Comment: There is no place I would ever go. Everyone at fenix auto image is friendly and helpful, starting with the owners and throughout the team. I have brought several cars in now and I am delighted all over again. I can tell you the work here is truly excellent. They stay in communication at all times, and they will deliver your car back to you nicer than it has looked before! Comment: My insurance agency recommend this shop and they were great! They did all the repairs very professionally and on a timely matter. All the other shops were full and asking me to wait about 8 weeks to start the repairs and this shop took my car in right away. They were kind enough to give me a ride to pick up my rental car and helped me with all my questions. The shop adjuster spoke directly to my claim rep and made it so easy for me. Comment: This shop made my daughter’s auto claim process and repair soooo easy & smooth. A friend of mine recommended Fenix and I called them right after the accident happened; they sent a tow truck immediately and gave me the reassurance that, they would take care of her vehicle repairs. Jaime was very professional and handled everything directly with my insurance adjuster, avoiding me the hassle of having to call them myself.I can’t express my gratitude for going above and beyond, not only did they do an amazing job but as a courtesy they also removed some very minor scratches the car already had AND they delivered my repaired vehicle to my home.
