Theyd call when the parts were in. When they called I dropped off the car and picked up about 14 work days later. Car was perfect. Couldnt tell its doors had been hit. You hear the nightmares of the cars sitting in the shop for a long time. I am a mother of 4 who has to handle pick ups and drop offs all day and work at the same time. My car is very important to me. Well I was pleasantly surprised to say the least, on how amazing the team went above and beyond to have my truck ready in a very fast time frame (less than half the estimated time).The communication and updates provided through out the process was on point! Eileen was very helpful and kind through out this process she explained everything and made sure some one was always reaching out to answer my questions or concerns. J was amazing with the work done on my car it looked brand new and also did a full review of might car. Best thing also he returned it washed! When the time came to pick up my car they ordered me a Lyft to pick it up and worked around my busy schedule. I had originally went to the Temple City location but they quoted me a longer repair time and weren’t as helpful as they were at this location.Tri was able to write me up an estimate immediately and he was super helpful. I didn’t feel judged for my idiotic accident. I went through Tesla insurance (which takes forever, btw) but once that was approved, repairing was so easy. They even provided an Uber back home for me and my car was ready within 2 weeks and looks good as new.Extra love for the girls, Corina and Eileen, that were such sweethearts! Definitely recommend coming here to fix your Tesla.

Keep in mind they dont have control over how quickly the parts arrive so be patient. I can truly say it was worth the wait. After a few hiccups out of the shops control Tri made sure to try to his best to accommodate me even if it meant going out of his way. Comment: My Subaru WRX was rear-ended prior to my last shift of 2022 and even though the other drivers insurance took forever to get in touch with me to get my repairs started and tried to have me go to a different non-Subaru Certified Collision Center shop, Im glad I was able to work with Corina and her crew here at Fix Auto Downtown El Monte. The shop is small and busy, but thats a testament to the work that they do. I had to wait a little bit longer as well, but due to supply chain issues and making sure that I get OEM parts for my repair, it was well worth it. They took care of the little nitpicks that I had for my car after my crash and they reported how extensive my cars rear collision damage was. My car uses an all-wheel-drive system and I was glad to have driven out of there with the car feeling like the first day that I got it. Ill be glad to go back there again for my future repair needs for this car as well as whatever car I own in the future that they are certified for by the manufacturer.

They worked with my insurance tirelessly even though my insurance was difficult to get a hold of, even I had trouble getting to my a hold of my adjuster but once it was approved they got to work quick. Unfortunately, there was a delay on a part due to the Corona Virus but they would call the manufacturer every single day until they got it. As for the work, it looks better than when I had bought it. From the dealer it looked like the bumper wasnt fitted right but after they finished, it looked great! Chris even had them detail it for me when I had picked it up and looked beautiful. Teslas own service shop near me was not capable of this even though they replaced Radar (I still dont know why they accepted to repair and only did the simplest job of replacing a part when they knew they could not have addressed all related issues to ACTUALLY SOLVE the problem). Comment: Fix Auto was recommended to me by a friend when I got rear ended. The other partys insurance was Farmers and it just so happened that Fix Auto was also one of their partnered repair shops. David greeted me and walked me through the entire process of what to expect. Did some paper signing and they even set me up with the rental agency to pick me up. He also called me the day I dropped off the car to ask me a question and to my surprise, they had already begun to work ok on car. After doing some extensive research as to what my options were, it was very limited on where I could bring my Tesla to get it repaired. If youre a Tesla owner, you can either bring it to Tesla to have them repair your vehicles. This from what I heard can take months because they are so backed up. The other option was to bring my Tesla to a certified Tesla repair facility. I did more research on what repair facility can fix my Tesla and found Fix Auto in El Monte. They are a Tesla approved repair facility. They had some amazing reviews from other Tesla owners. David, my repair advisor took very good care of me and walked me through the entire process from beginning till end. They repaired my Tesla where I dont even noticed it was ever damaged. If anything, I got my car back looking much newer than when I brought it in. I have to give it up for Fix Auto and for David for helping me make a painful and confusing process very easy. I had Ford explorer 2016 with cracked open front bumper i took it to Auto Werks and i spoke with David really nice guy he explain me the whole process of repairing my car i also told him that i use my car every day and i have 3 kids to drive them to school and back home and i was doing project in San Diego with my brother in law so i couldnt just leave my car for few days and wait for the part so he suggest to order the parts and mach the color paint and have everything ready he would call me to install everything same day. I thought that is great idea. After they hot the parts they called me to bring my car but when they removed the bumper they found additional damage so had to leave the car but even then they managed to get the parts in 2 days and call me after 2 days willing to stay after hours for me to pick up the car but i couldnt do it that day because i needed another driver with me to pick up the car and David offer me to pick me up from home so i can get my car. Ive repaired my previous cars to another places but this guys are awesome, they are really professional the paint job was great there was no orange peel on the paint it was just like from a factory Im really pleased from their good job and the way they treat the client. Comment: I have been unfortunate to have my parked car hit and damaged twice. Both times I took my car to Auto Werks and I can always count on them to do a superb job. My most recent experience was to have my car repaired for the damaged mirror and dent on the driver door. Auto Werks did an impeccable job. They also returned my car looking like new with the interior and exterior detailed! Peter, Bill, David, and Andrea are all very personable and will go the extra mile to make you a happy customer. A++++++ for customer service!

Comment: Hands-down the best auto-body service Ive ever received.The staff treats you with respect and helps you through every step of the process.I had a really bad door scratch and fender bender, but after the job was done, the car looked brand-new.I needed a car during the repair process and they hired a rental car that was called in within 20 mins. The service was completed within a week and I got my car back smooth and simple.The service staff was also diligent about updating me through the process to let me know how the job was doing.When it was time to pick up the car, they checked all my lights and signals and gave me a clean bill of health.And lastly they detailed my car even to the extent of cleaning the upholstery on the ceiling of my car.The service price was competitive and fair, but my insurance paid for the bill overall. Ive been using them every since.
