Their Storage Auction units are Set up Units . The unit I bought had 5 different familys garbage in it , it was nothing like it was described. All the good stuff from the units are for sale in the front office for top dollar. Bad Deal.I wont buy from 5 star storage companys again .Merriman rd is the worst.Warning. save your money.

Staff is very friendly but some of the stuff is way overpriced for being used. One cubicle storage unit I looked at was $50.00 used in poor condition with many chips out of it. I found the same size unit at another store BRAND NEW for $49.99

All the staff that helped us when we came in to get a spot for our camper were very helpful. The ladies were so nice to us.
They had some nice stuff in there. Some stuff was reasonable and I thought some high. The man that was over it was very friendly and helpful. I would go back.
They have new management and I think there will be some great improvements, the first one being no more key card to get in the gate.

Paid to have the locks changed and they never changed them. We found out after driving over an hour to get there.

2022-05-09This place is pretty cool about everything. I like that I can go there wether it’s 3 in the morning or afternoon. They make you feel like it’s your stuff still. I hate other places that give you a time frame of when you can come look at your stuff.

2022-01-22I left about 5 broke down boxes and they made me remove them and I could not use the dumpster they have . I had to take them with me and I moved out a week early a didnt not get mo ey back for the extra week. Was there today January 22nd.

2022-05-04Absolutely horrible place I was hospitalized for 2 months and when I called to try and pay they had so many late fees and auction fees on it it was well over 150 dollars a month they wanted for the smallest unit they have !

2021-02-09Greatest storage facility Ive ever used. Whats the difference you ask? The staff is super friendly and very accommodating, the lot is secured and has 24 hour surveillance, 24 hour gate access, and the prices are very competitive. The grounds are always plowed immediately after snow. I feel comfortable having my personal belongings here!
