Comment: I am posting this on the Anaheim and Santa Ana locations since they sent my car back and forth between the two and blamed each other when things were not fixed correctly.Dont be fooled by the star ratings and look at the most recent reviews for this body shop. I drive a Mercedes G63 AMG. I have listed the series of events that happened from 7/20/23, when I dropped off my car, to current. In total, it took almost 5 months to get my car back from this body shop. The work they do is terrible, messy and poor quality. They will skip as many corners as possible. If you care at all about your car, take it somewhere else. I am still dealing with the aftermath of their poor worksmanship almost a year later.7/15/23 Car accident - I was hit from behind on the freeway. Damage: corner, tail lights, bumper, wheel well area.7/20/23 I dropped off my car at Fix Auto in Anaheim. They call me and let me know that Fix Auto in Santa Ana will be doing the paint job because the manager, Gilbert has years of experience with Mercedes.For about two weeks, I received auto text messages saying that my car is being worked on and then the messages stop. I call consistently to ask for updates to which they say someone will call me back or that they are still working on it.9/22/23 They let me know my car is ready & I pick it up. The next day I notice: overspray, sloppy paint job. New scratches and chips on the doors. The trunk door won’t close. They did not screw the bolt in. The hinge scratched and dented the trim. Door seal is broken.10/3/23 Fix auto again - Dropped off car again10/21/23 They let me know my car is ready. I drive there and the issues arent resolved so I leave it there.11/6/23 - They let me know my car is ready and I go to pick it up. There was overspray on the rear drivers side door. The trim is messed. They added adhesive onto the existing adhesive and the trim stick outs.11/30/23 - Went to Santa Ana to pick up my car. My car is matte but on drivers door there is now a shiny area right below the window about the size of a grapefruit. The workers try to wipe it off. It doesn’t come off. They need to repaint.12/7/23 I finally pick up my carI notice that the trunk door isn’t as easy to close. A month later, I take it into Mercedes and they say it was not put on correctly and that they can adjust it for me but the problem may come back. $3007/10/24 I take my car to Mercedes because rear drivers side door isn’t opening from the outside. 7/12/24 They say that an after market screw was incorrectly installed which voids the warranty. $900It has almost been a year since the accident and I am still dealing with the shody work that Fit Auto did on my vehicle.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.They have yet to reach out to offer compensation or apologies for the massive amount of inconveniences they have caused. I live about an hour away (each way, with traffic) and having to go there and point out what is very visibly wrong with the car each time was ridiculous.

Comment: My process was fluid, with updates along the way, and my truck was finished two days early. The results were fantastic with paint that looks like it did when I got it off the showroom floor in 2007. I’m very pleased with the entire process and all interactions with their friendly staff. Hugo and Erika at the front desk are very professional, friendly, and quick working, moving the process along briskly. Thanks again.5-26-24 UPDATE: Lol almost exactly a year later my BRAND NEW dream truck was backed into at low speed. It caused only light scratches to the black painted/solid steel front bumper, and the red tow hook that punched into the other cars bumper was also scratched. Fix Auto once again handled it quickly and beautifully. My girl Tracy is back to perfection. Thank you.

Comment: I have a collectors edition Corvette. They fixed it perfectly and had top notch customer service. Speedy, friendly, and easy to work with. Need I say more? 11/10 would recommend!Background info: T boned by an elderly person. I was able to have my vehicle taken in quickly and throughout the process, Erika, Hugo, Daisy, and Carlos were wonderful to me. Everything was transparent and all questions were answered so effectively that I never had a single concern. Ill be taking my other vehicles here as well if anything occurs, top notch staff and company!

Comment: The employees at Fix Auto Anaheim North are friendly. They did a good job with repairing my car. However, I really disappointed the way they (he/she) did behind my back. I had some small items left in the truck of my car. They got tossed in the back seats; the back of my car looks like a dumpster. My back seats got dirty. That is the reason I give 3 stars. I hope this will not happen to others.

Comment: My car was hit in the rear driver side while it was parked, I got in touch with fix auto late in the day, they sent a truck to pick up my car later that evening. The driver even sweep and cleaned up the spot my car was hit. After insurance had their estimates Fix gave me a completion date and THEY DELIVERED! That’s not all… Fix auto went above and beyond the expectations I had, I met David, and he help expedite and ease this whole process from the time my car was picked up. Chris from customer service helped me understand what was being worked on and why, he let me know about my after market grill, that they could not get the same one. It was no problem to me because I would get a different one soon, he also helped me out with my rental problems. This showed me they care enough to take responsibilities that were thrown on to me and really make them their own. Chris even got on a several three way calls between the rental & insurance companies and I hardly had to speak. He was like my customer service lawyer, need I say more? I do! When I got on-site, the garage was way different from any other one I’ve seen. Clean, open, and efficient. When I made my return to pick up my car I went in and let the women at the front desk know I’m here for pick up. Under 5 min I turn a round and I see my car. It was clean & waxed. It really felt like I was buying my car again. When I looked at the impacted area it was like it came from the manufacturer. My stress was released and I was relieved! The stress that the insurance company put me under was ridiculous, but Fix Auto brushed it off for me. I signed the release papers & drove to my next job.For me, it’s really about the person not only the car.Thank you Fix! Thank you Chris you are force to be messing with. Thank you David for having a great team!

Comment: The photo was a before picture of an accident related incident. Our insurance recommended this place for the repairs and it looks brand new now!!! We are so happy with the service abs have already referred neighbors. We highly recommend this place for any automotive repairs.

Comment: Dont be fooled by the other reviews.. 2 stars only because they have an amazing front desk staff. The quality and repairs are not what I would have expected from a facility with the amount of outstanding reviews. Some items to mention that reflect why my rating of this place is low:- Multiple issues considering my vehicle was there over 3 weeks at the shop- Issues that remained even after they re-evaluated my vehicle for 2 more days and fixed the concerned items.- Huge over spray fanned across in multiple areas that only needing a detail to be removed. Twice mentioned, and low and behold still there.- Trim not even being properly seated- Obnoxious amount of Orange Peel. Again a detail did not fix that.- Noise heard from wheel axle/hub area that happened after my accident that they were going to look into but never bothered including it in the report. Mentioned twice, and didnt get a response. Glad they didnt, because they couldnt even get cosmetic work done right, let alone mechanical work. Ill look at what other options I have.* As a side note, I had my car professionally paint corrected (2 stage) 1 week before the accident so I know without a doubt the very visible swirls and scratches found across my driver side and both front and rear bumpers were not on my vehicle previously.. the damage from the accident occurred on the passenger side

Comment: I had to bring my car here for repairs to the driver side door. This shop was recommended by my insurance. The whole experience was smooth and easy for me. My car was fixed in about a week. I needed a rental for a couple days and Enterprise delivered it to the shop on the day I dropped off my car. Staff was friendly and communicated with me at every step of the repair process.

Comment: I want to sincerely thank Fix Auto Anaheim North for the superb job they did on my daughter’s 2015 Chrysler 200c. They quickly and smoothly handled the claim with my insurance company. Not only did Fix Auto Anaheim North delivered the vehicle ahead of scheduled, the workmanship was flawless. My daughter and I were very impressed with Fix Auto Anaheim North shop. It is super clean and well organized like an assembly line. Most auto body shops I’ve seen are messy and vehicles scattered everywhere. My daughter’s vehicle was delivered looking better than before. Impeccably cleaned and detailed inside and out. Stephanie and Brittany were extremely helpful and kept my daughter informed every step of the way. Here are some before and after repairs photos. This by far is one hick of the auto collision body shop. Again we decided to take the vehicle to Fix Auto Anaheim North. They did such amazing work on the previous repairs we knew that results would be awesome.
