I stopped in on Friday and talked to Joe about bringing in my sons Suburban for some work the following week and dropped it off on Monday night for them to work on it Tuesday and possibly an extra day but it was not needed as they finished it before noon on Tuesday. Very efficient service, very attentive to customer needs and Im a very happy customer and if I could give the dealership marks on your CSI it would be top drawer. Joe and Deborah were very courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. I will be back for future service. Respectfully Robert Kinney Sr.

I was taken in promptly at 7:15 a.m. My technician was very friendly and helpful. Because I had forgotten my coupon, he went out of his way to locate a coupon on my phone for me. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. My car was ready in a short period of time and freshly washed for me. Looking forward to my next visit.

Wow! In the area, our car disabled by a Good Old Michigan Pot Hole. Car was towed there as closest dealership. I was a complete stranger to the dealership and area and was treated like a Queen! Wish this dealership was closer to my home, would come here for all my car service needs. I am so grateful for the very speedy and efficient work done on my car. Thank you so much!

We came in with a 2014 sonic that was almost out of its extended warranty. Due to a move we lost all of our matience paperwork and they were still able to get our car approved for repair saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and got a family of 5 back on the road and it only took 2 weeks. A big shout out to Deb springer and Joe rogers for making this happen you guys are amazing and will definitely go back for all of our repairs. Can not thank you hard working people enough.
My husband went in to inquire about ordering a new vehicle via an appointment made online with “Kimberly” which is an online sales robot. Once He actually had the chance to speak to someone, he was basically given the run around. Between the dealer having the ability to markup the vehicle he was interested in ordering and the required $15k non refundable deposit he left looking to validate this information elsewhere. After speaking with another dealer today, he received better customer service including the clarification that a $500 refundable deposit is what is required to make the order in addition to the car not being marked up. That dealer also mentioned it was illegal to mark up new vehicles above MSRP in Michigan. Not in expert in law so I don’t attest to that, just relaying the varying experience. Between the poor customer service, and the information provided that seemed more aimed at getting him out of the door, I don’t recommend this dealer.
If I could give more than 5 ⭐️ I would! Lauryn Poupore was AMAZING! We had been talking for a couple weeks on the type of vehicle I was looking for. She listened to all my questions and wasn’t pushy at all. She was the most helpful sales person I’ve ever experienced. She went above and beyond and the first vehicle she showed me ended up being the one I got. I still test drove a couple more but ended up with a 2022 AWD Equinox RS fully loaded. ABSOLUTE WORSE AUTO PURCHASE EVER!!In August 2021 I called to test drive a Chevy Impala and told the receptionist that I was commuting from an hour away to do so. I confirmed several times that the car would be ready to test drive.When we arrived, we were told that the car could not be viewed or driven. I was frustrated to say the least but because we were in desperate need of a vehicle, we looked at cars way beyond our initial budget and ultimately financed a 2015 Chevy Malibu.When there were problems with the online document signatures, the representatives were rude and threatened to repossess the vehicle.The vehicle has been in the shop twice for faulty brakes and a leaky exhaust as of January 19, (5 months). We have been given the run around and can never get anyone to respond quickly. I am beyond infuriated as this has put the lives of our family in danger.The dealer agreed to replace the brake line in September (taking weeks to respond) but only replaced one side leaving the opposite side to fail only 3 months later even though they were aware that both side were faulty. This caused further damage resulting in over $900 worth of fees.I am currently hoping that someone will respond and assist with having the second brake line and all other connected repairs made ASAP.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.UPDATEOn 2.20.22 I reached out yet again to try and get assistance with the cost of the repairs. I was ensured by Deb, a receptionist that she would stick with me until the matter was resolved. Just after this call I was contacted by the original sales manager Greg Green. He was clear that he remembered selling me the car and all of the trouble we went through with the initial purchase. He even remembered that I was fully disabled due to a car accident. After a lengthy conversation, Greg informed me that if I removed my Google review that he would be able to process payment for the repairs. Highly offended, I told him that I felt I was being strong armed and blackmailed. After calling me back, yet again he apologized for his actions and said that the payment would be processed.On 2.21.22 I received a call from James Jordan at 8:42 a.m. While I was under the impression that payment had been processed the evening before, I learned that the payment was being held until the Google review was removed. James repeatedly reminded me that I bought the car As Is and that the dealership had no legal responsibility to cover the costs. He stated how important the online reviews are to their business and I reiterated the danger to our lives that was created by driving a vehicle with a leaking brake line. After a few exchanges, I told James that I was not removing or editing the review until the payment had been made and would follow up with the owner as well as the Better Business Bureau regarding the matter. He stated that he was rescinding any the payment and that all of my inquiries would be “SQUASHED” by anyone who read them. I pray that this is not the case!!Ultimately, James made the decision that Feldman would not cover the cost, told me to “Drive Safely” and hung up in my face.We are now stuck with a $900 repair bill that in my opinion is a drop in the bucket to a multimillion-dollar organization.It is absolutely insidious that Feldman collects millions of dollars while hardworking citizens are being ripped off.
Our salesman Austin Ryan was great! We did not feel pressured into buying and felt that he really did his best to put together a good deal on a new car. We couldn’t be more satisfied. In addition, Business Mgr. Jef Pendo was very thorough in explaining all the purchase agreements and warranty options. We would definitely recommend Austin to family and friends when looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle.
I had a wonderful experience working with Anna Leblanc who was my sales consultant as well as Steven Giller who did the paperwork for lease and money transaction. These are very honest people and I leased a quality vehicle with their help. I grew up in Dearborn with Ford people so many of our family vehicles were Ford cars. This is my first time in a GM Chevrolet dealership and I had a great time. Ask for Anna Leblanc in sales. Excellent dealership.
Had my brothers car serviced here. Had a coolant flush and TPMS replacement. They replaced the sensor for 75$(Labor) I bought the sensor somewhere else, and they didn’t even attempt to train it discount tire said since my light was still on when I left, was in a rush, don’t have time to stay. And most places charge the same price as a mount and balance to put the sensor in which is 25$ and free relearn. So I’m out 50$. Don’t go here big scam.
Not sure what kind of low budget marketing tool theyre using, but I keep getting mailers trying to buy a car I traded in to buy a truck from them...like six years ago. Names backwards, clearly pretending to be important and hand written when its not. Already called after the last one asking to be taken off this list on more than one occasion.
Anna is super knowledgeable about all the cars and their many features. Anna is also super helpful and very sweet; she goes above and beyond to help you get into the best car for you. Her sparkling, bubbly personality will have you feel like long lost friends and helps make the whole buying a new car thing even that much more exciting. I highly recommend Anna. This is Heathers fiance Alan Robinson, I was the contact person for Heathers Terrain. First of all when Sam called me and told me that our 2013 GMC Terrain possibly had a broken tooth on the timing gear and they needed more diagnosis time and that it would be $500+ dollars I told him I would call him right back because the timing chain and gear was just replaced on 8-31-21 and wanted to check with Moran Chevrolet in Clinton Township if the parts were under warranty. In talking with service at Moran I found out that the parts were under a 2 year manufacture warranty. . So I called Sam back and told him since the timing chain and gear were under warranty to go ahead and tear it down and finish the diagnosis. Then when the diagnosis was finished he called me and told that some guide came loose and needed to be replaced and that the mechanic recommended the timing chain and gear should be replaced. I told him that that was fine because the timing chain and gear were under warranty through Moran Chevrolet. He then tells me that Feldman does not honer another dealerships warranty. I then said to Sam that I only authorized for the tear down for further diagnosis. He said let me call you right back. He called me about 10 minutes later and told that the repair was going to be really cheap and said it would be about $210. I said great and to go ahead and fix it. Then Sam called me about 5 minutes later and said he misunderstood the mechanic and the cost would be a little over $500. I discussed it with Heather real quick and we both agreed to proceed with the repair. Another problem is that Feldman does not have loaner cars anymore and if I thought the Terrain would make it to Moran Chevrolet I would of drove it there because they have loaner cars. And for that reason I will not use Feldman Chevrolet for service unless I cant make it to Moran Chevrolet where we originally purchased the vehicle. This vehicle has been dealership serviced 99% of the time since we have owned it. The servicing of our vehicle has been done in Clinton Twsp, Michigan Mulberry Florida, My. Pleasant, Michigan and with you at Feldman Chevrolet. You are the only dealership that doesnt have loaner vehicles.
I met with David Mentier to look at vehicles. It was my first time going down this route of leasing or buying. 10/10 experience from the second I walked in the doors till I left ( with my new car. ) David truly took his time, answered all my questions and went above and beyond with the whole process. I met with Steve to do the financing part which was also a 10/10 experience. He was beyond helpful thru that whole process and answered every question we had. Today couldn’t have gone any better and I can’t thank the both of them for making this experience nice and easy!
I always get assigned to pete whenever I come in for regular maintenance and he is always wonderful to work with - welcoming, straight to the point and comes in for a 5 minute warning when my car is almost ready. this latest time I was with my newborn in the waiting room and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Everyone who passed me in the dealership said hello and its a great atmosphere. Thanks for always taking care of us at Feldman!
Went there for a check engine light under the lease warranty, and they told me to leave the car there for at least 3 days because they are backed up with work. No problem! But they refused to give me another car or provide a rental… only a ride home. My next lease will be with another manufacturer!
Terrible service I would give it no stars if it let me. They had our car for weeks and didnt even fix everything. They gave our car back and as soon as my husband left the lot he could the steering was off. The car was taking there after an accident and they didnt even check the rims in which one was bent. They didnt check underneath the car. They made my husband pay the deductible before he could make sure the car was right and now they want us to pay for the rest of the damage to the car from the accident. Done with Feldman
Ann Leblanc sold me 6 cars in one day. I only needed 5 cars that day but her commitment to service was so impressive that went ahead and bought a 6th. I wouldnt buy a car from anyone else. Not even the guy from the Flex-Seal infomercials. And we can all agree the guy from the Flex-Seal commercials could sell a ketchup popsicle to a women in white gloves.

We had a reasonably good experience the day we bought the truck. Staff got us most of what we wanted/needed. We got a great deal on our new truck.There were some issues with the spare key having gone missing, but after some back and forth with the dealership, and some misunderstandings and apparent wrong number issues, I managed to connect with the sales team and they made things right - we now have our spare key and a spare fab. Thank you to all the staff who helped with our missing key.
Just watched a driver of the courtesy vehicle (White Traverse) pull up to a Wild Bills store, make a purchase, and litter this container in the bushes behind the parked vehicle. Hoping to see better representation of the company and surrounding environment while in public.

Bait and switch on used car prices. Went in a few years back and had set up to buy a car brought in our trade in and waited over two hours and after everything was done they told us the online price was marked incorrectly we needed a car and bought it, but really wish we hadnt will never buy another car from this place again. Dishonest
I inquired about a vehicle this dealer recently sold to gather more info. Dave King took my call/request and looked into it for me, and responsed quickly after confering with his team. He couldve simply said no, I cant help, but decided to go above and beyond. That display of customer service by Dave and the others gets 5-stars.
After a terrible experience the day prior at Ed Rinke in Centerline, we called Feldman of New Hudson to schedule a test drive for Saturday, August 22. We had specifically been looking for months for a 2020 Chevy Spark 1LT - summit white. Feldman thankfully had it. I believe her name was Courtney that setup the appointment for us. Her phone demeanor was very kind, and she was quick to help us get the appt scheduled. When we arrived at Feldman Saturday at 10AM, we were greeted by Donald Prevost-Hart. He was so kind and welcoming. He had us in the car within about 15 minutes of arriving for the test drive. We loved it! Came back, and we thought we would have to wait until Monday when we had the GM discount code, but he assured us we could take the car home that day if we wanted to. We appreciated his transparency throughout the process, he was very detailed on the information and the breakdown of the costs. He was even able to have the car detailed while we worked out the finance aspect. He personally wiped down the windows for us, as they were still kind of spotty afterward. We were able to get a VERY reasonable trade in value, as well. He was the most kind, honest salesman I have ever worked with. We are so happy to have came to Feldman in New Hudson. We will definitely be back in the future for our next vehicle!!
Everyone here has been really helpful and awesome. Lance has followed up with us every step of the way for our Hyundai purchase. Feldman is my husbands favorite dealer. Ive felt with people in Parts, Service, and Sales. Despite a small hiccup in a part delivery time, everything has gone great, and we have no complaints. If we need another car in the future, we will definitely consider this dealership again, based on the service weve received. 10/10
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I was interested in a 2015 jeep cherokee and messaged a team member on the website to make sure the vehicle was still available and I requested a carfax report. The employee sent it over and after looking at the carfax I quickly noticed the miles didnt match! The car they were selling with 27,316 miles (on 10-9-2020) had been reported to have 49,179 miles almost a year earlier (12-18-2019). Carfax clearly flagged the car as having an inconsistent odometer reading and I have no idea why the dealership wouldnt look into this before buying the car off the previous owner or if they are the ones who rolled the miles back. Either way its safe to say I will not be buying a vehicle from them

Our salesman Bryan Milder was a great guy !! He made our buying of our new truck a great experience he was very knowledgeable about the truck and helpful he walked us thru the truck a couple of times to learn about all the bells and whistles. We also got a tour of the dealership which was very helpful. We felt no pressure to buy and when we did everyone was very helpful to get us the best deal. I would have to say we had the best buying experience with Bryan and all the people we worked with. Keep up the good work guys!! P.S. Bill Keif went above and beyond what was expected of him. Checking in with us daily to see if the vehicle we were interested in was being delivered. When we decided to look at another truck not only was he prepared to talk to us he had a truck ready for us to look at on the spot. Customer Service was his number one priority and ours as well, after waiting two weeks for a vehicle that we all figured wasn’t going to be delivered we were happy to leave that day with an even better truck!! I was experiencing an abnormal noise when accelerating while engine was fully warmed up. The tech quickly diagnosed a cracked exhaust manifold. This was the last day of the Feldman used car warranty, which they honored and completed the repair as soon as the parts became available. Communication while the repair was being conducted was great.
Pete from service was awesome! I tried two other dealerships and was finally able to get what I needed done with Pete! I appreciate him taking the time to get the information needed and get it taken care of right away! I will definitely be back if I ever need anything again! Thanks again
FYI TO ALLRead all the reviews first, before talking to any sealsman at this place. Trying to rip people off. 2 out of the 4 salesman I talked to need more training. Very disappointed in Feldman dealership in New Hudson. Maybe this is why they still have inventory on there lot.
Took my truck in for an oil change and check up. Deborah Springer took the time to note my concerns on the service request. Upon completion, she then shared what the technician said about my concerns assured me that all is well with my truck. She was very attentive and also explained additional service items that may be needed soon.
The only reason I put 2 stars is because of the salesman Brian. Good salesman and seems like a good guy. However, the management team and the tactics they used to try and scam me out of every dollar was insane. They put mandatory warranties on the contract and said I had to take them. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to remove them (which is not legal), they attempted to charge me top dollar for every warranty and added extra charges without my consent. That practice is illegal, they attempt to force you to take warranties that at cost are maybe 25$ if they try and force you to take etch and poly, do not concede. These are nonsensical and only benefit the dealer. The practices at Feldman have proven to be heinous and I will not shop there for a car again.Everyone should benefit from the car purchase, not just the dealer. Its highway robbery at Feldman.
My 16-year-old son took his car for the first oil change since getting his license & he had a very pleasant experience. The quality of service, including a nice car wash, inspection, & tire rotation-were far beyond what he would have gotten at an oil change place. He was treated with respect & the work was done in a timely manner. Communication was efficient & effective. Two thumbs up; we will definitely be back!
Be aware of there used cars. Test drive them first to make sure brakes and suspension are working properly. After testing drive a mini van. I found bad wipers blades and bad brakes during my test drive. Mr Feldman inspect your vehicles before putting them on your used lots. I will never be back to this dealership to buy a car. I also experienced a original sales person to be rude to me on the phone. She wasnt in the mood to argue with me she told me when I was making a statement to this woman. I called to complain to a manger to this woman, but never got a return phone call. I cant trust your sales people.Will never visit or buy from any Feldman dealership. You cant trust any dealership in my opinion. Avoid this place.
They use to be better. I bought my second car from them a few months ago and I bought the warranty. The warranty was supposed to be “better” then the one I had before, but I have had nothing but issues with it. They said “if you pay $200 now it will waive your diagnostic fee wether you get work done or not.” Well that was a lie. I was trying to change what card I pod the monthly bill with and it was impossible to figure it out. The dealership wanted nothing to do with me. The first time I brought the car in for work they tried to charge me. Also, the part was denied by the warranty company when it would have been approved by the last warranty company I had. I have told them I want to cancel it multiple times but nobody will answer their phone or call me back. I even went in there to talk to someone but all the finance people were gone for the day. It was only 1pm… so someone took all the information down and said they will have them cancel it on Monday. Well three weeks have gone by and it’s still not canceled. I will not be buying a car from them ever again.
I came in for an oil change. At the onset of my meeting Pete he was very nice and courteous to me. I asked about how long the appointment would take he said we are a little behind, so I would say about an hour to an hour and a half. In less than an hour Pete was there taking me to the Cashier saying my vehicle was ready to go. I Love the fact that I always get quick efficient service at Feldman New Hudson.
Long story short: No honour amongst thievesA lot of the positive reviews look suspicious and fake.Every bad stereotype of a car dealership can be found here, including trickery, deception, and dishonesty. Do not go here!Edit:Called the number below and got fed weak excuses without an attempt to make things whole.Look, theyre a car dealership and theyre going to try to part you from as much as your money as possible.I dont fault them for that, but their tactics are degenerate, but BE CAREFUL!
James was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable and helped me narrow down what I wanted to make sure I test drove what made sense for me. He was extremely detailed when going over my new car and made sure I understood how everything worked. I have not had that experience at any other place. The whole team was fabulous and I will recommend this location as much as I can!

Took my vehicle in because the side detection on the side mirrors stopped working. There was also a lot of water that (I was told) leaked through the rear window producing quite a bit of sloshing water under the floor that you couldn’t miss hearing anytime you would accelerate or come to a stop. The truck was at the dealership for a month with no loaners available. After a few days they determined where the leak came from and said new glass and carpet would have to be ordered. Each week it was a guessing game as to when we would get our vehicle back. After a couple of days shy of a month, we picked up the vehicle. The water sound is gone, replaced with a pretty annoying rattle somewhere underneath the newly replaced carpet. The side mirror issue was and is STILL an issue. I was told that we needed to get underneath the rear bumper of the truck and spray what is most likely caked dirt from underneath (I can find nothing under the bumper) Honestly????? Also, the interior of the truck was not clean, like it was when we dropped it off initially. The whole experience was aggravating and annoying.
From the salesman (Tom R) all the way through signing the docs with the Finance/Closing Dept (Derrick S) both were ultimate professionals and a tremendous pleasure to work with. Both listened to my concerns and and answered any and all of the questions i had.... which were numerous.... the whole experience was great and went extremely smooth... i will let all of my friend know, thats for sure

Deb was terrific to work with. Great communication and follow-up. I had an air leak in one of my tires. The shop said they couldnt find anything to cause the leak but I insisted to Deb that they should take a second look. She agreed and mentioned that the tire may not be synched properly which would reflect lower pressure in a tire other than the one being displayed as low on my screen. She had the shop take another look and the corrected the sync issue and removed/repaired the nail that had punctured my tire. Great job Deb!!!!
This was not the best experience. I have been coming to Feldman for a few years now and this time I was unhappy. I was not informed that I would be charged for analyzing my software issue. I have several warranties and I believed it was covered, because I was not informed otherwise. I had an appointment for Thursday and they did not even look at my vehicle until the following Tuesday. The software issue was not corrected. I paid $145 for them to tell me, buy a new phone cord. That was not the issue. I fixed it myself the next by Googling the error message. If I would have known that I was going to pay for them to anaylize it, I would have went to Google first. I am not happy.
Deborah was fantastic. My sons car had some issues and we dropped the car off just after you had closed. Deborah was still there and we were able to get the car written up. I had no appointment and she was more than kind! She called me 3 days later and I approved the repair and it was finished the next day. The Bryan and Greg team was outstanding! Very friendly guys who got me what I wanted and I am very happy with my experience and my vehicle! I will definitely recommend them to friends when/if the opportunity arises. The finance team also did a great job. I truly appreciate all the hard work from everyone during a difficult (car shortage) and busy time! 5 stars from me!
The experience I had was a true horror story. They need to train ALL their staff on how to work with women and people of color. The trickery isn’t limited to the sales staff. It’s permeated the management and those that answer the phones. They have an entire system set up to pressure buyers, lie, and swindle you at EVERY turn! Then they have the nerve to turn around and speak to you in the most disrespectful manner AND they will hang up on you! If I could give them a negative rating I would. Instead I’ll do what I can to share and reveal how they treat women and people of color with the masses. You’re welcome.
I am not done dealing with the dealership yet. I have a car on reservation that is supposed to arrive this week sometime. I was not a fan that I had to put down a 1000 dollar non refundable deposit, when buying the vehicle sight unseen. Hopefully the rest of my transaction is as painless as the first portion.
Full disclosure, I was not able to find a vehicle at Feldman that matched up with the price range I wanted to stay in. Although, after spending over a week visiting various dealerships ( Ford, GM, and Chrysler ), I can confidently say that no experience matched up to the level of service I received at Feldman of New Hudson, thanks to Bill Kief. Bill was extremely helpful in finding me the right truck to test drive and was very knowledgeable on the product and buying experience for someone like myself who wasnt already driving a truck. I kept Bill there late, and I never felt any sense of irritation or haste from him, he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied with Feldmans effort in trying to get me in a new vehicle. I couldnt appreciate Bill, and the rest of the team who stayed late that night more. Unfortunately, I was not able to find the right truck there as I was in a pinch and needed to get into a vehicle ASAP. However I will surely send people to Feldman if I know anyone looking for a vehicle in the area!

They have a poor and unprofessional customer service over the service department. I left my car on a Wednesday to change oil and check the lights. I was told to leave the car and it was a 48hours maximum for both. I was clear that I needed the car by Friday afternoon. I called on Thursday to check, texted the number I received from Kevin, saying if I needed anything I could reach out to that number, I felt nothing was going to done. Because I was going to travel with the car on Friday mid morning I decided to go there and check the progress. They haven’t done anything yet and was super unprofessional. Left without doing the service! I will neve ever use or recommend this place to anyone.
I strongly felt that Feldman went above and beyond what Ive experienced in the past when purchasing a new car. James Holmes was an excellent salesman. We have recommended him to others. And everyone else we worked with including the finance manager Mark were also very friendly, professional and thorough. Oh and Rich in the parts dept. was excellent too when I ordered all weather liners for the car after the sale. We are so very glad that we decided to go with a local Chevy dealership - Feldman.
Very Impersonal. Service person was personable, but not very knowledgeable. Suggested camshaft was cause of transmission problem. Price paid for service was totally unreasonable. Needed fluid changed in transmission, it was absorbing water causing a shudder. This is in a sealed transmission, no maintenance or service required by owner. Fluid was changed and better performance. In light that the fluid was chosen and installed by GM, one would think they would replace it at a much lower cost since it was there poor decision to use this fluid, help the customer out with their poor engineering choice. You choose to stick to the customer once again, left a very bitter taste in my mouth and will negatively impact purchasing choices in the future.
I had a great experience with Feldman, Bryan Milder was a great sales professional. He explained everything in detail and was very thorough from start to finish. The sales man did his Job! however Im rating this on the finance department. We have all these added fees that we did not want, told the guy we only wanted to add the gap insurance, then learned after reading through all the documents that we are paying an extra $900 a month for theft protection when we said we didnt want any of that. Also paying extra for some scratch and dent whatever it is thats also an extra $900. And you should do as better job online as far as listing the price of the vehicle, we were told it was way cheaper and when we get there the salesman said well thats what it had been if you had a GM family discount was never told that one time over the phone.
My husband and I have nothing but positive things to say about Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson! Our entire experience with the sales, finance and management team was exceptional. Don Prevost-Hart was our sales representative and he was a hustler from the moment I spoke to him. We had our heart set on a black midnight edition Blazer and Don searched the dealerships in the area to get us one. Unfortunately due to the vehicle storage he was unable to find one for us, BUT, we were able to purchase a Blazer they had on the lot and dress it up with some parts and accessories to make it my dream car! I never had to wonder what was going on or what the status of the search was because Don continually kept us informed as he searched for inventory for a week. The manager, Howard was great to work with as well! He listened to what we wanted and together we came up with the perfect solution which left everyone satisfied! Feldman has earned a lifetime customer in us! Thank you!
Brought a 2016 Chevy Malibu in for service on a recall part. was made to sign a paper for a $149 service fee, and was told that it would be reimbursed if the recall was the issue. It turned out it was the issue and they dug into my car for separate unrelated issues to trap me into service fees without a call. This to me is entrapment and bad service and dirty business. When trying to resolve this matter with a manager I was run around on the actual findings of the issues aka how they managed to find reason to charge me $149 and told that I signed so I have to pay. I highly recommend to stick with a local honest mechanic than bring any service to this business who entraps and has no care for their customers. This situation could have resolved with honest communication. Any recall matters should be brought to a more reputable dealer.
James and Bill were the salesmen I worked with. Patrick and Derek for finance. All were friendly and accommodating to guide me through the process. As I told them I certainly would share positive feedback as this was made infinitely easier than Ive experienced at other dealerships.
I suggest finding another dealership to spend your money at. I had a terrible experience at Feldman New Hudson leasing a vehicle. They are dishonest and unless you are willing to spend an unnecessary amount of money on a lease, they are disrespectful and will not be accommodating. They are only willing to do what is best for them at the end of it, they don’t care about making you happy with your purchase. My salesperson was not willing to give me numbers on vehicles I was interested because he claimed I wasn’t able to afford it based on my requested payment. I would have still liked to see all of my options, maybe I would have been willing to pay more if it was worth it. He claimed my expectations were unattainable and kept offering me prices that were way too expensive for the vehicle I was looking at. Miraculously, he was able to offer me a decent price for my vehicle. Ultimately, I only got prices on one vehicle which was the vehicle I ended up leasing. I went home the next day with a bad feeling with how the whole thing was handled and with my experience. I felt like I was disrespected and I would have liked to see all of my options before making my decision. I am aware that it was still my decision in the end but I felt like I was pressure into making a deal with them that day (which is their goal in bringing you in). I talked to the finance manager the next day explaining how I felt about the situation, he ended up giving me prices on the other vehicle I was interested in and it was in my price range. I was disappointed because I was already in this new lease but would have been willing to go with the other vehicle. He offered to trade out my lease but with it being the end of the month I had to come in that day, which I could not do with my work schedule. A couple weeks later I get a phone call saying I needed to sign more paper work because something needed to be fixed/changed. So it seemed as though they lied about not being able to switch out my current lease since my paperwork wasn’t even filed yet. I was only a couple weeks into my lease and couldn’t wait to get rid of it because of the experience associated with it. I will never go back to another Feldman again. I would rather spend my money any where else.
I had a great experience at Feldman Chevrolet! I was greeted multiple times upon entering and felt very comfortable working with James Holmes. He was extremely informative and really took an interest in understanding what kind of vehicle would suit my family best. He worked extremely hard to ensure I was getting the best deal. I would highly recommend James!
Bryan was exceptional. This is our 2nd truck lease from Bryan (3rd from Feldman). He followed up, always took my call or called me back in a timely manner and got us the exact truck we wanted. 10 stars and we will recommend him to everyone we know looking for a Chevy.
I had an emergency situation where my tire went out today on fourth of july weekend. I called the dealership closest to my house and they couldnt get me in until the 9th. I then tried the New Hudson location and although they were booked up, Joe, understood the emergency and made room to get me in. He said, I just couldnt let you go through the weekend on a flat tire. That right there is how you treat your loyal customers. He went above and beyond for me. Not because it was his job, but because he genuinely knew that he could make a positive impact. I will now always drive the few extra miles to this dealership to get my Tahoe serviced. Did we just become best friends? Thanks Joe! If I win the mega millions Im hooking you up!
I went in for a rear wiper blade replacement and an estimate on minor front passenger bumper damage. After I claimed my car and took it to the car wash, I noticed the plastic aparatus that holds the rear wiper blade to the wiper arm has been cracked beyond repair as well as ADDITIONAL damage to the bumper that was not present prior to getting the estimate. I spoke with Kevin (an assistant manager) and tried contacting the service department, as well as customer service, and I have yet to hear a response after 5 business days.. I personally would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. Other places take better care when servicing your property
They said it would take an hour. I sat in a clean waiting room, with a friendly ex-employee talking. The next thing I know my car is ready. It took 20 minutes, tops. The service level is outstanding here.This was my first oil change for my new Equinox lease.Truly remarkable!
Overall had a good experience with my salesperson, Tom Rollison. Very friendly, and very helpful guy. However, I did not appreciate the end of my experience, where the dealership suddenly upjumped the price by $150 a month for the lease, and then expected me to roll with it- not to mention changing the doc fees by over $800! Very happy with my salesperson, not happy at all with the dealership. Its only because of Tom that the ratings are not lower.
Terrible experience. Was misled and misinformed from the moment I picked up the phone. I was told a vehicle I was ready to purchase was available for a test drive. An hour drive to get there then revealed the vehicle wasn’t available, but in the shop for power steering - or wait! oil change - or wait! it’s because they had offers on the car. I was given every reason in the book while I attempted to purchase the vehicle, only to leave the dealership frustrated with the misinformation. I even made an offer to buy the car on the spot and they still reeled me with excuses. Out of curiosity, I had a buddy call the dealership after I left and offer on the car. The dealership had no problem then, telling my buddy the car was on the lot and ready for pickup given he arrives with cash in hand within the hour. Just a putrid staff, completely dishonest. No masks were worn by the front desk nor the salespeople, either. Terrible experience and puts a smudge on the self-proclaimed #1 Chevrolet dealer in the state.
Took my truck in for a simple diagnostics and the cocky little service tech tried to belittle me as a customer and suggested I spend $1,000 pulling my harness out and rework it then putting it back into truck then run a proper test. I then hired a tow driver to pick it up and they insisted on harassing the driver and told him my truck was in pieces. Short story Feldman chev hires anyone and everyone knowledge not included in the package. Definitely ruined my 15 year relationship with chevrolet and Definitely would not consider a recommendation for repair or new vehicle. By far my worst experience ever.
Had an oil change done along with brake fluid being changed and a new cab filter done in less than an hour. Jessica was very knowledgeable and polite during the whole process. Great employee. 4 days later had a technical issue that Cassidy and a young man from your tech department that helped me very much and were very patient with my feelings about how I was disappointed in how that was working. They also were outstanding employees. However I was not happy that GM couldnt resolve my issue although in their defense all the software was updated but blame was put on Google. Its not what I wanted to hear. Just fix my issue that I still have going on. Thank you Feldman for all youve done in the past year and a half for me.
I had an appointment set for 3:30. I didnt get my truck back until after 5:00 PM, and it had been sitting there, finished for over 20 minutes.This is not the first time I have had horrible customer service here, but it is the last time I will be getting any of my vehicles serviced here.
The New Hudson Mi Feldman dealership is fantastic ! I must give all 4 stars to Deborah in service! She was very professional and quick to answer all my questions. I also must say that Deborah kept in constant contact with me via text which I love! Great service will return if necessary.Susie
Bruce was absolutely amazing. He took excellent care of me! I came into test drive a vehicle that I was told was available, and when I got there they were selling it. Bruce walked me around the whole property and helped me find another Trailblazer to fit my specifications. He went above and beyond in keeping in contact and communicating with me, and two days later I left with an amazing 2021 Trailblazer RS!!!
I understand that holding a car is difficult to do in a dealership, but when I was promised the car would be at my appointment at noon and I get a call at 10am that the car was sold, that is just ridiculous. I test drove the car 2.5 weeks ago, and it needed work in the body shop which was fine. I called every few days to make sure it was 1, done yet, or 2, still clear that I was interested in this car. Wasted my time and I don’t approve a business that runs this way.
I was promptly met by a wonderful Service Advisor, Debrorah Springer, who listened to my issue with my Corvette. She took down all the information and said she would keep me updated on the diagnosis and progress. She followed thru as she said she would, letting me know that the repairs would be a lot less than originally anticipated. The work was done as expected and my car is back on the road. I will use Feldman Chevy and Deborah Springer again for maintence and repairs for my Corvette.
I purchased my new truck online and got a fantastic deal....a little too fantastic. Was contacted by the dealership later in the day and was informed by salesman Greg Green that there was an error on the computer site and the truck would be substantially higher. I of course thought this was a typical dealership ploy and I was very annoyed to say the least. Mr. Green said he would talk to his manager and would call me back. I thought they would come back with a counter offer, higher of course, but much to my amazement Mr. Green said he would honor the price I had gotten on line! Mr. Green and the rest of the Feldman staff were very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied not only with my purchase but also with any other services that they could provide. Thank you Feldman Chevrolet!
My salesmen, Ben Butski was awesome! I explained to him exactly what I was looking for, how much I wanted to pay, how much I wanted for my trade- in, and more. He and the team were able to match or outdo all of my requests that other dealerships could not. Overall, my experience was excellent.
Feldman of New Hudson has some very shady practices. Unfortunately we were charged fees that we were told are mandatory on all Feldman cars. Then we added the Chevy black bow ties and thought we were doing the emblems when we were in a rush and that is just not the case. :-( We also found out we were double + charged for them. This was the absolute worst experience purchasing a car I/weve ever had! Definitely will not get repeat business at any Feldman dealership from us!The dealer did contact me. They are attempting to make it partially right. I will update this post upon delivery of our vehicle.
We never received an update on our car and it was there for over a week. The only way we received new information is when we called the dealership. Our salesperson (Kevin, tattoo on forearm) never introduced him to us not once. Someone else told my husband his name. Overall he was short with my husband and our car was never serviced. Terrible experience.
Buying a car is a big commitment and something we don’t take lightly. My husband and I were lucky enough to have ran into Dan and James. Throughout the whole process they were extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and mindful of our needs and means. It was because of their excellent customer service and complete understanding of our situation that we are now enjoying our brand new car! The staff was friendly and helpful. In addition to the work I had requested, they had the body shop check out some concerns I had w the paint on the back of my vehicle and they found it was just marks that could be removed. They got whatever it was they needed to use, and cleaned up all the marks. I appreciated the extra time and effort they took with me.
It’s really sad that I can’t leave a better review but the poor service I have received over the past couple of months trying to resolve an error the dealership made and cancel an insurance I purchased with my vehicle has just been awful! I found out early this year this dealership titled my vehicle to the wrong bank. I had to call for weeks to get this resolved and spoke to different people who frankly did nothing. After finally going into the dealership to re-sign paperwork for the title they told me that they would review the new title carefully before it is sent to me but of course that didn’t happen and I had to send them a copy of the new title because they never checked it or kept a copy for themselves. I called a week ago trying to get the refund processed for the cancellation of my additional insurance and I was told I would receive a call back or email from Finance....still nothing! How hard is it to locate a check? I called 2 days after that conversation and was told the finance department was in a morning meeting....guess they are still in it. I would never recommend this place. They do not follow up and they do not follow through. This is bad business for a company that’s in such a nice location!
I came in to get an oil change using the coupon Chevrolet provided me for a free oil change. When I checked in you verified the coupon and said we were all set. When it was time to check out you claimed the coupon was invalid, so I had to pay full price. I checked my fluids when I left, they weren’t topped off. I went back inside and you claimed I didn’t pay for that. After an argument, you topped them off. Salesman said come in and try our services, you will want to buy your next truck from us. Nope
I go out of my way to schedule my Oil Changes and Maintenance Appointments at this location, because they have always got me in and out as quickly as possible.In addition the Staff is very friendly, fair and cooperative.Brandi, Kevin and the rest of the Service Desk Staff have been absolutely wonderful and attentive.The waiting Area is always Clean and Comfortable, the Refreshment Area is Clean and Well Stocked and the Bathroom is always Clean and Stocked.Other Dealership employees are nice, pleasant and make me feel comfortable and welcome.I’m 100% Satisfied and plan on returning any time I need any kind of Service here.I wish I had Purchased my Car here and plan to Purchase my next Vehicle here.I love my 2018 Equinox!It gets Great Gas Mileage, is Roomy and Comfortable, has Excellent Pick-up and Handling in all Weather Conditions, especially the Snow.One of my Best Auto Purchases Ever!
Had my car in for service . Picked it up the following day . Only disappointment was there was no cars available while mine was in the shop. Being ignored while waiting to pick up my car . No one approached me. I had to seek out someone to assist me . The office /cashier assisted me .

2022-06-02I had a terrible experience, went for a coolant flush and tpms to be installed because the light was annoying, after all my services they tell me they couldnt even program my tpms sensor because of my aftermarket rims. On top of that they charge me $75 just for 30-40min of labor for the tpms and they couldnt even get rid of the light for me! They tell me I need to go down to discount tire or any tire shop because I have after market rims. Well turns out it doesnt matter that I have after market rims, I go down to discount tire Steve there program it for me and got rid of my light completely for free! I wouldnt recommend getting service here for anyone especially my grandma because I feel like they would take advantage of someone and their money.

2021-11-27So i came here looking for a new ride, i had a 2005 jeep liberty that wasn’t cutting it anymore since with my boyfriend living in farmington an plus getting a new job St Joe’s Michigan Heart in Ypsilanti when i live down in Monroe, so the old jeep had to go, so me and my boyfriend came to this feldman auto looking for my new ride. Our AMAZING auto dealer Joe, he helped us out so so so much, he’s a GREAT sales men an is so perfect, so friendly an will be like a best friend to you that you haven’t seen in years. he sold me my 2019 Chevy Equinox which is so amazing and perfect for me, Joe really worked with me and made everything so smooth sailing and right. Joe does his costumers right and is a true, genuine, honest auto sales guy on this planet, this auto dealer is so lucky to have such a great sales working for them. this man deserves an award as the best feldman auto sales man. 2022-01-24When the vehicle options set aside for us did not fit our requirements, our salesperson took the time to understand our needs / constraints and found something that fit within.The dealership was great at making my family feel welcome and safe with respecting my boundaries during COVID.The finance department was great at respecting my time as my 1YO daughter was starting to get antsy and promised to follow-up on paperwork with me and allow her to snack in his office :)

2022-01-21I went to look at new vehicles recently and Anna was very helpful. She was such a joy to work with and answered any questions i had. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted but she worked with me until i found the perfect vehicle. It took a few days but she got the job done! Highly recommend her!

2022-03-06We were very pleased with our visit - from the dealer standpoint. Deborah Springer took care of us and kept us informed once the headlight had been checked. She quoted the price and the time it would take and it was taken care of promptly. Our only complaint is with design of the car (we like the car) which requires removing the fender to replace a light bulb. We have complained previously to GM and plan to do so again, Bulb $26.15, cost $188.32

2022-04-26Decided to recommend this dealership to my neighbors seeing as they were looking to adopt a new lease. I saw positive reviews and expected quite a bit and the location wasn’t too far from us. After spending countless hours with them, they could not come to an agreement and were treated horribly by James. As someone that has worked customer service for most of my life, I decided to check this place out for myself.After being there for hours on end, I came to the conclusion that David and James have no respect for customers looking to lease a vehicle. They were both extremely rude and did not give me the slightest impression that they cared about my needs. Prices were higher when compared to a few other stops I made that day, and I had no reason to spend extra when I could go anywhere else. There are hundreds of dealerships that I can choose from and I can assure you that I will not be returning to this one. A fake smile and false hope isn’t enough to get me to ever come back here. Thank you for wasting my time.
