Knowledgeable staff. OK selection. Not competitive pricing, seemed like they charged list price. Ended up driving to Illinois to buy a similar trailer with more features for much less money. If Amazon ever gets into the trailer biz, they will die fast.
Stopped in here looking for a trailer hitch reducer (2 1/2 inch to 2 inch). Actually sold me a part that ended up not working, but then they took another part I had and drilled a couple of holes that would work. Friendly staff, okay prices are higher than others, but I would go back again. The parts arent that expensive to make a difference. Thanks for your help.

2022-07-26Fenton Trading Post is good at the initial sale. Really satisfied with the dealer while I was purchasing. But now I have an issue. I wanted things fixed so the trailer would look like a new trailer, since it is new, the fenders started massively delaminating. I expected them to say: drop it off and we’ll take care of it. The response I got was: it’s not covered under warranty....go buy a can of spray paint. 18K for this trailer and 7 months later this is how I’m treated.7/26/2022: Update - I had to work through the manufacturer to get my trailers fender issue resolved. I had to drive several hours to drop my trailer off for the work, wait over 3 weeks, and then drive several hours to pick it up, ALL on my dime. This could have been SO easily handled by my dealer ordering new fenders and replacing them. I heard this actually happened at a dealer in Wisconsin, with a trailer that had the same issue, so it can be done, a dealer can make sure its customers are satisfied.

2019-12-21We had a wheel bearing burn up on us, on one of our video game trailers. Needed it fixed in 4 days, to make our next event. They got us up and running within 3 days and we didnt miss a beat. Could not have made me any happier. Pricing was also reasonable. Thanks Ron and crew.

2021-08-30Dont waste your time. Over priced. And will keep you waiting months for a trailer then just to raise the price again.Update... $500 more at the time of deposit. Then $400 more at time of delivery is unacceptable in any market. I too know how things work in todays day. Ive got price increases in my line of work, But our prices are locked at the time of order. I can understand a like surcharge increase..... but not $400. U guys are a joke. Especially when I said show me your invoice and Ill pay it and was told no we cant that ( in the nastiest way possible) . Go price gouge someone else to pay you employees salaries.

Nothing the size we needed.In response to the reply on my review: not only did this business not have a very good selection and high prices, there was a staff person outside who saw us looking around at the trailers and no one came out to us to see if there was anything they could help us with.

2018-12-19Friendly staff and a great selection of trailers. Purchased a new utility trailer and they had one that fit my needs exactly. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this business.Bought another trailer earlier this year, 2018, from Fenton Trading Post and the service was great again and the Pro Series Sure Trac enclosed is awesome. It has treated me nice these past months.I will be back again when I need another trailer.

2018-06-14Visit three places - this by far had the largest selection and had exactly what I needed - a compact tilt for my scissor lift. Excellent service, paper work went fast, and they took the time to do a little orientation of the features and usage of the trailer. The trailer actually has a five year warranty so all around a good experience. Highly recommended.

2020-03-02Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a used trailer and they agreed to fix the lights for me at no cost. They also threw in a used spare tire at no cost. I would recommend FTP to friends and family.
