Awful. My company was bought out, and they made us switch to Ferrous. That lasted a whole 6 months, and we went back to our original company. 9 times out of 10 I received incorrect invoices, and it was always a hassle to get them revised. Not very friendly, and I also received better rates from numerous other companies. Would recommend you go elsewhere for your needs.
