Comment: Beware! This agency is super shady. They listed a rental as pet-friendly and charged $100 application fee (cash only, drop it in the mail slot of a closed business!). After doing a hard inquiry on my credit, they told me I was approved, but demanded that I take out a renters insurance policy and transfer utilities before signing the lease. Then, 15 minutes before the appointment to sign the lease, they called to cancel because they changed their mind about accepting a pet. Now, Im out nearly $300, and they wont even answer my calls to retrieve my internet equipment that was delivered to the property. And to top it off, the property is STILL LISTED AS PET-FRIENDLY! Again, dont fall for this First Properties SCAM like I did.

Comment: Adel Hanna is a corrupt broker that will threaten you if you complain. I ask for grounded outlets to be installed after I move in, and he threatens to cancel the lease. Stay away.
