I took a DIY wedding invitation kit up to be printed since they wouldnt run through my inkjet. Alec helped us out and did a fantastic job! He was very personable and made sure we were happy with the results, even though I could tell they were very busy. I would definitely recommend their print services.
Terrible service. As I arrived at the counter there were two other people standing at the counter with the are you kidding me look on their face. I didn’t understand why. Ten minutes later I knew. I was there for 10 minutes the two employees behind the counter did not even acknowledge my presence or the others standing. They were simply wrapping books and putting then into boxes.There we were standing in line two of us with boxes and one with an envelope watching them wrap books and talk about what they were going to for lunch. As one stated do you want me to work thru my lunch for free? The other replied I dont think any of us are going to get a lunch today.I also learned that at fed ex some employees are not supposed to work over 35.5 hours. This is because they were discussing if she had to take her lunch to avoid going over the 35 hour mark. This went on for 10 minutes. Not a single word to the three of us that were standing there.Those must have been some important books...maybe they had the cure to cancer and they were sending them to doctors.Or maybe they were just bad employees who complain about the company in front of the customers they ignore as they make them wait.
The staff and printing services at this location are phenomenal! I own the Curves of Plymouth. This Fedex team does most of my posters and printing requests. They are very helpful and patient. The quality of the materials is amazing. Their hours are great for small businesses. Their turn around to complete a job is fabulous. Everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. They make my life SO much easier! Thanks Fedex!!
When my boss gives me projects that require quality products with short notice, Im always taken care of here. Quick, friendly service with no extra charge. They do their job and make it easier for you to do yours.
Ive been going here very often recently because I need a lot of documents printed out and some shipping services. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Went to pick up a print I sent via email to this location. I walked in and waited and waited. Finally got someone to acknowledge I was there and went I asked for my print I was received with a huge huff! I told here the number I received via email an she typed it in and said Nope its not here. Next! I tried to ask her for some help or an explanation of the service, literally with in 5 seconds and she said Excuse me Im helping someone else now. I was with my son at the time and the print was for a school project for him. So then I had the privilege of explaining why we had to go else where to get this done. THANKS FED EX! If I could give them zero stars I would! They dont deserve even that.
Very helpful staff. Handled my refund (delivery delay) promptly.Side note: The off shore toll free number was useless. Although I paid with a credit card, I was repeatedly told that I needed to wait for the invoice before I can request for a refund.
VERY POOR SERVICE....Dont go here for printing, unless u have 2 hours to waste. I found 2 employees serving 3 customers at 2 counters, the other employees were doing boxes and not caring that me and 2 other girls i found wanted service. the 2 girls left, it looks like they had been there for long. For some reason, the 3 customers being served were there forever, signing document after document. I waited for more 30 minutes, the 3 customers were still being served, I dont really understand what takes so long, INEFFICIENCY, I left!!!
Terrible! - Express mailed small package & paid a premium for before noon delivery & it arrived at 5:17 PM - when I asked for a refund they could only say it was not their fault it was the drivers fault - 5 hours? - ridiculous! Then they said I would have to file a claim with FedEx - arent they FedEx? Last time I will use FedEx with their finger pointing blame games!
I normally dont write reviews but the incredibly slow service I experienced deserves to be pointed out. The employees at this location do not prioritize short vs long services. I was the only person in line and waited over 25 minutes to simply pick up a package since all the workers were working on print orders. Stay far away from this FedEx Office.
I own a business and I always have my product labels printed here. The staff is always friendly and inviting. Most of them know me by name...or at least by face. Theyre a great staff and I enjoy visiting them for my business needs.
Had a fantastic experience with the staff. I had a challenge in trying to deliver a package for a reasonable price. The staff member quickly found a solution I had not thought of and saved me a fair amount of money. Thats great service.
I do business with this location several times a week for work, and have been for many months. They are always friendly and quick to help. Phone or in store, I have never had a single reason to complain.
EXCELLENT! I almost didnt go because some of the reviews were bad, but they were SO WRONG . Prudance, was OUTSTANDING, and I couldnt have done it without her. I would definitely recommend this location.

Terrible service ! I am one person with one ahead of me at the counter (2) customers in the whole place ! Now you have 3-4 other FEDX personal completely ignore you while the one person answers phones and services customers ! LOL just terrible - I walked out after about 5 minutes of being NON-existent !
The guy was so rude even he made me to pay for new label . Because he did not want to use my free label.
Extremely unhelpful. Taylor provided horrendous customer service. I would recommend driving out of your way to go to another store. You will be glad you did.

2022-05-12Ive had great experiences here and being helped with the staff. I recently came in to print out a few resumes and Brandon helped guide me into a couple of options I didnt even know I had. He deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service!

2022-05-26My wife ordered a scalable print from Etsy that was 18x24. She wanted it scaled down to 12x16 (they can scale to multiple sizes using the 3:4 ratio) for a specific frame.She spoke with Brandon (the manager) who was extremely patronizing and told her that it couldnt be done because you have to subtract the same number from each side when scaling. Saying it could only be done in 12x18. Sorry Brandon, that is not how ratios work. It turns out the guy needs to retake 8th grade math, and maybe a course on customer service.I sent her back with the math written down on the envelope and he still fought her. After a lot of arguing + back and forth, they eventually re-printed it in 12x16.

2022-02-10I use this FedEx location for all of my business printing. Postcards, flyers, laminated posters, etc. The quality of the printing is outstanding! The photos are so crisp! I usually order online and pick up in the store, and they are super fast! My orders are usually done well before the estimated time. Everyone in the store is really helpful and nice. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks guys!

2022-05-23I would refrain from using Fedex every-time. But I had to use this, because theres no option for my scenario. Surprisingly, I changed my thoughts after the visit. As long as Im in this neighborhood, Ill use this. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

2021-10-14I got there less than 10 minutes before closing because I had to come straight from work and had to turn in my stuff that night. I almost expected them to tell me it was too late to have done what I needed but instead the young guy was so polite and helped me do everything I needed to get done. I was so grateful and really appreciated his good attitude while doing it. He ended up staying about 10 minutes over just to help me and the other customer who walked in right after me. Wish I would have caught his name.

2020-07-07I had a report that I needed copied and bound ASAP. I went to the Plymouth location and was very impressed with the store. They were friendly and did exactly what I wanted them to do. They made 2 copies, covered and bound them, all in about 15 minutes! The report looks beautiful!Shout out to Mike. Thank you so much!

2020-09-26I want to say how impressed I am with the people working in this store. I wanted to make a congratulations banner for my daughter. As soon as I walked in the door I was acknowledged with a friendly greeting by your employee named Jim. He helped me so much with size, colors, pricing and layout and said they could have it done within 24 hours, and that all I needed was to bring a PDF of what I wanted into the store. I came back later with the PDF and Hellene greeted me. She then helped me so much with adjusting the PDF so it would fit better on the banner. She was a huge help as well! This was at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Friday MORNING at 9:00 a.m., I got a call that my banner was all ready for me to pick up! Jim and Hellene were both so friendly and helpful! And, the product looks terrific! Thank you for having such great people working for you!

2020-12-22This is the most friendliest, efficient, & professional FedEx Office I have ever been to. Mat the manager is so attentive and knowledgable! I went in on 2/12/20 and was greeted by Mat as soon as I walked in. I was promptly helped and was out of there in no time! Made great suggestions for our business in the area to help us save money.WOW! What an awesome memorable customer experience!!! Thanks Mat & Staff.
