Awesome service! we ran out of gas and we were a day away from a long holiday weekend where everyone would be closed for several days and add to that my wife was pregnant. Long story short, they shuffled things around and filled the tank that day!!! despite being such late notice...and on top of all that we had flowers delivered to our door for the new baby that was born!!! You rarely find service of this caliber anywhere. Thanks Again ferrellgas!!

We are traveling in an RV and needed a fill on a Friday afternoon. I called ahead and found that they do fill 30lb tanks. Great! Should be no problem, right? We drove about 4 miles out of our way through horrible traffic only to find that they were closed. The big sign on the door said closed from noon to 1pm for lunch. It was ten minutes after 1. Then we saw the other sign that said closed until 2:30. So apparently the hours are variable and calling ahead is not a help because your call doesnt actually go to that business, just some main office somewhere. Not the first time weve had this experience with a Farrell gas station. We used to make Farrell our first choice, and we would drive out of the way to get to one, but not in the future.
