Thomas pierced my 6 year old daughters ears. He took his time with her and carefully explained aftercare instructions to me. So happy I took her to a professional, rather than getting them done within a piercing gun. They also have a cute and affordable selection of earrings for a little girl. My daughter was feeling no pain as soon as we left the shop.

The location is easy to find with good parking. It is clean and comfortable inside with lots of cool art. Pinky does such an amazing job on her tattoos she is so detail oriented every time. Definitely my favorite tattoo artist ever.
I’ve been using this place as my go to shop for years now! Thomas has done all of my piercings and I’ve never had any kind of issue with placement or healing. They use quality jewelry.I’ve been tattooed by Matt twice. The work is AMAZING. I’m complimented on it frequently. The color and detail still look so vivid.I have also interacted with Eric and Scott almost every time I’ve gone in. Even though I moved across the state, this place will always be my go to because I know that I’m in great hands with these guys. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and easy going. It can make a stressful situation much easier to handle with these goofs. Thanks for always giving a great experience.
Cameron is a peach!!! he did a pair of nose piercings for both me and my boyfriend, was incredibly informative and kind!! honestly felt like we’d known him for years with how comfortable the atmosphere is, he was all up in my nose and where i would be normally very anxious and self-conscious and panicky, i was very calm! i had to get one of my nose piercings repierced which was very painful because of scar tissue buildup, and only repierced it after checking 4 times that the piercing was closed up— if he can avoid a person’s unnecessary pain, he will take that opportunity. he put so much effort into making sure they were symmetrical and making sure that the placements lined up completely with my preferences. “good enough” is not good enough for him, he wants to make sure its perfect for you! he is so reassuring and very comforting, EXTREMELY sanitary and thorough!! thank you very much cameron, we’ll definitely be back for our future piercing endeavors :)
Repeat customer! Ive had several of my tattoos done by Matt. My daughter has also had a few of her tattooed by Matt and Scott, as well as multiple piercings done by Thomas.The store is ALWAYS clean, the employees are friendly and their work is remarkable! Great place!

Matt is amazing! He has done my last 5 tattoos! And love each one of them. I will be going back! Even driving about an hour is worth it to me! I have received a few piercings from Thomas! Both are great! And know what they are doing. Clean shop.
I had to go into the shop to buy a new nose stud and get the old one changed out. Their piercer was so sweet; Thomas, and he tried so hard to make the process as painless as possible too. You see my nose wasnt healing like it should, so I had to upgrade my nose stud; which I bought there, and have the old one taken out. They are the greatest bunch of people in there. I would highly recommend Fenton Tattoo and Piercing to everyone who want a job well done by a clean and trusted group of artists.

I have always loved simply walking into thiis shop. They treat you like family and have a fun and exciting atmosphere, always. The work they do is absolutely amazing. My best friend gets all of her piercings done by Thomas and refuses to go anywhere else. We have also had tattoos done by Matt and I, personally, love mine more and more every day. I cannot wait to go back again soon and get more work done.
Thomas has done 6 of my piercings and he is the only person i will go to from now on. He does an amazing job and will answer any questions you have even if they might sound silly. The shop is clean and every guy who works there is very nice. It is a nice environment to be in especially if it is your first tattoo or piercing
I have gone to fenton tattoo for a variety of modifications. Thomas for my piercings, he has done each one stellar, with quality jewelry, clean work space, and well spoken, clear after care instructions. Matt has done a couple of my tattoos, fantastic artist, does exactly what you ask for with great detail, color, and conversation, as well as a nice clean work space and clear, simple after care instructions. I reccomend this shop to anyone that wants great work, and quality from any of the artists they have there!!

I recently got a small simple 2 lined cross on my arm. Gave it time to heal and realized there’s random black dots very close to it that aren’t even part of the cross. And the bottom of the cross doesn’t even match the upper half. I called and dealt with a lady on the phone and bc I said I don’t want to go back there and get it fixed I get laughed at. The fact that I get charged 75$ for a two inch simple cross is fine but it doesn’t even look good. Then I get treated like that. Don’t go there. You can find much better business else where
Wow! What a great place. I got a septum piercing here and I felt really comfortable. Cameron was happy to answer all my questions and walk me through the process! Would highly recommend getting a piercing here.
Unfortunately they hired some douche named Scott who swindled my boyfriend out of money by not being 100% honest. He never mentioned our deposits were non refundable, Didn’t end up doing the work he said he would, we had trouble contacting the shop multiple times, no one returned our phone calls ever, they told us to come in for our appointment on a day the shop WASNT EVEN OPEN... just very sketchy and honestly the place went downhill since Jake miller and big g left. If you would’ve asked me a year ago, I’d say this place was great; I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone anymore. Except Eric is does amazing work that I’ve seen so I can’t say anything negative about him but I suggest he leaves the place before his reputation is destroyed.
Made an appointment 3 days out to be sure the artist was available for me (their words). I showed up 15 minutes early and the artist was busy tattooing someone else. He said he forgot to call and reschedule me and would be busy all evening. A bit irritated as I paid for a babysitter. I rescheduled for 2 days later. He calls 45 minutes before my next appointment to cancel said he forgot he had to do something that afternoon. Thats the best worst customer service experience that Ive ever had... Best, because I ended up finding an amazing joint in Ann Arbor that had wonderful customer service, did great work and knew how to keep an appointment.Edit: It was with Eric Clark on Friday August 17th and rescheduled Sunday August 19th. My Google screen name is not my actual name but I think thats more than specific enough information to locate the appointment.
Decided on a whim to go for their customer appreciation day and I definitely dont regret going. Shane did a FANTASTIC job and it was better than the idea i went in with. Staff is super awesome and the place is CLEAN. I will be goinf back for my future tats!
Matt does excellent work! I am thrilled with all the artwork he has done on my sleeve. Some of my work is almost 4 years old and looks brand-new. I highly recommend this shop and the artists!!
Friendly clean and helpful. Only 3 stars because the piercer gave me jewelry that was too small to allow the normal swelling that comes with it so my nostril ring got too snug and was forced to migrate downwards leaving a scar and extra long healing time.
Very good atmosphere, Brian has done both of my tattoos including the first one I ever got. He pays attention to detail and is always able to bring to life my ideas for the next tattoo with his designs.

I will only go to Fenton Tattoo&Piercing for my piercings, the shop is being cleaned every time i go in. The staff is professional and friendly. Even the other customers welcome you! I can even custom order exactly what i want through this shop, and Im never disappointed! I cant wait to go back!
WE LOVE MATT!!! My husband and I have been going to Matt for years and now that my kids are old enough, they have been there as well. I will never use another artist.
Worst costumer service I have ever seen in a shop. Went in to get a nostril stud for my mom after calling to make sure we could. Got there and they said they couldnt sell us one because the piercer was not in. We were not told this on the phone, so my mother got a little upset and said lets go. As we were walking out, a guy in the back that was in the middle of tattooing someone decided to yell insults at my mother. Not the first time Ive seen the people that work there being overly rude to people for no good reason.
Ive got all 4 of my Tattoos done here and do plan on getting more done here I love this place for getting Tattoos or getting Piercings

2022-04-07My daughter and I had great service getting our nose pierced. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff took his time to teach us proper care. And was good for a laugh. We felt very comfortable there.

2022-09-13Made an appointment with Matt Riddle a week in advance. Got there 15 min early and waited an hour and 15 min for him to show up. He never showed. The owner didn’t answer me until the next day, and then a couple days later Matt messaged me saying he was sorry about that and asked if he could reschedule me. No explanation was ever given as to what happened. I would not recommend.

2022-03-10My friend and I got matching tattoos of a northern star on our wrist. Unfortunately the tattoo artist did a subpar job and it looks like a child did it. To say I am unsatisfied is an understatement. Definitely wont be back and already have a new artist lined up to fix it tomorrow.

2022-03-10My friend and I got small matching tattoos from Hank and the quality was horrible. Lines are not straight and does not look like our requested design. I am very disappointed and both will have to be redone. Also, I know there are shop minimums but the price was steep for a small tattoo.

2021-08-22I took my 10 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and we had the best experience! Thomas did the piercing and took the time to help her choose her earrings. His booth was super clean and all items were sanitized. He has 10 years of experience piercing and was very professional and kind. It was honestly almost painless for her. Call first to schedule an appointment as they are not accepting walk-ins. HIGHLY recommend!!

2021-12-02Ive gotten a tattoo by Eric and 6 holes poked in me this year by Thomas (medusa, high nostrils and 3 in my ear)! Always super helpful and I have never had a bad experience- I make the drive from williamston.. Everyone is super nice, resident ghost only messes with Eric so you dont have to worry about that. Thomas is super chill and will make everyone feel welcome all around 10/10 recommend.
