counter and she greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was very detailed, pleasant, patient, and answered all my questions. She also recommended the best available price with the fastest international delivery. I was really impressed and appreciated her customer service. Keep up the good work.
This FedEx location has some of the most rude employees ever. I went to drop off a package, the employee handed me a piece of paper that I had to put inside so I had to un-tape and re-tape my package. I guess I was taking too long because he ripped the package out of my hands and told me to go. Please hire some people who are professional and dont act like they hate their job. Very sad.
I have had a great experience each time I have visited the Fed Ex Madison Heights location. Joyce was extremely helpful, as well as, outgoing, courteous and friendly. She has been the one who took care of me each time I have gone in there and I wouldnt want anyone else!
Clerk seemed condescending and bothered by having to serve the people in line. Also, yelled down the line to me while I was waiting that I cannot use brown shipping paper to cover a package. This was the 3rd place I was at and noone had had a problem with it at other shipping services. I guess a box with stamps and writing all over it is better than a clean one wrapped in shipping paper. Not very helpful either.
I only had to wait five minutes to see an employee. Only one person was working on a Sunday, so it is short staffed but being patient wasnt that bad. I ordered prints online and it was a simple pickup. The employee checked the print and I noticed she shorted me a few copies. So she ran the whole print again and I got 4 more copies than I paid for, no charge. All in all, its not the most convenient but its still a great place to get prints done online.
Stopped in this afternoon to drop off a shipment of parts to a company in China, using our supplier’s account. I had a pre-filled form with all of the address and account information. Joyce at the pack & ship counter was very helpful and efficient, she also packed the parts into a FedEx-provided box & wrapping, at relatively low cost.
Came in to drop off a package. I usually come in and box it up myself. I made sure it was packaged properly as I ship many many times a month. The man at the counter yelled across the store to get my attention. Said he could pack it up for me, I told him I can do it myself . He insisted that he pack it up, in a pushy condescending tone. He added paper to the box and at the end charged me for the packing he did. I was prepared to purchase the box only. I have always had positive experiences here and today changed my views of this store completely. I wish he would have been up front about packing fees and had better customer service skills.
Ive been to this Fed Ex location over a dozen times and always experience great service! The staff is genuinely kind and helpful. If there is ever an error in the printing of a product, they work to troubleshoot the problem and replace imperfect items. I never print anywhere else!
I was in a month or so back to print a one page document. One clerk and of course in line behind the one customer with a 400+ packing/shipping order. Straightaway she acknowledged me unable to use self serve I had to wait. It happens. I did not holler more help... unemployment.. I did not even mutter i have ice cream in my trunk. So impatient and downright rude some are. Instant everything. She hustled and even accommodated the 2 customers who came in after me with stuff they neednt wait behind me for. I nearly guarantee couple posters here at the very least would have eyerolled the line jump I however appreciated her albeit ironic efficiency. She was professional and helpful and treated me with kindness and respect and with urgency I in turn paid her 40cents ,my bill. Unfortunate I didnt catch her name, however more so unfortunate more I can recall previous posters name,sad how that works. Regardless I drove away content. Surprised how busy it was on an early Saturday morning! Once I got the hang of the money card required to use the copiers, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. When doing self service printing, make sure you select B&W. Otherwise, it will print in color. That will cost you 65 cents vs 13 cents for B&W.
Came in to drop off a package and two employees completely ignored me for several minutes until I asked if I could be helped. They were working at a computer and didn’t bother to look up or acknowledge that I was there. I understand if you’re working on something and need a few minutes but no one said a word to me while I just stood there waiting. That’s terrible customer service.
Great Experience!I had issues with a companys product that was shipped to me. Two large square boxes I received were beat up and I wanted to return them. When I went to drop off the boxes with pre-paid labels, the Fedex employees knew the packages wouldnt be accepted if the boxes were shipped in their current condition. They helped fashion some cardboard pieces to allow me to patch up my boxes and end this terrible experience returning these items back to their destination.Thank you!
In the evening of Feb 2 I was picking up a large package from this location. I was the only customer in the store and there were at least 4 employees. It took two of them to put the package on a cart which they then handed to me. They then went back to chatting. I was left to handle the heavy package on my own. No one even asked me if I needed any help loading this clearly heavy package into my car. FEDEX, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?
I use this FedEx office every year at this time to send Christmas presents. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. One year they even rigged up a box to ship flat for a gift that I had that would not fit in with the box folded. The only problem is that they never seem to have enough staff working for how busy this time of year must be. Today they only had one person working. Because of that there can be quite a wait
Slow doesnt even begin to describe how this store and its associates move! EVERY single time Im here it takes forever to do basic things. I work 16 hours per day, five days per week so my schedule is tight and coming in here ALWAYS throws me in an even worse time crunch than I was already facing! The associates can be nice but Ive also ran into a few very rude. Hate coming here even though its close to my job but I guess Im just going to have to start driving a little further to the UPS down the street smh
I recently received a new job with paperwork that needed to be FedExd back. I was sent a prepaid envelope for the paperwork to ship back. Unfortunately, my cat had vomited all over the envelope! (How embarrassing!) I couldnt send this back to my new employer, so I took it to the FedEx store in Troy and received excellent customer service. They were able to print me a new label and provided me a new shipping medium at no charge. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, cant beat that! Highly recommended!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This location is horrible and painfully slow even though every time I go there is a bunch of people working. I had a package that was severely damaged and dropped by the drivers when they delivered it not to mention they left a huge box (a Christmas tree) at the bottom of the flight of stairs at my condo complex making it impossible for everyone else to pass. When I went to send it back they said I couldn’t and I would have to buy a box or pay for them to ship it. Which was absolutely ridiculous they were going to make me pay anything it was bad enough I had to take time out of my day to lug this thing around. The first lady was very unhelpful and ended up just walking away. It took me putting the customer service department of the retailer on speaker for the manager to do anything. He kept making up excuses why FedEx wasn’t responsible because the packaging was adequate (but they didn’t have a problem getting paid to deliver it). Either way this place has NO customer service skills whatsoever, from now on I will go out of my way to find another location.
Very very ridiculous unprofessional customer service.one women working this store her name is joyce very unprofessional and doesnt what she is doing..i try to ship something to canada she doesnt know how to do it,she put my wrong information in system and when i said her for correct my information she doesnt know how to do that,she canceled my shipment and wasted my time.very unprofessional.
Rude clerk. I got a phone call that I wanted to take to let them know Ill call them right back. The FedEx clerk then threw her hands in the air and walked away saying profanity under her breath. Oh, Im sorry, am I not allowed to take a quick phone call? Again, I I answered my call to let them know Im busy and would get right back to them. RUDE lady. Will never come to this location again.
So I went today for scan, I tried to sent via email but it’s didn’t go through, I told associated she said she don’t know she gave my fedEx card Insteon of giving me my money back and told me try again i tried still it’s didn’t go trough, she didn’t helped me at all. Waisting my time and money in stupid scanner and stupid associate.
Came in to scan a blueprint. No one was available that knew how to do it so I had to leave my prints there and come back a few hours later. Charged me $180 to scan 10 sheets and put them on USB. No copies were printed. Literally charged $18 per sheet just to scan it. Total ripoff
Terrible service. When I asked for help, I was directed to the self service printer. The picture was printed out wrong and the teller still wouldnt help. This has happened on multiple occasions and I keep forgetting that I hate this location until something happens again.

2022-04-23Denise and Pauline are amazing! Always kind and attentive, despite being pulled in all different directions. They always have my print orders ready, despite me always being last minute! They both deserve a raise…seriously bosses/corporate if you’re reading they deserve something. Sometimes they are the only ones in the store, helping every single person that walks in, with patience and a smile…I don’t know how they do it. Can not praise them enough!

2022-04-03Giving it 2 stars, the women are always friendly and helpful. Pierre was rude to me, shouting at me to go to another counter as soon as I entered, then when I told him I was there to pick up an order told me to go to the direction I was heading in originally. He told me the young lady would help me. I kind of stood back from the counter for a moment waiting to see what register to go to and he again very rudely told me that lady right there is going to help me! I looked at him like he must have been joking because I couldnt believe he would use that tone and attitude with me for no reason at all! The young lady the counter was very nice very courteous help me with no problem however as another gentleman walked in and asked about a package or something. I heard Pierre say to him what makes you think the package is here? Instead of do you have a receipt do you have any information about the package etc etc. The gentleman soon left yelling that Pierre could keep his money because Pierre was rude to him as well! Unfortunately I didnt hear the entire conversation just the outcome of it.

2022-03-31No Stars. Never had to deal with people so stupid in my life. Common sense isnt a job requirement at this location. Please get it together and use your brains when dealing with problem solving situations. Manners and respect arent much to ask for in a setting where customer service is so important. NEVER going to this location again.

2022-05-21Recently, FedEx has become one of the worst company. They almost never delivered my packages on time. In their app and website I see the delivery time, then suddenly the status changed to delay. They were 4 days late from the original delivery date for my computer. Recently I ordered SSD from BestBuy and chose Next Day delivery option. FedEx sent me a message saying they will deliver it 2 days later. How is that Next Day delivery?

2022-04-07All I have to say is, if you need to ship something fed-ex is the way. This location is the best ! The 2 ladies that helped me Joyce and Denise are the BEST I have ever seen at a fed-ex location ! You guys need to give these two gals a raise, and have them train people on what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ! Because they have got it down ! KUDOS TO STORE 0577 !!!!I will not use UPS ever again !

2020-08-22I dont typically do online reviews, but I make an exception here. I visited this store around 5.30pm August 22, 2020 to get a simple print out. One of the two self service machines was out of order and the other one was being used. So I stood in the line for help. After waiting for about 10 minutes, one of the two people working asked me what I wanted help with and upon telling her I just needed a print out from my stick drive, she told me that she was leaving for the day and that I can either use the self serve machine or wait for the other person to help me. I informed her that one of the machines wasnt working and the other one is being used. She told me to wait for the other person. A few minutes later it was my turn and I informed the last remaining customer service rep what I wanted and she told me to either use the self service machine because she had to help another customer (who was behind me in the line) they were printing a poster or something for the other customer. I informed her that one of the machines was down and the other one was being used. She still told me to wait to help the customer who was behind me in the line. I waited for about 10 minutes and eventually left. I get it that it wasnt her fault that she was the only one working but why cant you help people in the order they came into the store? From their conversations it seemed like they knew each other as well. This was a very frustrating ~20 minute visit to your FedEX store for a simple print out. I will be visiting the UPS store off 14 mile road from now on.
