They even touched up several little dings that were on a separate area and Joel could not have been more helpful. I am very pleased. Comment: I’ve been waiting over a month for a simple front bumper repair. They told me 2 weeks originally. They have extended the pick up time at least 4x already. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have my vehicle for another 2 weeks. Even tho it’s supposably done they are “just waiting on this last part to come in.” I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that doesn’t want to be misinformed or only has one vehicle for transportation as they will keep your car for well over the estimated pick up time.

Comment: Brand new CRV STOLEN while being repaired at Fix Auto Hemet. Absolute nightmare! the owner and Rick Welty, General Manager at Hemet Diamond Valley Honda dealership, were not much help. With no surveillance cameras on site, the entire management had no trace of our car. Would definitely not recommend using this Honda Dealership or body shop. The General manager was very unprofessional, and demanded payment on repairs even though my car was stolen. General manager called us thiefs. The worse place ever. Dont trust the dealership or body shop with your car. Hemet Fix Auto is located at the same location as Diamond Valley Honda in Hemet.

Comment: My insurance recommended this place and it’s horrible three times had to bring it in and they just kept breaking more and more while giving us attitude for point out the issues. Supposedly they put all my old car parts on it after doing the repairs but gave me different buttons and when we pointed it out he said “i don’t see what the big deal is” followed with the “we’ll take care of it for you” it’s not for me if you guys are the ones messing up. And third time bringing it in and two parts that they “fixed” aren’t even fixed and it smells like they just super glued the one part that is “fixed” one button doesn’t work on the panel they “fixed”. Very horrible place to come to especially after dealing with a car accident. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever, if anything this is one of those id be more likely to say “be careful where you go, and make sure you DONT go to fix auto in hemet.”

Comment: I took my car to fix auto as a referral from USAA insurance and this was over about a month ago and we are still trying to deal with be improper repairs That were done by this facility. By the way make sure when they tell you that the align your car, make sure they really do it because they claimed the aligned my car twice and the even drove my misaligned car all the way across town to another auto body shop to get the alignment done...( What kind of auto body shop knowingly takes a misaligned car and drives it???) In fact, my car was not aligned properly as discovered by another auto body shop and confirmed my the Toyota DealershipThey improperly installed my hood as well!!!!And the best part and the cherry on top was when they were turned my car back to my house and the gas light was on.... And then they proceeded to hustle my husband for a good review on Google.Shown below you can see the pictures of how a tC hood is supposed to look and what they did....
