The lady working wasnt very friendly. When I first went inside she said I didnt print the whole return paper I asked her if there was a closer place from where I live and she gave me a paper told me to call them when I get there that my box was very heavy. I tried to find that Fedx and wound up going back to the first place Then she told me I would have to bring the box in I told her I needed help and she finally got 2 guys to help then she told me that I was lucky they didnt have to do that.Then I asked for a copy of the receipt and she had to go scan it. Still with a attitude.
READ!!12/12/2020I am a college student with a part time job living at an apartment. Meaning that I am rarely ever home to receive a package unless its left at the front door.I bought a gift online in the name of my friend to be sent to my apartment. Why? I did so because I wanted it to say his name instead of mine for Christmas purposes. I checked my status today and saw that it was labeled as delivery exemption. I thought no worries, its an expensive item so Ill go pick it up.I drive 20 minutes and meet a man at the counter. I tell him that I am there to pick up a package I missed and give him the door tag. He says he needs to see my ID, I give it to him, which then he tells me I cant pick up my package. He says that my name AND address on my ID card must match the name and address on the package.I tell him my situation and explain to him that I live at an apartment. So of course my address on my ID card is not the same as my apartment. While I am telling him all of this, he is constantly interrupting me and being rude. I try to tell him that I can prove that I bought the package by showing him the bank statement, confirmation email, or my monthly rent bill. The man seems like he isnt even listening then says sorry and how he cant release it. Now one of my close friends is without a Christmas present so I am very frustrated.Looking from his side, I completely understand company policy and appreciate when employees enforce those rules. But when an employee is especially rude and has no courtesy for someone, this is where I am upset at. The man also did not answer any questions I asked nor did he ever try to. Additionally, the man was not wearing a mask. During these extreme times of covid, youd think people would take some precautions for the sake of others... What a complete joke! I left in anger and confusion.
Ordered item prior to spring break for kids virtual school so it would be here before school picked up again. Item was supposed to be delivered 4/8. No show item updated to end of day 4/9 got later and later in the day I call to find out about item Im told yes its on truck it will be delivered by end of day. Item no show. Fast forward to 4/11 still no item and now tracking doesnt show it here till 4/13. Great, thanks for nothing. St this point I wish I could see how something would ship to me prior to ordering and Id pass if it showed shipped with fedex...
I ordered a stroller with air shipping so I could get it the next day in time for a weekend getaway. The following day, I took the day off of work so I could stay home for the delivery. I stayed home ALL day and finally at 4:15 shipping was updated saying they tried to deliver it but I “wasn’t home.” Which wasn’t the case at all because I was home all day. Another thing is, I live in an apartment complex, so they could have came to my door, the leasing office or the hub to deliver the package, but they didn’t even try to deliver it. Now I’m stuck with driving to fedex on TUESDAY, after my trip, to go get the stroller. FedEx is my LEAST favorite company for shipping items, it’s always something with them
I usually dont give one star reviews, but today was an especially terrible example of good customer service.After a 25 minute commute, I pull up at 6:58 P.M. on the dot to retrieve my new debit card that shipped to this location.The man that greeted me was extremely rude, and refused to offer me any services whatsoever in spite of the fact that at this time, it was only 2 minutes until the scheduled closing time.He greeted me with an immediate sorry sir, we are closed. I have to close the building at 7.I could not gain access to my needed money as my wife was going into labor with our first child. Unbelievable customer service. I am extremely angry.
It is hard when you work and save for something and it is just dropped off in a puddle while snow is falling. Wouldn’t it be nice to have that joyous feeling of your hard work paying off?! The answer from FedEx is NO! This all could have been avoided if the driver walked another 20feet to a covered porch that was protected. We purchased an electronic product that really should not be left in wet conditions. Very disappointed!Response from FedEx...basically sorry about your luck, that is just what some drivers do.
Needed a package for work to complete a job. Paid for next day air and had my wife stay home the next day for the package. The package was supposed to be delivered at 12:00pm and my wife was there till 11:20am then had to go to a doctors visit. I called fedex at 10:20am to let them know they could drop the package at my apartment unit door since I would be there at 12:00pm for lunch. FedEx driver bill arrived at 11:31am and left a door tag saying he was unable to deliver. I arrived at 11:54am and called fedex, carol who answered told me that my not to leave the package at the door was not gotten till 11:50. She then told me the driver could not come back till 4:00-5:00pm and that he still might not deliver it. To me that is unacceptable because it’s not my fault you have a system that takes 1-2 hours as carol says to deliver a note, and with paying for next day air he should be able to turn around since it wasn’t even 20 minutes later that I got there. Overall I am very disappointed with fedex serviced and have had multiple issues with them in the past. I will now be using UPS and ever USPS over them any chance I can get.
If I could have given negative stars I would have. I watch the driver for 2 days in a row sit at the top of my driveway, looking at my house number. Proceeded to mark packages that I was expecting as delivered, while never even stepping out of their vehicle. When I called to complain about this, I was then treated as if I had done something wrong for even ordering products to be delivered in the first place.
Would not give me my package I paid for because my ID was invalid. My home was broken into...and n.v because of covid I cant get a new ID until the 12th of august. Bgg August. Had proof of my order with track im ng number the lady was awful. K paid 190 bucks for custom timberlands and they mailed them back and its been a month and I still have not got them. Thanks FedEx for acting like you would lose your job for doing the right thing because now M Im out 190 bucks and timberland stopped responding to emails they wont mail them nor will they refund..
Trash!!!! I’ve been trying to pick up my package for several days. The FedEx app says it’s ready yet the driver refuses to leave my package there to pick up. FedEx just called me and said my package containing my cellphone is in a package outside freezing and causing damage to a phone my insurance company replaced. Unacceptable!!!
Driver for the Grand Ledge area at Oneida and Doane should be fired. 2 times in a week he delivered my packages to the wrong address. One of them valued over $1800. Dude if you dont know how to read address numbers you need a new job. My house numbers are on my mail box and house. FedEx has piss poor customer service too. They just blew me off and let me find were they delivered my stuff.
Legit a joke. I’ve been waiting for a package for nearly a week which they have yet to deliver. I sit home waiting for it and they claim to have “drop off” issues. They never knock or even make you aware that they’ve came, which they’ve done once. Take a few tips from UPS and do better.
The people who work in the FedEx building are very nice and helpful.The drivers on the other hand... I live in an apartment and when I’m not there to receive a package, it’s supposed to go to the office.Whoever was the courier for my package today didn’t even try. They slapped on a door tag without any other information for me, didn’t take it to the office, and when I finally got a hold of customer service to see if it was in a store that I could pick up, they said it was there at 6.At 6:30, still no courier or package at the store.1 star for the drivers, but 4 for the building employees. 3 stars.
Paid $17 for express shipping for my package only to have FedEx LOSE my package. They marked it as delivered and when I got home expecting to see it, nothing was there. My guess is either they delivered it to the wrong address or they left it on my porch and it was stolen.Any of those options, Im furious that fedex didnt take better care of my package and ensure that it gets to its destination safely. I have a freaking mailbox by my front door, was it so hard to fit a package in it? (Note: it was a dress so it definitely could fit) even so, the delivery guy couldnt leave it in between my door and screen door?Called into the customer service center and they told me theyd have someone out to my house before I leave my house, called again this morning and they said theyre not sure they can make it. YOU BETTER TRY HARDER TO GET ME TO STAY AS A CUSTOMER FEDEX, cause Im furious and Im dropping you after this. Go to UPS instead.Horrible. just horrible.
Its great to have this Depot in town. I had a large package come in while I was out of town and phone customer service said that they couldnt hold it because of the size. However, I called the depot directly and the employee there told me not to worry about it and they took care of it for me. Excellent customer service.
I was tracking a package and knew it was coming out for delivery today, I came home from work early to get it... I got home before the package was dropped...waited 3 hours...then found a tag outside my apartment building door, the guy didnt even bother to buzz my apartment, but he did slap the door tag on the window right beside the intercom system. Use another carrier that actually cares!
This place is a joke. EVERY SINGLE TIME they “try” to deliver my package I am home at my apartment. They don’t bother to knock but they’ll slap a slip on the door saying they were here. Am I supposed to sit in the parking lot all morning and wait for them or what? Absolutely ridiculous.
Sold an item on ebay brought it up on a Saturday from jackson because Jacobs FedEx wasnt open. Item was packed and in its original box they wouldnt except it had to explains to my buyer why it wasnt being shipped like i had promised it would. Monday went to FedEx in jackson they took it no problem. I think they didnt want to handle it because it was a large item. Funny how jackson didnt have a issue with it though
I went to FED EX to pick up a package I had missed the delivery on. The desk person David Gozalez was cheerful, engaging and fast. I wrote this having seen the prior review when I googled the map. I guess eveeryone has winners and not so great staff. I was expecting rudeness and instead got a bonus of good cheer.
This review is not for the location at 5930 Enterprise but for FedEx as a whole. I have now submitted 3 claims with FedEx for destroyed merchandise and each time their review found a reason to not reimburse me as shocking as that is considering they are reviewing their own mistake. This last time I submitted photos of the box that had been smashed, ripped open, and re-taped by FedEx employees. It was still delivered, in all of its mutilated glory, to my customer who promptly, and correctly, demanded a refund. FedEx found that the fault lay with me for insufficient packaging. Considering my package looked like a car had driven over it, I am not sure what would have been sufficient short of shipping it in one of those bullet proof attache cases from spy movies.The short of it is, FedEx sucks at owning up to their failures and I am switching to UPS.
Every time I see a fedex driver they are speeding in residential neighborhoods, texting on their phone while driving the company vehicle and not stopping at stop signs. There was even a time in a Holt neighborhood when I asked the driver to slow down because there were children out playing and people walking their dogs, he became very argumentative.Please teach your employees that this is not ok behavior and that when they are driving your vehicles and wearing your uniforms they are representing you!
I cannot remember one time i had a good experience with fedex. Everytime I buy a package the estimated delivery date is wrong, it was supposed to be delivered thursday, now it gets moved to saturday. Last time I had a package shipped with fedex the delivery driver didnt even attempt to knock on my door and somehow claimed that no one was home. Will avoid this company at all costs
This has to be the absolute worst Fed Ex site I have ever dealt with. From the drivers to the management they literally do not care one bit. We shipped two packages and paid $500.00 dollars for it to be there on the 16th for a concert and not only did the driver not deliver and lie and say he went by and no one was there but then we contacted the management team and they said he would go back and was 15 minutes away. Two hours later no sign of him and then when we called they not only were all back at the facility but all cut out and never called u to let us know. HERE IS THE KICKER it was 12 minutes from the venue, Thats right we would have had someone go pick up the package and o their job but now it was even to late to do that. Then when the Fed-ex rep tried to get the manager back on the phone he turned it off. WOW and now they are leaving in the morning so 1,000 dollars worth of merch is stranded in MI and we paid $500 for that. NEVER use this place and will take all of our business to another ship company. Congrats Fed-ex on being totally useless.
This is the most worthless company to do business with I live outside Lansing and have had 4 packages at different times this year and none were delivered on time even though they were on the truck. Ive had 6 packages delivered ontime or a day earlier then predicted by UPS this year
I paid an extra $40 to rush, but not only was it a day late, but also posted a reminder on the door to pick it up by myself. The pick-up place was about 15 minutes away from home, and it took two trips to get it. The reason is that The courier hasnt come back, and hes still outside at 6:30 after get off work at 7:00? The 6 points clearly written on the sticker can be picked up by yourself! Have you ever thought that since customers pay for rush, they want to receive the package as soon as possible, the work efficiency is really low, and the garbage express nmsl

2022-01-06My packages have been delivered to the wrong house number multiple times. The people across the street will never answer their front door and I will get messages that no one was home for delivery when in fact either I or another family member have been at the house waiting all day for a delivery. Learn how to read a HOME ADDRESS!!! And the website is very UN-USER friendly!

2021-12-07If I could give a negative stars or a 0 I would. I have had nothing but problems with the FedEx drivers out of Lansing normal they dont follow shipping instructions. But today 12-7 the driver check that he delivered a package to my house. Mind you I have cameras all around the outside of my house and there was no FedEx trucks and place near my house nor did any one but the mail person come to any of my doors. This package also requires an adult signature. The name PCooke was who said which is no where near my wife or mine name. So this driver either stole my package or delivered it to the wrong address. I called and had to fight to get a person on the phone. Finally got someone and was told Ill be called back. So my package is gone. The item I got was on a cyber Monday at like a 75% off limited deal so even if I get my Monday back it wont be enough to buy the items back. To add more that this is 100% the drivers fault when I called they verified my shipping address was correct.

2021-08-20To start off I would rather give zero stars than even one but that’s not an option. Received a notification around 5pm today stating that my package was unable to be delivered because I wasn’t home. I have been home the entire day waiting for the delivery driver to show up. Never once did the driver ever pull into my driveway. I called and asked if the driver could attempt to deliver the package again and was given zero help. Now the delivery date is scheduled for Monday even thought the promise date of package arrival is tomorrow 8/21. UPS is still the greatest delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I will go out of my way to ship my orders through a different company.

I absolutely hate anything going through fed ex because when I bought over a $500 speaker for my wedding it came up missing cause they left it at the big door of my apartment building in stead of ringing the buzzer and coming in and dropping it off at my door. Must be lazy employees who dont know how to knock or make sure you get the package
