Comment: Been asking f for repairs since 4-22 no response this property got transferred to First team Realty over a year ogo and NOTHING has been done here no yard work no repairs nothing Id take all of the stars if I could I left several messages and Spoke with Mike Shay and was yet LIED to once again By MIKE SHAY about work orders this Company is not standing to their name First Team because no Team has helped me or my neighbor were elderly and are Begging for repairs......

Comment: For buyers and sellers: this is one of the top real estate offices in the area and one of the top in First Team (consistently top 10%). Dan Sarnecky, the manager emphasizes meeting the clients needs today in innovative ways.For agents: Moved to Dans office from another First Team office after interviewing inside and outside of the company. Dan is one of the top trainers in the company, especially with sales dialogue and business planning.

Comment: Probably one of the worst experience Ive ever had with a realtor...... The thought of having to go through this company to purchase property sounds terrible... Days like these make me happy Im friends with realtors to bypass this experience.

Comment: Working with the agents in the First Team Irvine office is an absolute pleasure! Dan is a great manager and works hard to help his agents succeed. Its a very welcoming and collaborative atmosphere. Best agents in the business with so much local expertise. Love it!

Comment: Did business with Gaylene Rice twice. First time everything was professional and nice. Second time it got ugly. She was greedy and not doing thing right. Would not recommend her again.
