I had a oil change, but they will rotate tires all, and check fluids
This is the second time I brought my car in for the transmission and still not fixed. The radio problem was only corrected after I was home when I received an update through the internet. Not the dealer.
Very slow service. Then we had to sit in the waiting area where 20 guys are just standing around doing nothing. Dont bring your wife....

2022-02-07First off I have been going to BUD KOUTS, since I first learned to drive and have purchased a majority of my cars there. This place aint them. I brought my truck in for a very slight repair job to my hood on the truck. I had already contacted my insurance (first mistake) they sent thier estimate to the shop, replace grill, paint bumper, and fix hood. All because a traffic cone had hit me after another truck had hit it and the cone went flying and struck the truck. Now, Feldman told me they HAD to go by the insurance estimate. I explained those repairs were not needed. I would have figured they would call them and tell them of the situation. Nope...no communication to them. My truck sat for almost w weeks. They said the parts were ordered but did not know when they would be in. Talked with a manager named Jeff, he said he would look into it. He basically blamed the the company saying they had to go by the estimate the insurance gave them. Told him the only thing the truck needed was hood repair. I called the insurance company they told me that the repair shop needed to contact them. Basically, it was very poor communication between the shop and me. Sure I had a rental to drive. Bud KOUTS and later Feldman would give you a rental to drive, they dont do that anymore, because of covid (that was Feldmans excuse). I just feel I was not told all the facts straight away. So, I still have a damaged hood and a new repair shop. Only time will tell.

2021-07-21The work done on my truck was great. Oil change took about an hour. The problem is the waiting area. It is in the middle of the sales floor and it was not busy. So the sales team were standing around talking about the weekend highlights and lasted gym hook ups. Not a nice place to sit. Pop corn is nice though.

2020-12-14Service was good. This is the second time (at least) that the billing did not adhere to the quote. The first time they charged me for a service that I had already paid for through a plan. This time they added a $40 service/shop fee. Constantly being overcharged leads one to question the overall honesty of the establishment.

2021-02-12Extremely happy with the service Ive received from Feldman. My sales rep, Roland was awesome as well! He went above and beyond as well of a couple of his coworkers that assisted with finding the vehicle that fits my needs. Would absolutely recommend.

2021-02-18Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing very efficient and timely. I bought my first brand new car in 2018 after 48 years of used cars. My Equinox has been great. Love the All Wheel drive here in Michigan.

2020-08-23Kevin and Jason was very helpful at finding me a car. But I decide not to buy. Because the down payment kept getting higher. Even with a lower price and older car. Sometimes you just have to walk away. When things dont feel right.
