I rented with 5 Points for over 4 years. The staff is excellent and maintenance requests are filled timely. This is a great place to live! Community is clean, well maintained and excellent amenities. Chris(property manager) and Scott(Maintenance Person) are amazing. All our friends any family who have seen our place are extremely impressed.

The maintenance man play both sides. I’m not allowed to renew my lease and they expect me to up and leave. I never been late on rent, I mind my business. But for some reason I can’t stay here. It’s cool. They gone take my money or they gone have to evict me cause I have no where to go.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated. I was basically told that they could not set an appointment up for me to tour the place because I was ha HEALTHCARE worker. I am a nurse and have worked endless hours throughout the pandemic and for them to tell me that I cant come view the place because Im around covid pts is a shame. Does that mean no healthcare worker can ever stay at 5 points. Save ur self the effort fellow healthcare employees cause your not allowed to step foot into this building. In an economy that we are trying to build and recover from the effects of covid policies are easing up instead of restrictive such as those of 5 points. I am fully vaccinated and boosted, covid infectious rates are way down there shouldnt be a reason why im being denied to even view the place. Forget I wouldnt want to stay here anyways after how I was treated.

The Five Points apartment was the best apartment I have lived in the US. Especially the staffs are amazing in leasing office. Chris is the leasing office manager here in Five Points, he is very fast in terms of email and phone call and he is easy to communicate, very friendly and nice to the resident. Five Points is really good with maintenance issue, they are very good at fixing the problem whenever you request. Starbucks is very close, you can even walk there, and the lounge is always clean and great place to study and hangout! I strongly recommend.

I rented with 5 Points for over two years. The staff is excellent and maintenance requests are filled timely. Our puppy had torn up carpet and the replacement cost was fair and reasonable!Of all the apartment complexes I have rented, 5 Points exceeded each one in almost every way possible. The Good:Friendly Staff, timely responses, excellent location, garage options, pool, fitness center, excellent landscaping, energy efficient, washer and dryer, high ceilings, great sound barrier wallsThe Bad:The stairway lights didn’t always come on, residents sometimes fly through the parking lot.I would recommend this residence to anyone who wants an apartment close to OU.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!From the beginning/mid of June all through August, bugs lived in my apartment, not me!! It would take about 3 to 4 days for someone in the office to get back to my messages about the bugs and NOTHING was done. When I finally asked to speak to a level up from the property manager, my emails magically got responses to right away. But by the time I finally grabbed someone’s attention, the bugs started to die down. I believe this was a seasonal issue, but if I am paying close to $1,600.00 a month for this “luxury” apartment, I should not have to deal with the amount of BUGS that were in my apartment (see pictures). It was so bad that I could not live there. I wasted so much money on this horrible place to not even enjoy and live in my own apartment.

We have lived here since the Units were built (3 years) and it has been wonderful. Units are clean and cute. Chris and the office are amazing. Loved our time at Five Points and would recommend anyone looking for a wonderful apartment!

I wanted to leave a positive review as most people only do reviews when their experience is negative which misleads a lot of people. I have lived at Five Points for a month now with my girlfriend. After being given the run around by a very nearby apartment we stopped in here. We were immediately addressed by Samantha who gave us all the information and provided a tour without us even having to ask. Needless to say we filled out the paperwork and moved in shortly thereafter. Our experience up to this point has been nothing but positive. When we moved in we only had one maintenance issue, we brought the issue to Samanthas attention on a Sunday and it was fixed by the time we came home Monday from work. Anyone who is expecting to rent a place and have it be spotless is not realistic, take the time and do a cleaning yourself and all will be well. Yes they prep the apartment before you take over but no complex goes over your apartment with a magnifying glass. Some things we have noticed so far that surprised us in a good way... trash is removed multiple times a week it seems, apartment complex is very very well lit at night, and the complex appearance is always top notch. It seems Five Points is always trying to better the complex. Hope this helps someone make a decision who reads too many reviews like I do! P.S. All our friends any family who have seen our place are extremely impressed.

New apartments with current finishes and an attentice staff. Nice location with restaurants and Starbucks locations walkable. Nice walk across the street to Oakland University and Auburn Hills community amenities with tennis courts and auto charging stations. On site pool snd gym add to a nice place to live. Quiet too.

I lived at Five Points for a little less than 2 years. I cut my lease early because I decided to get married for some reason and moved to a different part of the state. I hope my wife doesn’t see this, LOL! Nah...she’s awesome.Jokes aside....I really didn’t want to leave Five Points. They’re basically brand new apartments with a very friendly and prompt staff. As you can tell from the pictures online, they’re very nice inside and you’re in the perfect location. They are premium apartments in a premium location, so don’t be shocked by the price. But with that price also comes a quiet community (in my experience). You’re directly across the street from Oakland University, yet you won’t be kept up all night from college parties. From what I found, a majority of the people at the complex are young professionals and a small handful of students. As a machinist and engineer, I was never short on other engineers or tradesmen to talk to that I had met there.Maintenance orders were absolutely never an issue. Very prompt and accommodating. The office will always send you an e-mail when they need access to your apartment for fire alarm testing, etc. Before I got married, it really was a maintenance free life. You have at least 5 (yes, five) restaurants within a couple minute walk of the apartments...and a Starbucks. Whole Foods is just down the road. There’s a very nice 24-hour gym at the apartments as well, so I canceled my gym membership at the Planet Fitness on Livernois Rd. because why not?Thank you to Five Points for making my stay.
