Super friendly staff and great experience. my family has been seeing Dr. Facchini for years and he has always done a wonderful job. I started seeing Dr. Facchini myself recently. him and his staff were very thorough and explained everything during the appointment. They are also great at scheduling and getting you in immediately for emergencies. I felt comfortable and left feeling confident about how to properly take care of my teeth and gums. Thank you!

I’ve been going to this office for years. Colleen the receptionist is very nice. Dr. Facchini runs the office with a great team working with him. Tina oh my gosh, I love and adore her. I used to be afraid of the dentist but after meeting her I’m no longer afraid. She’s gentle, caring and has so much patience. She always address me by my name that shows how respectful and attentive she is.
Best dental care.. I was Alittle nervous because at my previous dentist I was told ill need 4crowns possibly six and it was a pretty expensive fee.I wanted to get a second opinion before I went ahead and made such a big decision. my mother told me about her dentist Franco facchinni and how good of a dentist he is im glad I made that choice I came in they gave me exrays and explained everything to me and he went right into fixing all my cavities and It looks great and I didnt have to get crowns and spend a whole bunch of money all pain free. Had to change dentists due to changes in insurance. Pretty scary thing to do, as I really loved my previous office. Five Oaks Dental and Dr. Facchini made the transition comfortable and welcoming. They did a great job and I am confident I can trust them with my dental care.

This is a beautiful office with a friendly staff, everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Facchini makes sure you are comfortable throughout your treatment. The in house dental plan is also great for patients without insurance, making treatment affordable. I highly recommend Five Oaks Dental!
When i say i HATE the dentist it is an understatement! I have never been so comfortable at the dentist in my life! Amazing staff and all very nice! Office is very clean and everything was right on time! I called my mother right after and told her she need to come seem them!

They use state of the art equipment, they are all experts in their field and all at a fair price. Everyone there is friendly and Ive never waited past my appointment time. I called on a whim after finding this office on Google. They were able to get me in same day, and even had a cancelation which got me in sooner. The Dentist, Mr. Facchini, DDS has a great bedside manner, and explained all my options in great detail, even drew pictures. I have been looking for a family dentist in Livonia for years. My family visited Five Oaks Dental last week and we will be back again. The staff was really great with my children and they cannot wait to go back for their next appointments. I had to break the news that it would be 6 months until we went back. The staff was professional, timely, personable and friendly. They also have a wonderful in house dental plan for those without dental insurance. It will help to make our dentist visits more affordable. I highly recommend this office.

I am posting for my dad Rossie Cox. He has never liked dentists- until now. Dr. Facchini is a, as Rossie says, “no pain” dentist. Rossie had a horrible bridge for years. Dr. Facchini made him dentures and made sure they were perfect. He is always happy now to go to the dentist. He knows he will be respected and taken care of. We are so happy that he is under the care of Dr. Facchini and his wonderful staff!!!
Been going to Dr. Facchini for decades. Have referred countless people to him and am happy to say they are all as satisfied as I was in finding this wonderful dentist. Great staff all around, ranging from Colleen to Tina, to Kim. Theyre all top drawer and they continue to set the standard for great dental care in the area. Wouldnt consider using anyone else. Could not Get an appointment before the end of the year to use my insurance before it reset for the new year so I made an appointment somewhere else called and canceled my appointment ,today I just received a bill from 5 oaks dental for $60 for canceling my appointment after that I will never come back that was never mentioned before hand
I had teeth issues all my life. When I moved to Redford i was so lucky to find Dr Facchini and his staff. I did feel welcome since the beginning, they are like family for me, love them all. After almost 8 years, some crown replacecements and few root canals, finally my teeth and gums are happy and healthy. Thank you. :D
I just moved to the Livonia Area and I was looking for a new Dentist for my family. When I arrived for the first time, I was greeted kindly by Colleen and introduced to Dr. Facchini. I went on the grand tour and was shown a lot of the latest technology for Dentistry. Its amazing how much Dentistry has changed since I was a kid. My first cleaning with Tina went great. I told her I was very sensitive in a few spots and she made sure to make me comfortable. When I was examined by Dr. Facchini, it turned out that I had a few cavities. I really liked that his treatment plan was conservative and he was able to fit me in the following week for an appoint to take action. Everything went smoothly today and I was treated carefully.
There needs to be 10 stars! Dr. Facchini is the best dentist on this planet. Seriously, he is caring, compassionate and skilled. Did I mention that he is SKILLED? He is the most talented Dentist I have ever been to. He has put crowns on my teeth that I have had for 15 years. Five Oaks has the most wonderful Hygienists, Assistants and Receptionist you will ever meet. Five Oaks is closed on Fridays so they can be open to serve you on Saturday. Need a Dentist? I have been going to Dr.Franco Facchini, DDS for so many years, at least 20yrs. and wouldnt go to anyone else. He is great and all his office staff are wonderful as well. I would recommend him to anyone if you want the best care ever call his office.

First visit since the office was remodeled and new precautions were designed into the office visit process.Notes:- Distancing practiced inside- masks needed to visit office- waited outside in car until appointment- fewer patients scheduled to prevent crowding- full face shields for Tina and Dr Facchini- refreshments and magazines removed from waiting area- plexiglass shields up around the reception (Colleen’s area) area- efficient and thorough checkup and cleaning from Tina- great to have them open up the office for dental services
Ive been going to Five Oaks Dental all of my life and recently I went to an orthopedic surgeon to have my wisdom teeth removed. One of the distinguished differences between the surgeon and Five Oaks Dental was that during the numbing process, Five Oaks Dental was pain free. Im the type of person, who really avoid the dentist at all cost. Its only because of fear and the sound of their instruments. One of my co-workers referred me to Five Oaks Dental office. And I can say Im truly grateful, theyre very thorough with your health history as well as explaining your procedures. Love this office for my entire family! I’ve been taking my girls since they were a year old to have their teeth checked/counted. My two year old had her teeth polished today (a new experience) with very little protest (thanks Tina)!!!

Also my bite is better and I have no more issues with those teeth. Wow I am Happy Happy Happy! Thank you again,PS The up to date dental equipment is unbelievable. No guess work from the doctor because of the computer x-rays with minuet details.THANK YOU !!!!

2021-08-16Five Oaks Dental is the best. Dr. Fucchini has done beautiful work in my mouth. The entire staff is professional, yet will help you feel very comfortable. Going to the dentist was not one of my favorite activities. Now I don’t dread a visit to Five Oaks Dental.

2021-10-26I could write so many different positive things about this place, and Dr. Facchini that you would never make it to the negative thing. So ill start there... Its the dentist office, and nobody likes to go. That is the only negative I have, BUT I did not feel that way here. It was a very comfortable feeling being there. Talking to everyone, the office and stations. I went in and had an overall evaluation to begin. Dr. Facchini went over every little bit of what was going on and broke it down into manageable segments for me to take care of over time. Starting with priority to cosmetic. Recently had two wisdoms removed, and I am not one bit concerned about the next major visit of a root canal.Ive been to multiple dental facilities over the years and across the country. This is by far the best i have been to. Thank you.

2021-07-22In 2020, I broke a tooth the day before my fathers viewing. What a nightmare having to deal with that on top of a funeral. I didnt have a regular dentist at the time, so I contacted a few I found on Google to try to find one that would file it down and possibly put in a temporary filling. I contacted Five Oaks because theyre literally 3 miles from where I live. They were able to take me the next morning. Not only did they do a full exam, Dr. Facchini offered to put a crown on right then and there. I was floored. It took a massive weight off my shoulders at a time I really needed it. He and his team did a beautiful job.I had a cleaning done today, and my experience was just as great. Tina has a good touch! I dont know the name of the person who took impressions for tooth whitening today. But I have to hand it to her excellent and understanding approach in keeping me from gagging and potentially ruining the process.Im so happy to have stumbled into their care. I highly recommend them.

2021-06-30I have been coming to Dr. Fachinni for multiple years now and I’ve always had a great experience. I have brought most of my family here from other places and he has not failed to care for our needs. My favorite part about this office is not only their professionalism, but their pricing and the paths they offer for work needed and even great payment options. The only dentist office I actually look forward to visiting!
