Sam and his team have always treated me so kindly! Theyre always very honest with what theyre going to do or whats wrong with my car. Their service is always so loyal and the same professional manor. Thank you Fenton Radiator and Auto Repair!
These guys are fantastic! Sam the owner went out of his way to help me and my family. We had a radiator part go bad. If he had ordered manufacture part it could have been upwards of nearly 1000 dollars. Instead he made the part for 10 bucks. And only charged the labor to take off old part and put it back together. Very honest...very affordable and very appreciated for not taking advantage of us when we were at their mercy and stranded. He also front loaded us and fixed it within 3 hours so we could get to the family funeral on time. Dave was wonderful helping us too. Best choice I made in choosing this repair shop! My next trip Ill stop by just to say hi and thank them once again.
These guys are great! I came in for a new radiator and they discovered more things wrong with my car and fixed them. Sam the owner is a great mechanic and knows what hes doing no questions asked. Dave at the front counter offered to come pick me up in my own car after was fixed and running again. I am definitely coming back to this place for anything that I cant do my self!
Took my deceased husbands car there for front end repairs before I sold it. The owner, Sam, was so kind and helpful. He inspected the entire vehicle at no extra cost to me. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop for any of your auto repair needs.
Welcome impressions are everything. By my 3rd visit inquiring about the 2nd repair I no longer felt welcome.Communication between the business and the customer was the reason I left my former trusted mechanic after many years in search of a new shop. I havent been back since my 3rd visit with Fenton Auto Repair.
I am new to the area dont know many people had a perge valve replaced,did it quick not to mention didnt have a ride his wife (awesome) game me a ride and picked me back up! I 100% recommend there service 😃😃😃
Excellent service - needed some leaks checked out and diagnosed. Got me on the hoist and checked the car out - even though he had full bays when I got there.Id recommend this shop for auto service.
I recommend that you bring your vehicle to them. They provided excellent service with good quality work. I have not have any trouble with my vehicle since my visit. Im not going to take my vehicle anywhere else but there, if your looking for a one stop shop that will treat you good then look no where else, go to fenton auto repair they will take care of whatever you need done to your vehicle.
What a great place very nice. They resoected me for being a young adult and curious about my car. Showed me problems and explained in detail about the problems. Radiator and auto repair is an affordable place and dont scam you for money. Loved the experience. I will be back!!
Great place.. Sam is a striaght up guy. He does the job right the first time. He goes above and beyond. I wont take my car no where else. If i cant do the work... customer service is great.
The staff is great and very professional. All repairs were quoted and completely explained to me prior to the actual work being done. They were also helpful in letting me know that some repairs could wait, but would need to be done in the future, giving me time to financially plan ahead.
Sam was great my jeep had a cracked manifold it was the holiday week he got me in and out. I will go back and I have myself new mechanics
These Guys are great. They fix it right the first time. Great prices. Tell you exactly whats wrong and what absolutely needs to be fixed. Very Quality conscious. They do not use junk parts!!!!!
BEWARE Danger Do not do business with this company. Become very hostile and assaultive when challenge on questionable repairs. These people perform horrible and will leave your vehicle in worst condition if you dont pay. Theyve been sued and lost cases in court for damages. THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Sam and his creW took the time 2 explain in detail what wAs wrong with my car and fiXed it right, the first time. I highly recommend their theM and their facility!
They charged me a deposit, never rendered services, and lied about refunding my money, I had to dispute charges thru my bank. Dont go there, they will rip you off.

They worked on the tires and used random lug nuts and stripped ones in its place. Found out the hard way being stranded on the side of the road.

2021-12-09I have a ‘75 Corvette restomod that needed a new radiator, power steering pump, and major A/C repairs. Sam was very thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. He had several challenges in getting parts due to the age and model of the car but he persisted and got everything done at a reasonable price. He and Lorelei are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and concerned. I highly recommend them!

2022-01-18Sam diagnosed my leaking A/C condenser in a matter of just a few minutes in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He ordered the new part and got my A/C running again like new in just a few days.Sam and his wife are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.Bill D. Fenton

2021-09-23Purchased a car from Trevor Troupe @ Patriot Auto Mall in August of this year - they claimed it was inspected and serviced by the shop they use which was confirmed as Fenton Auto Repair. I was told that the oil was changed and the fluids were topped off. After having the car for ONE day...major oil leak. Upon inspection, oil was jet black with grit as was the oil filter - oil and filter had not been changed. Also, after the transmission failed THREE days later - the transmission was determined to be severely underfilled - fluids were not topped off. Evidence of Stop Leak used in both engine and transmission - worked just long enough for the car to drive home. Trevor and Patriot Auto scammed me and I believe this shop assisted him in the process. What a shame - single mother who paid cash for a car that isnt drivable and no where to turn 😞

2021-03-26Excellent service! I recently took my wifes 2016 GMC Terrain to Fenton Auto Repair. The vehicle was stalling randomly and I could not trouble shoot the issue. I dropped the vehicle off to them and within a day it was diagnosed and the following day the appropriate repairs were completed. The service was great, professional, and they took the time to describe their findings. Service is what I was looking for and that is what we found for a fair & affordable price. Fenton Auto Repair will be my go to for any future mechanical needs.

2020-09-28Sam is easy to communicate with and seems to know his stuff. I only went in for a blown head gasket check, but he got right on it and called the next day with the news. I didnt have it repaired because the vehicle wasnt worth the cost, but if I had, I would have felt confident in having it fixed here.

2019-10-25Sam is amazing! Hes the kindest and most trustworthy mechanic I have ever had. I live about 45 minutes away and refuse to take my car anywhere else. Defiantly recommend going to him if you need repairs on your car :)
