Glen and his son cleaned our 28 year old cream carpet which I admit was pretty disgusting. After completed my first impression was “stunned”. This carpet literally looks like NEW! They are nothing short than miracle workers. Above that they were professional and neat as well. We HIGHLY recommend them for your cleaning needs and we will definitely be long time repeat customers! I have been dealing with Glen Smith since 1980s. Its a family owned business. They get your carpets really clean. They kept my carpet so clean it lasted 30 years. My husband tried another company once. I was very dissatisfied. The carpet was matted and didnt even look clean. I brought Glen back to fix it. As long as Fiber-Brite is in business they have me as their customer.
Very good job. My Carpets look like new and I had already tried to treat it my self. I honestly thought it could not come clean but Glenn did a great job! When they were here they moved all the furniture and replaced everything back again. All I had to do was wait for the floor to dry. He also steam cleaned the grout in our foyer. It looks like new. Thanks guys!

Called with an emergency spoke with the owner he told me to text all my info to his emergency number did that immediately never heard back , called twice after that and left messages to see when he could come and check it out didnt hear back from him for over a week obviously I found a different company by then, I was thoroughly discussed with his professionalism and wouldnt suggest him to any of my friends or family. I used Alexanders they came immediately and were very professional and did a great job.

This family operation was far more thorough than Ive experienced with other companies in the past. Also respectful of the rest of the house not being cleaned with protective mats and even a zippered door that they added so that the winter cold stayed out but their hoses could get in. Hadnt seen that before. Great company to deal with.

2022-04-26I have used Fiber Brite for all of our carpets, area rugs, and furniture for 25 years now! They are the best! Glenn has come to the rescue for so many stains, spills, pet stains, etc….more, than I can even count! He has responded in emergencies when our basement flooded. Very personable and works hard! If he’s going to run a little bit late, which isn’t often, he always has the the courtesy to give us a heads up. He doesn’t price gouge. I know he does great work on tile and grout…I have seen his videos. You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Glenn, Glenn, and Glenn!

2022-04-07Glen II and Glen III are a great father and son team that did a fantastic job at my house. My 2 couches and lazyboy were looking really bad, (thanks to my grandson), and when they were done, they look almost new again. I did think it was going to be possible, but they are really good at their job and very friendly and Courteous.

2021-04-18Glen and his son did an awesome job on my carpets. They were both very professional. Every single stain I have ever tried to get out myself, they got out with their powerful equipment. They didnt leave until my floors were spotless. They are an above and beyond company. I definitely would recommend them. I will never go to another company, these guys are amazing!
